Hotel is in a great location downtown! Check in was quick and easy. Staff friendly! Room was spacious. Wish our balcony had two chairs to sit. Would recommend for staying downtown and would stay again!

Great location in a quiet area of the Riverwalk yet walkable to many sites, restaurants, and other entertainment venues.

Nice location and walkable to most places on the river walk. However the rooms were dated and elevators made terrible noises. Room was clean. Staff was super nice and helpful. Not sure it’s worth the price.

We had asked for the pull out sofa to be made. They said it had sheets and everything. It did not. We kept calling with no success. Finally at midnight a security guard brought up the sheets so we could make it ourselves. Disappointed in the lack of service.

Beautiful view . The only discrepancy was that the refrigerator never got cold so all of my food which was really good food, spoiled. Also, the towels in the bathroom had hair all over them as if someone brushed their hair over them and they were never changed. Other than that the view was beautiful

This time I attended a ********* business meeting held here. The location is very good and you can walk to the Marriott next to it. It has its own beach with 2 beach chairs provided every day. The hotel has its own bar where you can have a few drinks.

Enjoyed our stay, clean, good food and serve was excellent.

The hotel was nice. The lobby, pool and beach area are very nice. However, I expected the rooms to be just as nice but the rooms are outdated. There weren’t any dresser draws to put clothes away and the food and drinks are expensive.

Unfriendly staff, rooms not ready on arrival as late as 4pm, great views but poorly equipped (not enough light in the room, one of the few lamps was defunct, bats and restaurants overpriced, no breakfast before 7am

I entertained for a company's banquet at JW Marriott Scottsdale Camelback Inn resort & Spa. It was a fantastic place to hold the event. We had Social/Cocktail outside. It was a great view! Inside, the food was really good and setup was excellent. The rooms were really nice as well. Comfy and cozy.

This resort is beautiful, the breakfast package that is included if you buy the package is worth it. The staff at the resort are very friendly and kind and will do anything to make your stay better. One of the best resorts I’ve stayed at in the Phoenix area by far.

We loved our stay so much! We're already planning on our next trip back. The resort was exactly what we were looking for- relaxing, beautiful rooms, great food and drink, and a quiet pool. This hotel has a fantastic, tropical rainforest vibe, with lots of tall bird of paradise plants. The resort's pool is perfect for swimming year-round, and you can even go fishing in the bay. The rooms are spacious; a standard room easily accommodates a family of four.

We stayed in a bungalow which is just one big building. The door connecting rooms was knocked on at 1:45am and then parting next door could be heard. Found a few stray bugs in a windowless room so they came from the wall. The partying room in the same building made it hard to sleep. Not sure if all of the rooms have this feature

The courtyard portion of the hotel is dated as compared to the tower portion. The breakfast buffet was good and the wait staff was very attentive. As being unfamiliar with the requirement of using streaming services to watch the tv was a pain.

This is a fabulous hotel in every way. The staff are outstanding especially Ursula who went out of her way to make sure we had what we needed. The hotel and it’s restaurants are wonderful. It is situated in the middle of beautiful groves with its on private island. Shopping is close by.

I’ve been to this property 4 times. The staff is always excellent and I love the food options. The tennis staff is amazing. The main lobby is beautiful. It looks like the rooms and some of the spaces could use and update as they are a little tired.

Valet parking only, which isnt sufficient. Paid parking outside of hotel was dangerous. Car parked near our vehicle had a window busted out during the night and was burglarized, in that lot. Was charged $32 for something we never received an invoice for, so we do not know what it was. Only used coffee machine so hopefully it wasnt that, for one cup of coffee. Lounge was nice upstairs.

The Four Seasons Hotel in Las Vegas is excellent, except for its only drawback: it's a bit far from other major attractions, but it maintains a very quiet environment.

The Four Seasons is located on the same floor as other MGM hotels; the Four Seasons is just on the top few floors. So, you really should consider whether staying at one of the other hotels downstairs would be a good option, since the common facilities are the same.

The Four Seasons Hotel is considered a very good hotel internationally, but this stay offered absolutely no surprises!

Had breakfast from the hotel cafe and healthy options were very limited. Rooms were clean and minimal items for guests. There was one water bottle in the room for $6 and that’s all. No items by the bathroom sink whatsoever.

Great value for a family trip. Best in warm weather for visiting Washington Park Beach and Indiana Dunes, with plenty of local favorites nearby. (I would recommend the Spa Tower over the slightly older BC Tower. The BC Tower has a casino, so there is a strong smell of cigarette smoke from the entrance, but the non-smoking guest floors were fine.)

I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet the room was. When staying in a ****** you never know. The room was in the Blue tower closest to the pool and ****** not the spa towers. The room wasn't as nice as the spa tower but still a nice room. Great restaurant choices inside the hotel.

This resort is right next to the Kaanapali Beach, one of the best beaches in the whole wide world. We stayed in a oceanfront room, and the oceanview is stunting. The staffs are friendly, and we have a great time there.

Loved the free green trolley to get around nearby resorts and the beach. The bungalow was very spacious for 4 single girls with 3 bathrooms it was ideal and even a decent sized kitchen even though we didn't really use it. The beach was just after the pool and the other shops near reception were very handy. The Luau was nice with a surprise upgrade in seats and was an interesting performance.
