Service was excellent, very helpful, very accommodating, very polite, well trained English speaking staff. A good hotel. The price was reasonable and the facilities were great. The receptionists were very kind and spoke great English, and were extremely willing to help. Only problem is that the wifi doesn’t work in the room, but you can sit in reception to solve this.

I spent one night here. and that was enough to keep me from coming back. First of all, the water in the bathtub was not clean. as if that wasn't enough, when I tried to take a shower in the morning, there was no water at all. The hotel is very well located for visiting the old town. Unfortunately, the room smelled terrible, as if someone had been smoking in it for a hundred years and the windows had never been opened. 10/10 stay. I was here for a fee days in Bukhara and I was so impressed with this hotel. Firstly the rooms are so big, clean and grand. The price was so competitive and lower than other hotels in the city. The service was great and the main sights are a short walk away. As a tourist you should definitely stay here.

Very accommodating and honest. They allowed me to extend my stay past checkout by two hours (they probably would have given me another hour). For some reason they didn't charge me a city tax at the end of my stay either. I have no idea if it was because I tipped the concierge/bellboy or the cleaning lady. We stayed in the Superior A, Superior B across the street. Very clean, reasonable breakfast,small bar (slightly high prices for beer). Close to popular restaurant Platan ( booking advised) and one or two others but not walking distance to major historical sights.

I took an instant dislike to this place which was probably rather unfair of me, but surely they could have come up with a less pretentious name.
