It is a cozy hotel. It has clean rooms and complete amenities. They have wide selection in breakfast buffet and their restaurant has a great ambiance. The reception staff are also polite and very good in customer service. The location is great. Highly recommended for solo travelers.
Major love for the small boutique hotel. Nice clean and warm in winter. Staff are attentive especially the pair at the reception during our check in.

Really loved this hotel. Great friendly, helpful staff and really cool bar upstairs made it a perfect stay. Yes the rooms are a bit small but they are more than adequate. Well sound-proofed in our case. Breakfast was good. Well done to a great team. You have something special here.
Booked this hotel for my parents for their anniversary holiday and they loved it! Said the staff were very nice, even made a special surprise for them, they loved also the rooftop bar. Definitely recommended if you’re going to Tashkent. They loved the burger so much that even brought one back home with them :)
A modern and very functional hotel. The room was small, with no fridge or kettle, and almost no room to store luggage, but it had good Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and good air conditioning. It has a terrace bar with great views. The breakfast is complete and varied.

I booked this hotel for a colleague on a business trip. It seems pretty good. I'm giving it a positive review out of habit. I'll ask for feedback before my next business trip, and if it's good, I'll book here again.
This hotel has a good environment and good breakfast
The room is nice, the facilities are great, but the service is terrible. The problem was not solved. Only a young guy named YUNUS at the front desk was responsible for helping to solve the problem. He was the only good service staff
Very good ~ Although it is not large in scale, it far exceeds expectations! Very good, cost-effective
All perfect. It's very clean and good location
Location is very good if you're flying next few day. Just make sure the taxi driver drops you to International Airport, not the domestic terminal, what happened to me last time... The staff of hotel is very helpful, makes your time here comfortable and pleasant.

The hotel is in a perfect location if you are seeking spirituality. You are directly visiting the shrine of Shah-i Naqshbandi. The rooms are clean and spacious. Everything is nice, there are just a few shortcomings: firstly, there are no bidet taps in the toilets, and secondly, the breakfast is very bad, there's not much to eat. Don't be fooled by the breakfast picture :)
A beautiful hotel right across from the tomb of Shah-i Naqshband Muhammad Bahaeddin.
The distance between him and Naqshbandi is 50 meters, so I prefer it.

A cozy hotel on a quiet street.
The rooms are clean and comfortable.
Minibar - reasonable prices.
Internet, TV.
Very convenient and nice place close to the train Station. The receptionist was extremely helpful.
I highly recommend it to anyone.
Many thanks guys!

I loved everything! We were checked in quickly. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. I recommend it. Special thanks to hotel employee Dilya!
The hotel location is very convenient and near to the rail station. Rooms were clean, and the courtyard was beautiful. Breakfast was good. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby.
Thank you to the team at the Euro Asia Hotel in Samarkand. They are very responsive and welcoming, and I especially thank Dilya, who is conscientious in her work and also beautiful and kind. Thank you for your hard work and hospitality, and always stay that way.

I booked this hotel for someone else. I did not stay here
Hotel with friendly staff , vending machihe available with soft drinks. Personell is helping items required. Nearby allocated restaurants. Place is silent with nice inner garden, unfortunately fountains were not working but nevertheless in evening you can sit outside and enjoy warm weather
Love this place cheap and well-kept, staying here at the moment:)
Good hotel, stayed here several times since 2010, so car, there is any claim
Comfortable situation and good place for having rest for few days

My 2nd time in this hotel. Love the cleanliness the staff & most of all the breakfast buffet. I love the porridge.
Near to city just use Yandexgo & its super cheap to everywhere in town.
Good hotel. Slept well. Good breakfast. Good, fully-equipped gym (lots of machines). Friendly staff.
I stayed for 5 nights. Good service and great value for money. I had room 605. The room matched the photos. The hotel is good, has everything you need (air conditioning, slippers, bathrobe, soap, toothbrush, etc.) and it was clean, with no sewer or cigarette smoke smells. The breakfasts were good, I didn't regret taking them. Lunch and dinner were unavailable in the restaurant in April 2026, so if...
The room was small but very clean, suitable for business trips.
The location is a little out of the way, but it's very quiet. The hotel facilities are complete, the only downside is that the rooms are a bit small! The breakfast is good. The price-performance ratio is relatively good.
The hotel staff were very nice, and the rooms were quite clean, with daily housekeeping. Overall, it was a good experience. There was also a free spa, but unfortunately, I didn't have time to try it.

It’s a nice quaint hotel but too pricey for the environment, unless it’s only meant for the well to do.
The hotel is nice hotel, good standard and location is good but not near metro so have to use taxi but taxis in Tashkent are very cheap to western taxis.. yandex taxis are the best..
Nice new hotel. Clean room, one had a loose fossset, but overall very nice. Staff know English. Breakfast was rich, omlets were meh... 30 minutes in the early morning till the airport. Has spa, very good massage. Has a pool and a gull gim. For it's price in that region could have been a bit better but compared to same price with say Milan way better...
It was only one day. It was very clean and very friendly service
This hotel is a bit out of the way, but it more than makes up for it in cleanliness and amenities. Everyone who works there was delightful, breakfast was good, and the rooms and spa facilities were clean and in perfect condition. If I could change one thing, it would be to add more locally inspired dishes to the restaurant menu. The only Uzbek thing on there was shakarob, which was by far the best...
Very convenient, loved the room design and amenities for the electrical plugs and water hose it was very suitable for international travellers

The staff were all very friendly and we had a very comfortable stay. The breakfast was also delicious. It was very conveniently located near Samarkand Station. There was no shampoo or conditioner in the room. We brought our own so it wasn't a problem, and we didn't ask, but they might provide it if we asked.
It may depend on the room, but our room didn't have a bathtub. The shower area overflowed...
The location is excellent, about a three-minute walk from Samarkand train station. The hotel is beautiful, with a lovely swimming pool, a plentiful breakfast, good service, and spacious rooms. Overall, highly recommended.
The hotel is right across from the train station, just a five-minute walk away. The room was fairly spacious, though the bathroom could be a bit larger. The breakfast had a good selection and tasted quite good.
A charming hotel with comfortable rooms, warm service, and conveniently located next to the high-speed rail station (just a five-minute walk to the tram stop). The swimming pool and breakfast restaurant are also excellent – don't miss out!
A very satisfying hotel. I originally booked it on the spur of the moment, but it was beyond my imagination. The hotel facilities are well-detailed, the bedding is comfortable, and the towel racks are all hot and dry. The swimming pool is cleaned daily and the water is clear. There are also many breakfast options. The soft furnishings are all decorated with ethnic characteristics. It must be highly...
We traveled through Uzbekistan by train, and this hotel is right next to the train station. To get into town, you use a taxi app. The hotel is clean and the staff friendly. The pool is absolutely essential, especially in July, and very refreshing. There's also music and cool drinks at the bar (fair prices). Great stay at rayyan hotel tashkent

Unforgettable 10-Day Trip in Uzbekistan – Rayyan Hotel & Tour
We arrived in Uzbekistan on October 1st for a 10-day trip and booked our stay and tour through Rayyan Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the experience was fantastic!

Average 3 star hotel . 24/7 sewage smell in bathroom. Be careful with your cc - they overcharge your card and claim that your bank charged you fees for using cc
We had a very nice stay in Tashkent. The hotel is only about 30 minutes from the airport and is located close to many attractions, which made moving around the city very convenient.
The pool was clean and enjoyable, and the rooms are spacious enough to fit three kids comfortably, which is a big plus for families. It definitely feels like more than a 3-star hotel.
Breakfast was good with a nice variety...
The place is quite remote, the environment is good, but the room is small. There was a short circuit in the wires in the middle of the night and I was choked. It was a bit dangerous. Later, the hotel did not arrange for someone to repair it, nor did they change the room.

The hotel is dated and should be avoided if possible. Location is good , a short 15 min walk to the center . Rooms are very old and had a stuffy/ mouldy smell . A/c doesn’t work .Had two functioning elevator and each can carry 4 -5 person at a tine . For a hotel with so many rooms getting a free elevator is like getting a lottery ticket. Breakfast is not good for western travellers.
Cozy and cheap + breakfast and everything for 150,000 sum 2025.05.03 I recommend to everyone, you can walk to the old city Laby Khavuz
Service is really frustrating, staff is awfully rude, when we couldn't get into room we asked an another key and they mistreated us. They want help if something goes wrong with room opening
This hotel is rather old. The elevators are small, the room for 2 persons is compact and the room air-conditioner is not working well. The hotel staffs are helpful, though. We stayed here for 2 nights, and I guess that should be enough.
It is about 2km away from the old town, so we took a taxi to get there.
About 500 meters from the old town, you will pass through a very dirty construction site. Next to Wyndham. The facilities are very poor. The shower water can only be turned on hot, otherwise it is cold and hot. The network is very slow. The sound insulation is very poor. There are people partying at 2 o'clock in the morning. The front desk service is very good. They helped me call a taxi several times...

The staff were lovely and very helpful. The breakfast was good and eggs and omelette made to order. Unfortunately the bed was hard and uncomfortable. The wi-fi was very poor. The indoor room was grim so we left and went elsewhere...
Great breakfast offerings. Room is smaller than I expected for the price.
Staff were extremely helpful and polite Restaurant food including breakfast was nice
The only thing which let it down was bathroom which did not have a proper shower and the tub left no space for standing at the sink
Nice hotel, with excellent service, but avoid the restaurant, by all means. It took more than 3 hours to have dinner and food was just ok. Also , it was the most expensive meal we had in Samrkande by far.
This is a good hotel in an excellent location, and the staff is helpful. But it is overpriced compared to similar hotels in Uzbekistan.
Terrific location - I walked to all significant site in Samarkand. Room was very clean. The two men who worked in the reception area were professional, fRiendly and cared about my experience. Good business hotel. Stayed for one night during a layover.

it’s a very nice place to stay over for a couple of nights! beautiful design and place indeed
Good hotel, close to the airport. Check-in was smooth, and late check-out was free of charge.
The hotel's location is great, with many shops nearby. The overall decor is quite refined, and the room facilities are complete, making for a comfortable stay. However, upon check-in, the tax amount quoted by the front desk didn't match what I was told when booking, leading to a lengthy discussion. Excellent hotel! Everything is clean, the furniture and appliances are all new and not worn out! The staff is very friendly and always happy to help. The location is also great—a 20-minute walk to the famous bazaar.
Very good hotel, nice room, good breakfast, I would stay here again.
New hotel. A bit out of the city center, not very convenient to get to. A taxi to the airport costs $3.50, about 12 km. There's a lot of construction going on around here. It'll be even better soon.
The room was nice and spacious. We got an upgrade. Thank you very much.
There's a balcony, but it's very small, you can't even go out. The construction solution was puzzling.
The breakfast was decent. Porridge...
It was really very nice. Stuff was very helpful and they were very kind as well.
The hotel is very good, clean, everything inside is new. I really liked the attitude of the hotel staff, always friendly, always say hello when you meet. The only thing I would like to improve is the ventilation system in the bathroom, I would also like a more uniform delivery of dishes for breakfast in the restaurant.

Over all good . Good options for vegetarians. Need to improve bathroom. Bathroom Jet doesn't work
Nice hotel at a good location. Breakfast good. Complimentary drinking water, tea and coffee sachets, electric kettle. The price is expensive and the room size is small for the price paid. I stayed in auch superior hotel room in Tashkent for a lesser price. I guess their proximity to a world heritage tourism site increases the price of rooms in this hotel for foreigners.
We were able to check in early without any extra charge. The service, the breakfast and the rooms are very good.
It's comfort to stay in this hotel. There is an ATM machine at lobby hotel. It is helpful for tourist or consumer to get cash. Many mini market and restaurant around the hotel, and we just walk to reach out it.

A wonderful hotel, very friendly staff, beautiful and cozy rooms, comfortable beds, clean, we loved everything. It's located near the Registan, easy to get to by taxi. The only downside is the poor breakfasts, limited choice, and not very tasty.
We spent two nights there as part of a tour. Although it's not in the city center, you can walk to the main square in 15-20 minutes. It's clean, and the room and bathroom are spacious and comfortable. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is varied and adequate. It's not brand new, but it's well-maintained. We slept well. The area is safe, even at night.
It's a bit of a walk to the center, but it's within walking distance. It's close to the university, so there are students walking around even at night, so it's safe. The shower room has a glass door that closes, so there's no need to worry about water leaking.

It was a beautiful hotel with a stylish interior.
We booked two rooms on Trip.com, but there was a problem when only one room was booked. We checked later and found that they had forgotten to reserve the room, but there was no apology, which was disappointing.
We were made to wait another 10 minutes at the front desk, which was disappointing.
Conveniently located, clean room, quite reasonable price for the service provided
Cleanliness is a 4/5 because everything is washed, but there are stains and an unpleasant smell. Breakfast is a 5/5💚✅
Convinient location quite close to the airport in tashkent. Room was nice and clean.
There's no downtown area nearby, but it's clean.
The occasional discount is a bit pricey, but I think hotel prices are all high compared to the cost of living in this country.

The hotel is in a very central location, making it easy to explore the city. The room was spacious and very clean, with good mattresses that ensured a comfortable night’s sleep. The reception and all the staff were extremely friendly and very customer-oriented – I really felt welcomed.

I wondered if this was what a 4-star hotel breakfast in Uzbekistan was like. The front desk staff were unfriendly, the stairs were narrow, and the location was questionable. Other restaurants have also made me realise that Uzbeks are not suited to the service industry.
It’s nearby the attraction area but not car assessable . Car cannot enter n you need to push your luggage to the hotel. About 100-200 meter
I’d like to give a special shout-out to Bekzod, one of the staff members who showed me amazing hospitality and kindness from the very first day until the day i checked out. The hotel should really pay him more, his service and attitude towards guests are truly exceptional!
