OYO Hotel San Antonio Lackland near Seaworld in San Antonio

The main building was very small and cramped. The front desk lady was very curt. There was no internet. No tv. No discounts for the missing amenities. We couldn’t even pay with a card, credit or debit card, because nothing worked with them.

Please be careful walking around as no floors are even. My elderly mother almost tripped down the stairs if I wasn’t there to catch her. The room had spots where the floor board was rotten and sunk down a bit when we stepped on it.

There is no ventilation in the restroom therefore there was black mold on the ceiling of the restroom. There was also no toilet paper roll holder.

Every pillow had stains on them and none of my family members felt comfortable sleeping on them.

As we were checking out, they sent personnel to check on the state of the room before we could leave. The personnel couldn’t even be bothered to walk to the room. They took the time to drive 20ft to where the rooms were. My elderly father had the car pulled around the front door to pick us up so we could leave afterwards. They ended up flashing their brights at my father when there was another lane they could’ve went through.

Overall our experience was terrible and definitely not worth the money.

Give me back my money, I tried to call out the reservation in the morning and the app didn't work. Also didn't let me modify the time. Don't use the website and neither book here with all the poor management

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! AWFUL PLACE TO STAY. No wifi or anything but they don't tell you until you get there. Had to cash app my deposit and they still have not refunded it. AGAIN, AWFUL PLACE TO STAY.

Do not recommend staying at ANY OYO hotels. I cancelled a reservation. Almost a month ago. I was refunded $1 out of the sum of what it was supposed to be. . And when I message guest services . They ask for my booking information. Only to say no reservation exist. They have not reached out or tried to contact me about resolving this.

Could not get extra towels. Pillows and bed very uncomfortable. Hard to reach front desk unless you walk ( and they were not locked out of the office ). Two washing machines one dryer worked poorly. And pool was unavailable 😕. The only good thing was location from highway.

Roaches crawl over you in your sleep. Management/ Owners slow people to do anything to your car as they literally stand by and watch.makes you wonder......zero if I could
