It is a cozy hotel. It has clean rooms and complete amenities. They have wide selection in breakfast buffet and their restaurant has a great ambiance. The reception staff are also polite and very good in customer service. The location is great. Highly recommended for solo travelers.

Really loved this hotel. Great friendly, helpful staff and really cool bar upstairs made it a perfect stay. Yes the rooms are a bit small but they are more than adequate. Well sound-proofed in our case. Breakfast was good. Well done to a great team. You have something special here.

Booked this hotel for my parents for their anniversary holiday and they loved it! Said the staff were very nice, even made a special surprise for them, they loved also the rooftop bar. Definitely recommended if you’re going to Tashkent. They loved the burger so much that even brought one back home with them :)

A modern and very functional hotel. The room was small, with no fridge or kettle, and almost no room to store luggage, but it had good Wi-Fi, a smart TV, and good air conditioning. It has a terrace bar with great views. The breakfast is complete and varied.

I booked this hotel for a colleague on a business trip. It seems pretty good. I'm giving it a positive review out of habit. I'll ask for feedback before my next business trip, and if it's good, I'll book here again.

Location is very good if you're flying next few day. Just make sure the taxi driver drops you to International Airport, not the domestic terminal, what happened to me last time... The staff of hotel is very helpful, makes your time here comfortable and pleasant.

The hotel is in a perfect location if you are seeking spirituality. You are directly visiting the shrine of Shah-i Naqshbandi. The rooms are clean and spacious. Everything is nice, there are just a few shortcomings: firstly, there are no bidet taps in the toilets, and secondly, the breakfast is very bad, there's not much to eat. Don't be fooled by the breakfast picture :)

The distance between him and Naqshbandi is 50 meters, so I prefer it.

The hotel location is very convenient and near to the rail station. Rooms were clean, and the courtyard was beautiful. Breakfast was good. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

We had a very nice stay in Tashkent. The hotel is only about 30 minutes from the airport and is located close to many attractions, which made moving around the city very convenient. The place is quite remote, the environment is good, but the room is small. There was a short circuit in the wires in the middle of the night and I was choked. It was a bit dangerous. Later, the hotel did not arrange for someone to repair it, nor did they change the room.

The hotel is dated and should be avoided if possible. Location is good , a short 15 min walk to the center . Rooms are very old and had a stuffy/ mouldy smell . A/c doesn’t work .Had two functioning elevator and each can carry 4 -5 person at a tine . For a hotel with so many rooms  getting a free elevator is like getting a lottery ticket. This hotel is rather old. The elevators are small, the room for 2 persons is compact and the room air-conditioner is not working well. The hotel staffs are helpful, though. We stayed here for 2 nights, and I guess that should be enough.

It is about 2km away from the old town, so we took a taxi to get there.

About 500 meters from the old town, you will pass through a very dirty construction site. Next to Wyndham. The facilities are very poor. The shower water can only be turned on hot, otherwise it is cold and hot. The network is very slow. The sound insulation is very poor. There are people partying at 2 o'clock in the morning. I stayed in auch superior hotel room in Tashkent for a lesser price. I guess their proximity to a world heritage tourism site increases the price of rooms in this hotel for foreigners.

We spent two nights there as part of a tour. Although it's not in the city center, you can walk to the main square in 15-20 minutes. It's clean, and the room and bathroom are spacious and comfortable. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is varied and adequate. It's not brand new, but it's well-maintained. We slept well. The area is safe, even at night.

It's a bit of a walk to the center, but it's within walking distance. It's close to the university, so there are students walking around even at night, so it's safe. The shower room has a glass door that closes, so there's no need to worry about water leaking.

We checked later and found that they had forgotten to reserve the room, but there was no apology, which was disappointing.
