Our tour placed us in this hotel, and I was quite apprehensive because it was a three-star hotel in a country I didn't know. To my surprise, the hotel was much better than I expected. Considering its category, it's great. Comfortable room, good breakfast (the lady at the breakfast restaurant needs to put down her cell phone and say good morning to the guests. She's young and needs guidance, as she...
Hello! We traveled to Tashkent from September 13th to 23rd and stayed at your hotel. Overall, we liked everything about the hotel: it's clean, the rooms are cozy, the linens are fresh, they clean every day, the breakfasts are delicious, and the reception staff is friendly. The maids are great, they promptly fulfill all requests and answer questions. However, I rated it a 3 because we encountered two...
A comfortable and functional hotel with modern facilities. The rooms aren't very spacious but have everything you need (except a window in my case). The location isn't great, far from the city center and metro lines, but it's on a main avenue and easily accessible by taxi from the airport or train station. It offers good value for money, but it won't make the list of top hotels.
We stayed there, very nice new reception 24/7 👍
For unpretentious guests. Excellent value: price - quality. Good rooms: of course there is something to find fault with (little things like: traces of roof leaks, wind-blown windows, bad internet in places, not ideal cleanliness). But the affordable price + the availability of breakfast and pleasant staff make up for everything. Banks, bazaars, cafes, fast food, shopping centers - everything is nearby
I stayed with my family at Art Residence Hotel, Tashkent in Dec 2024 for 2 days. It was a family suite room and had a great stay. The rooms were very spacious, had good heating facilities, and hot water in the washroom. The breakfast spread was excellent with variety of dishes. The staffs were polite and helpful. We really had a excellent and comfortable stay at Art Residence, highly recommended

It doesn't match the picture at all... Where's the bed canopy?
Great location close to the airport and walking distance to good restaurants. Friendly and polite staff.
The room was spacious and the bed was large and comfortable. The shower room was unpleasant because dirt or something kept running down the wall when I turned the shower on. The front desk was not bad, but they were not particularly polite. The breakfast was satisfying in terms of variety and taste. There are several famous restaurants within walking distance, so I think the location is good.
The outdoor pool was very nice and beautiful
There was a show while eating breakfast. The menu was not very diverse
It was unique because it was divided into villas
The room was maximalist and fancy, but in some senses it could be a little tacky
It was a shame that there was difficulty in getting an ATM or exchanging money
It's a very nice hotel, very close to the airport, with exotic decorations, and it's very attractive. There are also good restaurants around.
The biggest problem is that the location is difficult to find. Taxis can't always find the hotel, and Google Maps also goes around and around. Instead, Baidu Maps is the most reliable in Uzbekistan. The hotel is very close to the airport, a 10-minute drive. It should be noted that if it is the T3 passenger terminal, it is very far from T1 and T2. They are not in the same place. T3 usually flies to...

Bukhara, Samarkand Street 206 🧭 Map
I stayed at the Mercure near Bukhara's Old City for a business trip. The overall environment was beautiful, the service was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. Most of the guests checking in were senior tour groups from Europe and America.
Bukhara's top-ranked hotel certainly lived up to its reputation. It's incredibly unique and conveniently located in the Old City, making it easy to get to all the attractions. The breakfast was delicious, and both the service and room amenities were excellent. Highly recommended!
Overall, the value for money isn't great. The facilities and room size are quite small, and 2000 per night feels expensive. Even though it's in the old city, you still have to walk over a kilometer to reach any attractions. You'd be better off staying in a guesthouse closer to the main square. However, given the construction limitations in Bukhara's old town, there aren't many truly excellent hotels...
Wasn’t a very pleasant stay. On the first day we felt like a scam. We booked the room with an open window door but when we checked in, they gave us an accessible room next to the lift. Nothing looked like the picture on trip.com nor on Mercure website. The accessible bathroom design was also a huge miss. We tried to talk to front desk but they said that’s the last room they have and there were twin...
Beautiful hotel. Clean, spacious bedroom and bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff. I called reception for help..they sent someone to my room immediately. Variety and delicious breakfast.
Most hotels in Bukhara have rather questionable interior designs, but Mercure isn't one of them. This hotel is beautifully decorated and bright inside. The lobby offers complimentary water and local dried fruits, and the service is excellent. The rooms are a bit small, but that seems to be the norm for hotels of this caliber on this trip. The hotel's location is fantastic, right on the edge of the...

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Stay at Bentley Hotel Tashkent!
I recently stayed at the Bentley Hotel in Tashkent and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully designed — modern, clean, and very comfortable. My room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with everything I needed.
The staff were incredibly friendly and professional — always smiling and ready to help with anything...
This is a very nice hotel, located near a local residential area. If you're looking for a glimpse into local life, this is a pleasant surprise. Of course, it's a bit far from the city center by subway, and the station isn't very close.
The front desk and restaurant service were excellent.
The shower didn't have a curtain, so water splashed outside, making the bathroom floor slippery and potentially...
The amenities are outstanding and need not be described any further. I would like to highlight the friendly and supporting staff at this hotel. Especially Rasul who is a waiter in the Flame restaurant did a great job and was very hospitable. Also, Sonya is a great massage therapist - definitely ask for her if you want to book a massage at their Spa. She has magical and strong hands!
I received a Thai massage from Jeena Jun, and it was absolutely first-class! Having experienced massages in many places around the world, I can confidently say this was one of the best. Jeena’s skill, professionalism, and attention to detail were exceptional. I left feeling completely rejuvenated and relaxed. I would definitely rate this a full 5 stars and will certainly return again!

This is truly a good hotel with such lovely facilities!
Major issue though is the AC! They seem to turn off the room ACs at night with the temp going to 28 in the room. When I asked for correction at the first night here, the person at the reception asked us to open the window as they have turned off the Aircon for the floor😕
Apparently they turn it off after 11pm.
I loved this place except this. I...

The family room is a spacious two-bedroom suite. There's ample parking, perfect for those driving. There's also a small garden on the first floor. Many European and Chinese tour groups choose this hotel.
Front desk service attitude is very poor
For a three-star hotel, everything is fine. Pros: robes in the room, a good restaurant open from morning until night, good Wi-Fi, very quiet.
Cons: the old town is a 20-minute walk away, but it's inconvenient, as you have to cross highways and a residential area. The bed is large, but uncomfortable: no mattress pad, poor pillows, and washed-out gray linens. The shower has no water pressure, and it...
The hotel is relatively new, the room is large, and the breakfast is rich

We had a pleasant stay, the staff is friendly. The pool is a bit cold due to being in the shade the whole day.
Please note that this online booking is broken and will not be repaired, so don't book easily! ! ! !
Hotel seems popular. Its located at a good location with plenty of eateries and convenience stores nearby, and no more than 10 minutes drive to many attractions.
Room decor is kind of tacky, but that seems to be the design norm here. Good sized, although the entryway is pretty squeezy due to the bukly wardrobe. Bed is quite comfortable.

Medina Hotel Samarkand – A Delightful Stay!
I had a wonderful experience at the Medina Hotel Samarkand. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to assist, making me feel right at home. A good little hotel in central Mahalla Tashkent near the trade fair – clean, good location, very friendly staff.
The location is very convenient with supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and the large terrace is lovely. The only downside was the cleaning lady's attentiveness; she was a little intrusive. The receptionist was exceptionally nice; thank you very much.
It's very convenient to get to the exhibition hall; it's only a 10-minute walk. It's a great, very quiet hotel.
Room is clean and interior is beautiful. Close to white mosque.
I stayed here for two nights as a solo traveler. It's located in a quiet residential area, so it's a great place to stay without any noise. Although it's in a residential area, it's near the entrance, so it's a short walk to the main street. Good price value ratio hotel with comfortable beds.
Service is nice with exceptions of the employee behind the Omelett station.
Furthermore they have 4 treadmills in the gym which you can’t use for more then walking speed. Besides that all in all a very good hotel.
I had a wonderful experience at Sahid Zarafshon. From the moment I checked in until the minute I departed, the service was seamless and the staff were incredibly welcoming.
What I Loved:
The Rooms: My room was impressively spacious, providing a comfortable sanctuary after a long day of exploring.
Dining: The breakfast selection is excellent, offering a great variety to start your morning right....
We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a bigger corner room and enjoyed the space on a high floor . The service was excellent. The receptionist was incredibly kind and beautiful, and she handled all our needs perfectly. Breakfast, provided personally by the restaurant staff, was also very plentiful. Samarkand is a city known for its simple and honest people, and this was especially evident at this hotel.
The hotel is very nice and not far from the attractions. The hotel itself is new and well-equipped with everything. The front desk staff are very polite and attentive to our needs. Our train was at 8 am, and we asked the front desk in advance to prepare breakfast for us, which they did.
The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean!
I stayed here for one night while sightseeing in Samarkand.
The amenities were excellent and the room was clean.
The breakfast was delicious.
The restaurant right in front of the hotel was also delicious.
There was also a convenience store nearby, so I think it's perfect for sightseeing.
The best hotel ever so far in Uzbekistan with an amazing service, very polite people and warm hospitality. I’d suggest to visit this place whoever comes to Samarkand. I’m sure you won’t regret visiting it.

Location is excellent. Nearby there are a lot of cafes and shops. Not far from sights and airport as well. The room is bit weared but clean. Aircon works well, which is especially important in Termez's heat. Reception lady was very helpful. Overall good choice for a night
The facilities are a bit poor.
The hotel was—if I can believe the Dumont travel guide—built to German standards and used by the German Armed Forces (Bundeswehr) during the ISAF mission. You know what? Everything's good. It's a small boutique hotel.
Aside from the air conditioning and heating being only so-so, it's pretty good overall.
Excellent fresh hotel with spacious rooms and a good breakfast.
The room was spacious and in good condition. The bed and lighting were excellent, and the front desk staff were incredibly helpful, meeting all our needs! There's a huge supermarket just steps away, with everything you need.
The only downside is that it's 3 kilometers from the main tourist attractions, but taxis are cheap, so it's not inconvenient at all.

The hotel is indeed very close to the airport, and the environment is nice; it's quiet and not crowded. However, the front desk staff told us upon check-in that our reservation hadn't been successful, and they couldn't find it after several attempts, which wasted some time. This could be improved.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, close to both the airport and the South Railway Station. It's very soundproof, with only five or six rooms per floor. The hotel's facilities are comparable to those in China, exceeding expectations.

The hotel is very well located for visiting the old town. Unfortunately, the room smelled terrible, as if someone had been smoking in it for a hundred years and the windows had never been opened.
