It's a very nice hotel, close to the airport, with large rooms and all daily necessities provided. There's no elevator, but it only has three floors. The staff will help you carry your luggage, recommend restaurants and help you hail a taxi. It's a great experience.

Staff at reservation is super helpfull and friendly. We don't know that hotel has no elevator but the girl in reservation help us lift our luggage to second floor. Much appreciate of her help. Also when we check out we need space for pray and they provide it and offer any other service. Room are clean and it's worth for money.

The room was clean and spacious, but the shower facilities were poor. Even with the shower curtain closed, water seeped in from the walls and the edge of the bathtub, making the floor very wet.

Rooms are really huge and spacious, which I think is the best thing about this place. The hotel location is also good, despite not being quite near city center, there are paths and museums walkable. WiFi worked well in the lobby but zero in your room. Restaurant was adequate for breakfast and dinner. Rooms and common spaces appear clean.

Hotel is situated just outside the South Gate of the old city. It is a large and charming place with a garden and a swimming pool although that wasn’t open when I was there. I had a big room with a balcony overlooking the old city walls. Breakfast was good. Only problem was we had no hot water! I would still recommend it as it is charming.

We stayed for two nights as part of an organised tour. Rooms are good sized and well appointed. There is a good outdoor pool and bar area to relax in. Breakfast buffet was substantial with a good selection of fruits pastries breads and eggs. Located between in outer and inner walls it is an easy walk into the old city and the main sights.

The rooms are beautiful and modern. The hotel grounds are very beautiful, as if you were on a small street in Italy. Once a violinist came out onto the balcony. It was very nice. Amazing. The receptionist can speak english & even book a transport to us to Amirsoy. The room was amazing with a superb mountain view with autumn colors. The breakfast was nice & variety with local & western. The diner also nice , not expensive. Even the coffee & the burgers we ordered for snacks in late afternoon were great. The hotel's location is super convenient, about a 10-minute walk to the Bibi-Khanym Mosque, and directly opposite Shah-i-Zinda. Breakfast was also delicious.

Me and my friends had a comfortable stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a supermart 5-8mins away from the hotel and it is near one of the attractions. Literally you just need to cross the road.

I loved this hotel so much that I chose to stay here again after returning to Tashkent from Samarkand. It's run by Chinese owners, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the food is delicious and palatable. The surrounding environment is excellent, and both the city and the hotel left me with wonderful memories.

It's perfectly adequate for an overnight stay. Bathroom: a full set of towels. Clean shower stall. Shampoo, shower gel, and body lotion. However, the shower head holder didn't work. The room was spacious, and the front desk service was good. However, there were many shortcomings. The double bed was actually two single beds pushed together, and the bed was too soft. We stayed here two weeks ago, and gave a better review. Last time the room had a better mattress. Also, this time the reading light by the bed is missing a bulb, which somehow they can't replace today. And the coffee machine, which we enjoyed last time at breakfast, isn't working. Much less enjoyable stay.

The road in front of the hotel is finally almost finished, and I can walk to a Chinese restaurant, which is why I always choose this hotel. The hotel is acceptable in all aspects, but don't book one that includes breakfast, as the breakfast is very poor. There is a supermarket across the street, which is quite convenient.
