Nice ambiences with beautiful garden at the center. Restaurant has live band jazz music performance, relaxing atmosphere and good mix of Uzbek and western fusion. Love their fruit tea.
Park setting..Hotel is beautiful. Very good breakfast. Upscale restaurant on premises.
Surprising good and newly renovated hotel, everything is perfect. Located at a very nice and quiet area near the park, the hotel is designed to tailor for international travellers. The owners are taking lots attention to all details. Overall the experience in the city has been elevated by the good quality of this hotel.
The environment is beautiful, the location is convenient, and the service is attentive, but the room is small and the facilities are a bit old-fashioned.
Facilities: Very thoughtful amenities, and the breakfast was exquisite. It was especially quiet at night. Cleanliness: White walls and white tiles made everything look very clean. Environment: We were upgraded to a junior suite with a huge terrace overlooking a garden. The room decor had a lot of local character. Service: Very welcoming and helpful. Since my train wasn't until later in the afternoon...
This hotel, newly opened in 2025, boasts very tasteful decor and is impeccably clean. The front desk staff speak fluent English and provide excellent service. The breakfast spread was the most extensive I've encountered during my trip to Uzbekistan. The location is also quite good, just a 20-minute walk from Registan Square. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience staying at Mir Luxe Pkaza. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly and helpful and the location is very convenient. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay - would happily return!
Located in city area, about 10min by car from the airport. On foot about 5min walk away there is a small market which sells fruits and groceries. There are eatery about 15min walk away from the hotel as well. Opposite is the Russian Orthodox Church Cathedral Room is big and clean with modern amenities . Staff are professional and helpful. Wifi speed is decent but not very fast.
Convenient place. Easy to access train station Thank you
Nice place I like it Large, comfortable bed Spacious room Tasty breakfast Silence Great location Staff is helpful)
It was close to the airport and the room was relatively clean. I plan to stay here again next time I go on a business trip.
The hotel is very decent: large clean rooms, delicious varied breakfasts, service, soundproofing, convenient location - 3 minutes by car to the train station! We were happy with everything! There is a small wish: the work of the pool and gym (opens at 10 am, and I wanted to work out and swim in the morning, and then go to breakfast, but it was only possible in the evening after a busy day to warm up...

Everything was good. The hotel was good value for money.
Everything was great, friendly staff.
The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was excellent with a great variety of delicious cakes and about eight or nine types of fruit. The front desk staff helped us with our luggage. There are two restaurants associated with the hotel, and across the street is a local restaurant with tasty baked buns. To the right of the exit, there's a Turkish restaurant.
Great location, clean facilities, and delicious breakfast.
The hotel room was spacious, clean, and had a pleasant scent. The staff were very polite and warm-hearted. I'd especially like to mention Dayana at the front desk, who gave me a complimentary late check-out! The breakfast was hearty and delicious (they even had mini kebabs!). A big thank you to the chefs – everything tasted homemade! There are many cafes, pharmacies, and a market nearby, and it's about...

It's in a very convenient location. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. You might get a little lost trying to find the hotel entrance.
This is not my first time staying here, it’s a good hotel in the city center, everything is within walking distance.
Convenient location, I liked everything.
We arrived in Tashkent for two days and stayed at this hotel. It is located practically in the city center, with many attractions, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance. Everything is clean, quiet, and cozy!
The location was absolutely perfect, just a 3-minute walk from the Navoi Theater. There were also many restaurants open late in the vicinity, so finding a place to eat at night was never an issue. The room, while just the 'bare minimum' size for two people, was kept very clean. The bathroom truly stood out: the shower had excellent water pressure, and the temperature control was smooth and easy. It...
This hotel feels more like a hostel than a hotel. The hallways smell of old cigarettes (but the room didn't), and the rooms are very bare bones. The thing that really bugged me was that our room had no windows. There was no way to get fresh air. If I had realized we would not have windows, I would not have booked this room/hotel. The shower had great water pressure but the temperature fluctuated greatly...

I was passing through Tashkent and stayed one night at the hotel. The staff was wonderful, the restaurant was delicious, and the location was excellent! I was worried about my flight, and the reception staff helped me call the airline, kindly answered my questions, and gave me a complimentary late checkout 😍
This was my second stay at Crowne Plaza, and I would like to take a moment to share my appreciation and feedback. My *first stay of 28 days* was truly exceptional. The hospitality, attention to detail, and support—particularly from the F&B department—were commendable. My religious dietary requirements were fully understood and accommodated, making the experience seamless and memorable. During my...
As a frequent business traveler, this stay at [Hotel Name] completely changed my understanding of "business travel hotels"! The location is superb—a 3-minute walk to the subway station and a 5-minute walk to the office, saving me the hassle of commuting; the lobby has free high-speed WiFi and charging areas, so I can quickly process emails while waiting for clients.
Stayed there twice with my family. The experience was beyond our expectations compared to our worldwide hotel experience. Breakfast and lunch specials were excellent. Staff was great at their job.
Excellent choice in Tashkent. Nice and very helpful front desk. Stay here every time
Dear Crown Plaza Tashkent Team, I would like to sincerely thank you all for your warm hospitality and professional service during my recent stay at your hotel. Tinchlik Plaza is one of the most beautiful and comfortable places in the city. It offers a variety of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options for visitors of all ages. The atmosphere is clean, safe, and welcoming, making it a perfect spot for family gatherings or meeting friends. The modern design and friendly staff make every visit enjoyable.
We stayed for a wedding. It’s an okay hotel, beds rock hard, but that seems usual for Uzbekistan. I advise you to examine your room before agreeing, especially the bathrooms. Some are great, but some are laughably odd. In some the toilet front is 3 inches from the shower, which means you can only sit on it sideways. In some, the sink is 3 inches from the shower, so you have to lean over the sink...
This is a great place to hang out with family or friends, I personally came with friends for our friend’s birthday. The dishes are very tasty, both national and European, the prices are affordable, the staff is very polite, they even came and congratulated my friend, it was very nice, the music is calm, you can’t hear any extraneous noise, although there are a lot of people
The environment is very sophisticated and it looks like it has been carefully designed, which makes people shine.
This hotel is really not worth the price! The service is average, the location is OK, but the hygiene is not very good, there are unknown stains on the floor of the shower room, the breakfast is okay, there are no green vegetables. In addition, there was no water in the room, and he was not given two bottles of water.
Quiet, comfortable room with all the amenities you would expect. Very friendly staff at front desk and Restaurant. I did not eat lunch or dinner here but the buffet breakfast was fine. A good place for a short stay.

The hotel is very clean and the environment is nice
They were able to accommodate flexible check-in and check-out times. It was very close to the station, the room was spacious, and the amenities were great and clean. The bathtub was also spacious. The staff were also very kind. One thing that bothered me was the strong smell of cigarettes around the bathtub.
Nice position and room but staff was really rude
Location is excellent as it is right in the city, next to the train station and metro station, and is convenient to go anywhere around town. Rooms are a bit old and design-wise not the most user friendly. Some of the hotel staff are also quite curt (and I don't think it's the language barrier). I guess unless you're Chinese, you probably won't be too fond of this hotel as it feels like you're in Shenzhen...

Decent sized pool but in small area between hotel wall and building Staff speak ok English Aircon light very bright and high up so couldn't cover it Nice balcony overlooking the open area in front of the hotel, but too hot to use it
The hotel is not located in the old town, but it is quite close by taxi. It was a bit noisy from the cars on the street (view of the city). Breakfast is normal, varied, there were strawberries, cherries, apricots in mid-May. But the scrambled eggs and porridge were running out. It was difficult for us to set up the TV, we asked the staff for help. The air conditioner worked well. The pool is good,...
Great staff, very smooth check-in, very nice rooms. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bukhara. The front desk was very kind and allowed us early checkin which was the best after a long journey. They also spoke English and were extremely hospitable.
The room is relatively large, the facilities are average, and the location is a bit far from the old town attractions. Except for the front desk, the room attendants do not speak English. Stayed at this hotel in April 2025. Overall, I liked everything. But there is almost nothing to eat for breakfast. I didn't immediately understand that you can call the cook and they will make you an omelette or fried eggs.
Nice small hotel now called Wellness hotel & spa. Good freshly furnished rooms with different room sizes available. Pretty good restaurant in the first floor, but unfortunately, breakfast is mediocre at best. Super fast services like laundry and dry-cleaning. One bad thing is location. Pretty far from the city center and also a lot of construction around the hotel.
Hotel looks good from outside. But rooms looks old, towels as well. And AC didn’t work properly in our room. I couldn’t sleep at night properly. Very very cheap products for bathroom.
If you coming to Tashkent and you don’t know where to stay, this is it!! I usually go to their wellness center for my exercise twice a week and last time I forgot my 4 rings there (all with diamonds). Great location. The hotel is supposedly non-smoking, but for some reason the rooms smelled of cigarettes. The smell was average. The rooms were a bit bare; I'd like a little more coziness. Overall, I liked it; it's fine for a couple of nights.

This was by far the best hotel we stayed at during our 5-day, 4-night trip in Tashkent. It was absolutely fantastic. It's very close to Magic City, about a 15-minute walk away. The hotel is brand new and super clean. The front desk staff speak English and were very friendly.

A very good hotel in the area, in a good location.
It seems to be the best hotel in the area. But for a small city, it's just so-so. The hotel readily agreed to my request for a late check-out until 2 PM, which was great, thank you.
Excellent hotel. Friendly staff. Good and varied breakfasts. And a great location.
This a very good and high-quality hotel, even by Western standards. I was visiting from Europe and was positively surprised by how clean and modern the rooms were. The reception employees speak English and payment by card was not a problem. The breakfast was also good and there were many different choices at the buffet.
The environment and hygiene are considered to be relatively good hotels in the local area, but it is not worth the price. The facilities in the hotel can only be said to be neat, and the quality of the disposable items is not good. The water is very small, so I bought a few large bottles to make tea. In addition, the coffee cup is not clean, so I must make it myself.
Located in the center of the city. Interior is stylish and very clean top to bottom. Staff is very friendly and speak english & russian well. We stayed with friends and they helped us to put the tables together and have a nice time with friends. Also they provided catering service as well. Thanks for the staff & the manager!

Just wow. We had a great room. Quite big with a separate sitting area and it’s right inside the walled area
Great location in the middle of the walled city. Highly recommend it.
Pros - location is perfect for seeing all the sites in Khiva. Staff spoke good English and were extremely helpful. Rooftop terrace is perfect place to have a drink. Cons - Breakfast was poor. Plumbing is ineffective guests are asked not to put paper down toilet but in bin next to toilet as it easily gets blocked. Access to rooftop terrace is by winding stairs which would be difficult for infirm.
I liked this hotel mainly because of its location. There's simply not a better location in all of Khiva. I'm really between 3 and 4 stars here for a couple of reasons: 1) The breakfast is served in a location apart from the rooftop terrace, which I never even saw a way to access. Great location close to the airport and walking distance to good restaurants. Friendly and polite staff.
The room was spacious and the bed was large and comfortable. The shower room was unpleasant because dirt or something kept running down the wall when I turned the shower on. The front desk was not bad, but they were not particularly polite. The breakfast was satisfying in terms of variety and taste. There are several famous restaurants within walking distance, so I think the location is good.

The biggest problem is that the location is difficult to find. Taxis can't always find the hotel, and Google Maps also goes around and around. Instead, Baidu Maps is the most reliable in Uzbekistan.
