Perfect location, right next to Ovation shopping complex and Hollywood Walk of Fame. Room was spacious and clean. Luggage storage fee is $5 per night per suitcase, if you want to leave your luggage for a longer period of time. Valet parking is $60 per day for multiple ins and outs. Next door Ovation parking is $25 max daily for each entry.

The hotel is good. But what we don’t like is the hidden charges of Destination Fee $34/night being charged when we checked out. This is on top of the fee we paid during booking. No one likes to be charged with hidden fees. So be aware of the potential additional fees.

This hotel is clean, quiet and safe. It is close to Hollywood and you can take a linkway to the shopping mall beside. It is very convenient.

Excellent location close to metro and right in the heart of Hollywood Ave. There's a shopping mall just next door, and a 7-11 right across the street if you are into midnight snacks. Room wise - I got the Hollywood sign and capitol building view. First 2 days were really foggy can't see the sign but otherwise all good. Would be nice if there's slippers available in the room.

I got sick the morning I was leaving and dialed "0" and told the lady I was sick and needed a sprite and Alka-Seltzer. They charged me $8 or $10 plus service charge and no Alka-Seltzer. I thought because I was sick they wouldn't charge me.

We loved this hotel. It has everything we can think of for comfort. Staff is really friendly. They have valet service which made our life easier. Breakfast is highly recommended. Excellent location, clean and hygienic, complete facilities, convenient parking, beautiful swimming pool, brand new decoration, slightly small room, first-class view, late check-in and early check-out are a bit inconvenient.

We booked room with city view and told we were getting pool view but received courtyard view. You are automatically charged $35 room amenities fee. If you use it you get $35 credit. If you don’t use it, you loose it. Unfortunately didn’t charge anything to the room so we lost it.

The location is excellent, right on the shore of Florida Bay, with pleasant scenery, nothing to complain about. The equipment is a little old but still functional. We had an amazing time I went with my sister for my 52th Birthday. Everyone at the resort was great, and the best part is its location. You can actually walk to Canada from the hotel! Our family spent five pleasant nights in this hotel with a very good environment around Disney. The hotel hardware is new and spacious, bright, tidy and clean. It is not far from the four parks of Disney, and the hotel provides shuttle to and from Disney. What I like most is that every staff member and service of this hotel is so excellent. Recommended!

Very close to the beach, making it convenient for sightseeing and dining. You can see the sea from the elevator lobby on the guest floors, and enjoy a partial city and mountain view from the room. Services like parking and housekeeping were prompt. The breakfast buffet didn't have a huge variety, but the small garden outside the restaurant was lovely, and the dining environment was comfortable.

Not bad, but still a bit different from hotels in China. Make sure to book a sea view, otherwise it's not worth it.

Few minutes walk to Waikiki Beach, they only provide valet service, no self parking. Nearby got a lot of restaurants for you.

Everything was good, close to almost everything, but not parking lots, for a good hotel without parking is not good. You have to pay 25 dollars a day for a private parking space.

Upsettingly long line at check in ... and room not being ready at check in was disappointing!

They placed us by an elevator which kept me up all night. When we arrived to our room, housekeeping immediately walked in saying they weren’t supposed to assign us this room because they needed to replace the shower curtain which they had to return to do. Tub had hair in it still. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. Hotel was beautiful otherwise, just not worth the money for the room we had.

This was my second stay. One of the receptionists, an Asian woman, was very rude and didn't smile at all. The other staff were very nice; they even offered to roast marshmallows for my child. Breakfast offered both buffet and à la carte options, and the staff were very attentive.

I stayed in Monterey for two nights to watch whales. The hotel is very close to the port and it is very convenient to drive for ten minutes. However, I was very seasick when I went out to sea. The hotels are all OK, but the prices on Ctrip are getting more and more expensive. They charge about 15% more than other booking sites. I can no longer book hotels and air tickets on Ctrip.
