The room and overall environment were great. However, housekeeping wasn't very timely. For two days, because we left later, we called to request room cleaning, but when we returned, we found that no one had come.

The hotel is cost-effective and it is very convenient to book the shuttle bus to Disneyland in advance. It is noisy at night because there is a bar on the first floor, but it is relatively quiet after the bar ends. The sanitary conditions are relatively good.

The room was nice but you had to pay $49 per night for entertainment facilities, but we didn't use them. The hotel is close to Disneyland but far from Universal.

My husband and I were attending a business meeting. We booked for one night only at $300 plus dollars and our room was on the sixth floor but facing the Lobby. We were not able to get any sleep because of the noise from the Bar which is located next to the check in. There was yelling and shouting well past 1:30 am. Excellent stay. We had a great time at the pool, and it didn't get busy until the weekend. Lots of poolside activities to keep everyone occupied. The laser light shows at the pool every night was fun and entertaining. Longitude and Latitude restaurant downstairs had the best lunch service and good food. Appreciated the free shuttles to and from any park in Disney World.

The hotel is large in scale, there are a lot of people during the spring break, the facilities are perfect, and the breakfast is rich. The water playground in the hotel is suitable for both adults and children, and there is also a golf training ground. The hotel also has a Disney ticket sales point, and the shuttle bus to Disneyland needs to be booked in advance.

The hotel is fair with all facilities needed (it’s a bit small but you know it’s Manhattan). Location is fantastic. People usually complain about the lift waiting time but I personally used around 2-3 minutes so it’s okay for me. Staff are generally nice! Location, Location, Location! This hotel made adventuring in Manhattan a breeze. Central Park, Radio City, Rockefeller Center, were all so close, there was simply no excuse to not take a walk and be in all the action. We loved to food trucks and vendors near by but we also enjoyed the walkable restaurants close by as well. Staff and facilities were great. I'm so happy we stayed here.

Basic amenities like water, slippers, toothbrush is not in the hotel room. The elevator was being modernised and waited up to 15mins one of the days. Location is splendid though.

The staff was very helpful and friendly during my stay. I had to extend my stay and they were so accommodating which allowed me to attend to family needs. They had many food options and the gift shop came in handy for last minute needs.

Pretty good, very new. The location is a bit far out, but acceptable. The only downside is the lack of shops nearby, but Wynn is just across the street, so you can walk there easily.

Had to rebook a room because flights were cancelled due to the snow storm. Understandable reception was busy. Unfortunately the lady dealing with us was very rude and blunt. Apart from this stay was good. Location is amazing!

The price was quite a good deal for New York, especially with a discount. The facilities and decor are up to Hilton's standards, but!! It was incredibly, unbelievably crowded. Expect to wait about an hour just to park, with only one staff member working. Checking in at the front desk, buying coffee, and even storing luggage all involved long queues. The hotel layout is very confusing and is not ADA compliment. But the security guards and front desk staff were really nice to help guide us around the place.

The large bottle of mineral water in the room isn't complimentary. Definitely don't use it casually—it costs over $13 a bottle. Make sure to check your bill details when checking out, otherwise you might be charged for some inexplicable fees.

The hotel seemed more interest in satisfying the conventions going on instead of people on vacation. None of the dining options were open. There are children in the hot tub and swim up bar. We were placed in a room with no windows without prior knowledge and switching rooms was very poorly handled due to the staff only accommodating the conventions happening

City style hotel, dated in a not so good location

The value for money is quite good, and the location is excellent. Right across the street, there's a big supermarket and Heytea. However, upon arrival, there's a mandatory $39 daily destination fee. Parking is $91 per night, but there's an option diagonally across the street for $44 a night.

The environment is great and very comfortable, and the location is good too. The room hygiene is also satisfactory. The hotel's food is decent, and the service is excellent. My only complaint is that the Ctrip price seems higher than other platforms, which I don't understand at all. I wonder if it's a case of price gouging for regular customers.

Room was dusty. When we checked in our booking room which are the queen room with LV ***** view were not ready yet, so the staff offered us another room which were claimed to be similar. However, we got the room at lower level and the view from our room is just swimming pool that. We supposed to stay at the quiet room with good view but what we got was lower than our expectation and downgraded.

This is a great hotel with excellent value for money. They also offer free parking in the parking garage behind the building. The only downside is that the soundproofing isn't great, and you can sometimes hear planes because it's close to the airport.

This hotel is so clean ..wake up in the morning the hallway smell so good..the housekeeping is the most important for us .cause we go out from our house and cleanliness is what we can relax and out of stress..I will tell all my friends and family to go here .

The hotel is incredibly well maintained for being as old as it is and is in a perfect location to walk around and explore. The staff is incredible at the front desk and the elevators are fast. The restaurants and food are open early and late so it’s easy to not be hungry. There were only two issues. The bed is hard as a rock and offers no support, and the pillows feel like sleeping on rubber.
