Perfect location for families with young kids. No smoking lobby with slot machines, quite, and even have best Sphere view!

It was spacious and comfortable, and I could cook with my family, and I could even do laundry and drying, so I had a comfortable stay. However, the Wi-Fi internet speed was slow and didn't work well. Other than that, it was a bit far from the strip and main street, but that was okay and I was satisfied.

The room was quite large and very clean, and the staff were very welcoming and attentive. The only downside was the poor Wi-Fi signal.

The room was good size, 1 bedroom. Clean, quiet, view. No real complaints. We did get adjoining room with connecting door but fortunately neighbor was quiet. We were in Tower 2, main lobby location.

Property is nice, staff are loud in the hallways in the mornings. I order room service twice on two different days and the first one never arrived, and the second one took over 2 hours. Been going to Bally's for a few years now and always a great time. Park Place Prime has excellent food and I highly recommend staying in one of the ocean view rooms. This place isn't perfect by an means, but I will say its a 3-3.5 star hotel casino that I've always had 5 stars of fun at.
