We have been going to this resort for years and every year we love it! The service is impeccable from the moment you step into the lobby. The rooms are a good size and very clean. The property is perfectly situated on the Kaanapaali beach, giving you easy access to the beach. The resort is also a close drive to nearby Lahaina. The restaurants onsite are great and give you a large option of choices...

I decided to spend my birthday in Hawaii and stayed at the Prince hotel which was amazing. I absolutely loved it there and I would go back and stay there again.

An excellent stay at price Waikīkī, we booked a twin ocean view room (bonus with this hotel is that all rooms face the ocean to some extent). Room was cleaned to an excellent standard everyday. Location is at the end of what we called the ‘Waikīkī strip’ close the the mall and the beach. Not the hotels fault but a balcony would have made this hotel a 5 star plus!!!

I specially booked this hotel to watch the fireworks on Friday. The location is really a plus, and it is very close to the fireworks beach. The sea view room has a good view. Very satisfied with this hotel. It's clean, conveniently located for shopping, and the infinity pool is stunning. Unlike other resorts that are often packed with kids, this one is more suitable for adults, and perfect for business travelers or couples.

Location is great and near to Ala Moana Mall, beach park etc. Room is spacious and our room offers stunning view during sunset. Honolulu Coffee at the lobby is our favourite go-to for coffee & sandwiches.

Staff is so nice. Loved Tanner at the lobby bar . Front desk folks also great , but they did run out of basic beers and also breakfast options were consistently either out or very poor quality. For a flagship Marriott property I just would think they wouldn’t “ run out” of basic things

The location of the JW in Nashville is great. Short walk to Broadway etc. You expect nice things at a JW and the JW Nashville delivers.

The hotel environment is great, I choose this hotel every time I visit.

From check-in to check-out, everything was perfect. The butler at all the door allowed us to park the car in front for 15 minutes to unload our luggage and to check in quickly - really appreciated the flexibility. The room was clean, the bed was super comfortable. Highly recommended!

Wonderful historic hotel right on Waikiki Beach. Everything was perfect, except the outside windows that haven't been cleaned for a while and which makes the room a bit darker :( And the swimming pool is extremely small and not heated so mid-January I couldn't go in.

The management is terrible, three managers say different information. They don't go to the meeting, they don't care if your room is paid or unpaid. I was with two children and I didn't have a security deposit until my American friend called them, they didn't care. The service is full of crap.

Went up to see a show.  This hotel is only a half a block off the ***** where the ball is dropped.  Easy to walk everywhere.  Hotel is not new but not Super old, so there are some areas that seem worn, but it’s not run down looking.  Will absolutely stay agains.

Everything is good. Upgraded to the Fireworks Room so you can watch the fireworks at Epcot. The only problem is the shuttle bus to Disneyland is a bit unpunctual. It's better to take an Uber.

It's a little far from the city, but the parking lot is very spacious. The restroom has plenty of space, but the lighting in the room is a little dim. The overall place is vast and the environment is open, but it may be easy to get lost due to its large area.

We love Sawgrass. It has a special place in our hearts for many years of family vacations spent with our children. Our last stay was to celebrate our 28th Wedding Anniversary and we loved it.
