The hotel was clean, but it was quite far from the old city, especially since only electric carts could access Bukhara's old city, and at night you had to walk a long way to the area outside the curfew to hail a taxi. The breakfast had a variety of options, but most were cold. A few hot items seemed poorly heated and remained cold, and the taste was just average.

Lovely spacious room, staff were also very helpful. Bit of a walk into the old town (20 minutes) but taxis are very cheap.

The hotel's location is decent, situated next to the main road leading to Bukhara Old City, offering a quiet retreat amidst the bustling city. The rooms are similar to those in budget hotels in China, but the balcony is quite large, making for a comfortable stay. The breakfast is average, lacking hot food, which is a minor drawback.

It's a little far from the tourist attractions, about a 30-60 minute walk, so you'll probably need to take a taxi to get around. The hotel facilities are new and clean, with excellent facilities and equipment. The breakfast and staff service are also excellent. My room was on the top floor, and was like an attic facing the road, but the other side was more open and nice.

Go outside and cross the street. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes. There are also many places with good value. The building is located slightly off the main street, so it's relatively quiet. The breakfast is decent. Of course, it's buffet style. Be sure to check if breakfast is included. The price for one night at the hotel is also reasonable. Highly recommended.

Bed sheets, towels and overall cleanliness are very average, some have yellow stains and raise some questions. This is a large, rather sprawling hotel. It consists of several different buildings and looks like it caters to tour groups. The bedroom was average sized with a large bed. Very very nice stay at a very low price. It’s a gem when it comes to foreign tourists. They have a jacuzzi bath tub and the price is comparatively cheap for a foreigner it’s just 26 USD. Great deal. I stayed in ground floor.

The 3-star accommodation facility we stayed in in Khive city of Uzbekistan Being within walking distance to the historical area is a plus, but the beds are thin and there is no hair dryer or refrigerator in the rooms. We spent a night at this quite new hotel before we went back home. We chose the hotel due to its proximity to the airport (but within 10 km there is a lot other) and due to its very good prices for a really good hotel.

Great value hotel, I had an excellent experience. It's newly built, rooms are clean. I would recommend the hotel to add a shelf at the mirror in the bathroom as there is no room for make-up, toiletries, etc. I didn't have a mini-fridge in the room, also would be great to add. Overall, it's pretty good. Hotels in Uzbekistan are generally expensive and not great value for money, especially international brands. So, compared to others, this hotel is decent. It might be a little old, though. When I first entered the room, there was a slightly musty smell, and I had to open the window to air it out.

Just a 10-15 minute drive from the airport, this standalone building was easy to find. My second-floor room had a terrace with a nice street view. The staff were all very friendly. I had to leave before breakfast started on my second day, and they even packed a breakfast for me. There's a supermarket, a restaurant, and a liquor store downstairs from the hotel restaurant, so it's quite convenient.

An acceptable hotel in terms of its location and the quality of the breakfast, but somewhat less so regarding soundproofing and noise from other guests. The establishment is very clean and well-maintained with a very welcoming reception. The presence of an elevator is a welcome feature.
