I stayed at this hotel specifically to visit Universal Studios. There's a shuttle to the park, but it runs infrequently.

Mediocre at best. It's quite rundown and not cheap either. They do offer a shuttle, but you have to book it a day in advance, which is a bit inconvenient. The only good thing is its proximity to Universal Studios. However, it's a 20-minute drive to Disney, so you'll need to plan accordingly.

Amazing service, great amenities and super location. They do charge a ton for parking though so check rates if you bring a car!

Stayed here a few years ago and it was better then. Now it looks more aged than before. It's still an ok hotel, decent value for money. No big complaints. We were in the tower on the left this time. Maybe that tower is older? They still give you a warm welcome chocolate chip cookie :)

The hotel was beautiful, luxurious, and very clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious. The location is perfect, right next to Universal Studios. I regretted coming alone, and I’ve already decided to come back next time with my family

This place is incredibly convenient for all Universal Studios parks, offering direct round-trip shuttle service. The room cleanliness and service were also very good. In the lobby, there's a Universal Studios service desk where you can buy park tickets, Express Passes, and book your shuttle. They even have a car rental company on-site!

The hotel is nice and good value for money, with rooms overlooking Lake Tahoe. Everything you need is nearby, and transportation is convenient. The room was large but it was a bit warn. The window treatments were old and didn’t close properly. The bathroom was large but outdated. The air/heat unit did not seem to heat well. We were constantly getting up to turn it up and down.

Property is nice, staff are loud in the hallways in the mornings. I order room service twice on two different days and the first one never arrived, and the second one took over 2 hours. Bathroom shower curtain didn’t work and the floor was flooded. The room door didn’t shut properly on its own. Security was on top of it though they noticed and came to check.

Perfect location for families with young kids. No smoking lobby with slot machines, quite, and even have best Sphere view!

It was spacious and comfortable, and I could cook with my family, and I could even do laundry and drying, so I had a comfortable stay. However, the Wi-Fi internet speed was slow and didn't work well. Other than that, it was a bit far from the strip and main street, but that was okay and I was satisfied.

I hoped that we can enjoy the historical site with my family from abroad, but I found the web cobs on the wall over the lighting. This hotel has nice rooms and the drink service is great. The machines are super tight and yake away the fun in playing. This also mot a place to bring kids with you on vacation, nothing for them to do and have fun. The buffet is mediocre and no quick food to just grab. The smoking section is very hot and small. We were there just one night. Everything in our room was clean and the staff was very nice throughout the hotel. But be aware about the parking if you purchase your parking ahead of time, they will still try to charge you.

For the price, value wasn't there. Building is run down in multiple places, walls, elevator, windows. Confusing billing and billed for breakfast that was covered in package. While the first experience was great, last night the hat in the bedroom portion didn't work correctly. The shower in that room floods the floor even with the door closed. When I told the staff about the heating issue, they seemed not to care.
