was perfect room and perfect amenities, it s second time
Not bad overall but breakfast options are limited and it is not not that close to airport as expected. For 1 night is fine..
I liked the hotel; it was small and cozy. I specifically booked it for its convenient location near both the airport and the train station. It was absolutely perfect for a one-night stay.
A very beautiful hotel. So clean and tidy. They really did a great job! I think it is one of best hotel in Tashkent, if not the best.
I had an issue that wasn’t even related to my reservation, but Mirhon and Nurmukhammad from the front desk went above and beyond to help me resolve it quickly. Their support made my stay incredibly comfortable and stress-free.
My room was also great! I really appreciated how peaceful the hotel is - just what I needed after a long flight.
I’ll definitely be coming back!
Not too far from the airport. Nice clean functional rooms. Breakfast @ 7 am. Hot water in May is just luke warm. Difficult to have a satisfying shower

very decent hotel with good service
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Stay at Bentley Hotel Tashkent!
I recently stayed at the Bentley Hotel in Tashkent and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully designed — modern, clean, and very comfortable. My room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with everything I needed.
The staff were incredibly friendly and professional — always smiling and ready to help with anything...
This is a very nice hotel, located near a local residential area. If you're looking for a glimpse into local life, this is a pleasant surprise. Of course, it's a bit far from the city center by subway, and the station isn't very close.
The front desk and restaurant service were excellent.
The shower didn't have a curtain, so water splashed outside, making the bathroom floor slippery and potentially...
The amenities are outstanding and need not be described any further. I would like to highlight the friendly and supporting staff at this hotel. Especially Rasul who is a waiter in the Flame restaurant did a great job and was very hospitable. Also, Sonya is a great massage therapist - definitely ask for her if you want to book a massage at their Spa. She has magical and strong hands!
I received a Thai massage from Jeena Jun, and it was absolutely first-class! Having experienced massages in many places around the world, I can confidently say this was one of the best. Jeena’s skill, professionalism, and attention to detail were exceptional. I left feeling completely rejuvenated and relaxed. I would definitely rate this a full 5 stars and will certainly return again!

This is truly a good hotel with such lovely facilities!
Major issue though is the AC! They seem to turn off the room ACs at night with the temp going to 28 in the room. When I asked for correction at the first night here, the person at the reception asked us to open the window as they have turned off the Aircon for the floor😕
Apparently they turn it off after 11pm.
I loved this place except this. I...

Bukhara, Samarkand Street 206 🧭 Map
I stayed at the Mercure near Bukhara's Old City for a business trip. The overall environment was beautiful, the service was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. Most of the guests checking in were senior tour groups from Europe and America.
Bukhara's top-ranked hotel certainly lived up to its reputation. It's incredibly unique and conveniently located in the Old City, making it easy to get to all the attractions. The breakfast was delicious, and both the service and room amenities were excellent. Highly recommended!
Overall, the value for money isn't great. The facilities and room size are quite small, and 2000 per night feels expensive. Even though it's in the old city, you still have to walk over a kilometer to reach any attractions. You'd be better off staying in a guesthouse closer to the main square. However, given the construction limitations in Bukhara's old town, there aren't many truly excellent hotels...
Wasn’t a very pleasant stay. On the first day we felt like a scam. We booked the room with an open window door but when we checked in, they gave us an accessible room next to the lift. Nothing looked like the picture on trip.com nor on Mercure website. The accessible bathroom design was also a huge miss. We tried to talk to front desk but they said that’s the last room they have and there were twin...
Beautiful hotel. Clean, spacious bedroom and bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff. I called reception for help..they sent someone to my room immediately. Variety and delicious breakfast.
Most hotels in Bukhara have rather questionable interior designs, but Mercure isn't one of them. This hotel is beautifully decorated and bright inside. The lobby offers complimentary water and local dried fruits, and the service is excellent. The rooms are a bit small, but that seems to be the norm for hotels of this caliber on this trip. The hotel's location is fantastic, right on the edge of the...

The overall experience at EmirHan Hotel in Samarkand was below expectations. Room cleanliness was very poor, and the bathroom ceiling had leaks, which made the stay uncomfortable. On the positive side, breakfast was above average with a decent variety, and the outdoor pool offered a good place to relax. However, considering the issues with maintenance and hygiene, there are definitely better options...
The hotel was fine, I was disappointed by how long it took to check in having arrived at 12:15am nobody at the desk and they were asleep out the back and I had to wait 15 minutes to check in. The breakfast was good and it’s not too far to the old town. They did help me organise a taxi to get to the train station.
The hotel staff does everything to make your stay comfortable. We were checked in early, without extra charges. They look for ways to help with all questions. There is water/tea in the room, sweets for tea. The only drawback is the lack of a kitchen. Breakfast is brought from somewhere. It is warmed up. Well, and there is nowhere to have a snack in the evening in the hotel either. But they offer and...
The decoration is average, the selling price does not match, more like a B&B
one of the best hotel in samarkand, they might be old but oldies but goldie. you can feel the culture with this hotel, and the staff here are amazing from receptionist to everyone serving food at the buffet, love the ambiance and hospitality. and btw you can get 15percent discount with emirhan restaurant if you are staying at this hotel. will be back here for
sure. thanks again.
I like the style of the hotel very much. It is very distinctive and the breakfast is also good. It's very convenient to take a taxi to the attractions. It's just that there is a big mirror on the ceiling which feels weird, but I like it overall.

It is very close to the airport and the railway station, a five-minute drive. It is very far from the city center, and the surrounding area is like a rural-urban junction, with no supporting facilities. The hotel is newly renovated and the room is quite large, but the family suite with a terrace bought on Ctrip is not the price on Ctrip at all! Our tour placed us in this hotel, and I was quite apprehensive because it was a three-star hotel in a country I didn't know. To my surprise, the hotel was much better than I expected. Hello! We traveled to Tashkent from September 13th to 23rd and stayed at your hotel. Overall, we liked everything about the hotel: it's clean, the rooms are cozy, the linens are fresh, they clean every day, the breakfasts are delicious, and the reception staff is friendly. The maids are great, they promptly fulfill all requests and answer questions. However, I rated it a 3 because we encountered two...
A comfortable and functional hotel with modern facilities. The rooms aren't very spacious but have everything you need (except a window in my case). The location isn't great, far from the city center and metro lines, but it's on a main avenue and easily accessible by taxi from the airport or train station. It offers good value for money, but it won't make the list of top hotels.
We stayed there, very nice new reception 24/7 👍
For unpretentious guests. Excellent value: price - quality. Good rooms: of course there is something to find fault with (little things like: traces of roof leaks, wind-blown windows, bad internet in places, not ideal cleanliness). But the affordable price + the availability of breakfast and pleasant staff make up for everything. Banks, bazaars, cafes, fast food, shopping centers - everything is nearby
I stayed with my family at Art Residence Hotel, Tashkent in Dec 2024 for 2 days. It was a family suite room and had a great stay. We really had a excellent and comfortable stay at Art Residence, highly recommended

A good little hotel in central Mahalla Tashkent near the trade fair – clean, good location, very friendly staff.
The location is very convenient with supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and the large terrace is lovely. The only downside was the cleaning lady's attentiveness; she was a little intrusive. The receptionist was exceptionally nice; thank you very much.
It's very convenient to get to the exhibition hall; it's only a 10-minute walk. It's a great, very quiet hotel.

Good price value ratio hotel with comfortable beds.
Service is nice with exceptions of the employee behind the Omelett station.

What I Loved:
The Rooms: My room was impressively spacious, providing a comfortable sanctuary after a long day of exploring.
Dining: The breakfast selection is excellent, offering a great variety to start your morning right....
We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a bigger corner room and enjoyed the space on a high floor . A hotel with good facilities and environment in the old city. The decoration style is elegant and comfortable, and the interior space of the rooms is considerable. The only drawback is that the bathroom is not separated from wet and dry areas, and the toilet drain function is defective. Overall, it's remarkable.

Breakfast, provided personally by the restaurant staff, was also very plentiful. Samarkand is a city known for its simple and honest people, and this was especially evident at this hotel.
The hotel is very nice and not far from the attractions. The hotel itself is new and well-equipped with everything. The front desk staff are very polite and attentive to our needs. Our train was at 8 am, and we asked the front desk in advance to prepare breakfast for us, which they did.

Cheap, but nothing special. We were only staying one night before a flight, and it's a good thing too, because the biggest issue with this hotel is the terrible soundproofing. You can hear everything from the next room – snoring, coughing, talking, all of it.
Extremely clean! The staff were incredibly responsive. When I arrived, there was a wedding in the adjacent building, making it impossible to relax or work. I was planning to leave for another place, but the staff offered a complimentary room upgrade for my comfort! Even the radiators and small surfaces, which are often overlooked during cleaning, were spotless in this hotel.
