Nice hotel at a good location. Breakfast good. Complimentary drinking water, tea and coffee sachets, electric kettle. The price is expensive and the room size is small for the price paid. I stayed in auch superior hotel room in Tashkent for a lesser price. I guess their proximity to a world heritage tourism site increases the price of rooms in this hotel for foreigners.

We were able to check in early without any extra charge. The service, the breakfast and the rooms are very good.

It's comfort to stay in this hotel. There is an ATM machine at lobby hotel. It is helpful for tourist or consumer to get cash. Many mini market and restaurant around the hotel, and we just walk to reach out it.

It was a beautiful hotel with a stylish interior. We booked two rooms on Trip.com, but there was a problem when only one room was booked. We checked later and found that they had forgotten to reserve the room, but there was no apology, which was disappointing. We were made to wait another 10 minutes at the front desk, which was disappointing.

The hotel was clean, but it was quite far from the old city, especially since only electric carts could access Bukhara's old city, and at night you had to walk a long way to the area outside the curfew to hail a taxi. The breakfast had a variety of options, but most were cold. A few hot items seemed poorly heated and remained cold, and the taste was just average.

It's a little far from the tourist attractions, about a 30-60 minute walk, so you'll probably need to take a taxi to get around. The hotel facilities are new and clean, with excellent facilities and equipment. The breakfast and staff service are also excellent. My room was on the top floor, and was like an attic facing the road, but the other side was more open and nice.

I just been there for dinner and lunch. The food was so good , Hotel has Turkish chef Bülent and he is doing good turkish cuisine. If you wanna try Turkish food in Navoi this is your place for sure. Try Lahmacun that you may not even find this lahmacun taste in Turkey.

It is good to have a that much high quality, decent hotel in Navoi. Clean and spacious rooms. Nice and experienced staff. You can easily find different delicious cuisines in the restaurant. And they are well prepared for the pandemic.

The 3-star accommodation facility we stayed in in Khive city of Uzbekistan Being within walking distance to the historical area is a plus, but the beds are thin and there is no hair dryer or refrigerator in the rooms. The breakfast room is in the basement and is indoors. There is an inner garden and an outdoor seating area for smokers.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff, clean rooms and rich breakfast. They do not have an elevator but there is always a friendly guy who can help you to carry your luggage. In case you don’t have a yandex taxi app, the reception administrator will very kindly order a taxi for you. No problem to leave your bags there while waiting for train.

Overall, it's pretty good. Hotels in Uzbekistan are generally expensive and not great value for money, especially international brands. So, compared to others, this hotel is decent. It might be a little old, though. When I first entered the room, there was a slightly musty smell, and I had to open the window to air it out.

Just a 10-15 minute drive from the airport, this standalone building was easy to find. My second-floor room had a terrace with a nice street view. The staff were all very friendly. I had to leave before breakfast started on my second day, and they even packed a breakfast for me. There's a supermarket, a restaurant, and a liquor store downstairs from the hotel restaurant, so it's quite convenient.

The room was lovely. Corner room with balcony and very clean. Staff are helpful generally though one or two of the male staff are a bit surly and seem to only help reluctantly. Breakfast decent enough.

We stayed one night in Kokand at this hotel, and it was very good, especially very clean, which is important for us. The breakfast was quite average, but the most important things for us were the cleanliness, the calm atmosphere, and the kindness of the staff, who were very helpful, and I thank them for that. If I were to come back to Kokand, I would choose this hotel again

Best hotel experience we’ve had in Fergana region. Clean, modern, spacious, and most importantly if you visit during hot months, a working AC!! An acceptable hotel in terms of its location and the quality of the breakfast, but somewhat less so regarding soundproofing and noise from other guests. The establishment is very clean and well-maintained with a very welcoming reception. The presence of an elevator is a welcome feature.

I had the most economical room. Even so, it had a small window. Due to the thin walls, it wasn't perfectly quiet, but overall it was comfortable enough. Breakfast is served upstairs, and it can get crowded. There's also a terrace. The location is convenient for Registan and the Mausoleum.

We spent a night at this quite new hotel before we went back home. We chose the hotel due to its proximity to the airport (but within 10 km there is a lot other) and due to its very good prices for a really good hotel.

Great value hotel, I had an excellent experience. It's newly built, rooms are clean. I would recommend the hotel to add a shelf at the mirror in the bathroom as there is no room for make-up, toiletries, etc. I didn't have a mini-fridge in the room, also would be great to add. I booked a hotel for my husband back in 2023. We were greeted warmly, clean, and comfortable. They fed us well, and instead of an alarm clock, they woke us up in the morning. The price wasn't exactly cheap, but it was worth it—it was clean and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
