Over all good . Good options for vegetarians. Need to improve bathroom. Bathroom Jet doesn't work
Nice hotel at a good location. Breakfast good. Complimentary drinking water, tea and coffee sachets, electric kettle. The price is expensive and the room size is small for the price paid. I stayed in auch superior hotel room in Tashkent for a lesser price. I guess their proximity to a world heritage tourism site increases the price of rooms in this hotel for foreigners.
We were able to check in early without any extra charge. The service, the breakfast and the rooms are very good.
It's comfort to stay in this hotel. There is an ATM machine at lobby hotel. It is helpful for tourist or consumer to get cash. Many mini market and restaurant around the hotel, and we just walk to reach out it.
nice Hotel. close to the airport. room very cozy. breakfast is very good. internet work also well. definitely recommend to stay there.

It was a beautiful hotel with a stylish interior.
We booked two rooms on Trip.com, but there was a problem when only one room was booked. We checked later and found that they had forgotten to reserve the room, but there was no apology, which was disappointing.
We were made to wait another 10 minutes at the front desk, which was disappointing.
Conveniently located, clean room, quite reasonable price for the service provided
Cleanliness is a 4/5 because everything is washed, but there are stains and an unpleasant smell. Breakfast is a 5/5💚✅
Convinient location quite close to the airport in tashkent. Room was nice and clean.
There's no downtown area nearby, but it's clean.
The occasional discount is a bit pricey, but I think hotel prices are all high compared to the cost of living in this country.
The receptionist can speak good English, thanks for the free upgrade cz only use the room for few hours b4 the flight 10mnts drive to the airport.
Room is spacious.
I got a headache due to the thick pillow

The staff was the best ever!! Incredibly sweet and helpful. Sara (manager) is the absolute best person…. But the entire staff is incredible. The breakfast was great too. Totally exceeded our expectations! Truly a gem of a hotel in Tashkent!!
The breakfast was delicious; I really enjoyed it.
Sarvinoz from Sofiya hotel has amazing English skill and also speaks very well japanese! we couldn't speak language in Uzbekistan so she help translation for our tour which is not include service! I'll come back again!また来ます!最高のサービスを提供してくれましたとてもやさしく親切です!日本人の観光の人にも紹介したいです。ぜひ訪れてみて下さい!
Well done on Sarvinovz being a great manager. She seamed to be the heart for the place. All the staff members are great and they nailed the first impression matter. They even accommodated late night check in. We enjoyed the stay and recommend for all. Good luck with all.
When I checked in, the female staff at the front desk was smiling and I thought it was a little early, but she handled the procedure with a smile. There was a street view on the third floor, and the sound was not noticeable if you close the window. More than anything, it was nice to be able to see the sunrise. I left something in the taxi and they looked at the security camera footage and were very...
Pleasant surprise: a new, clean, comfortable hotel for about $50 a night. Located in a sprawled part of town, but if carless, location is walkable to all type conveniences and restaurant options. Rooms somewhat sparsely furnished, various sizes. Ones overlooking courtyard get no noise. Good sleeping conditions. Good aircon and internet, and bathroom. Breakfast included large buffet. Bukhara, Tutzor 15 Bukhara, Hotel Bukhara, 200100 Buhara, Uzbekistan 🧭 Map
The hotel was clean, but it was quite far from the old city, especially since only electric carts could access Bukhara's old city, and at night you had to walk a long way to the area outside the curfew to hail a taxi. The breakfast had a variety of options, but most were cold. A few hot items seemed poorly heated and remained cold, and the taste was just average.
Lovely spacious room, staff were also very helpful. Bit of a walk into the old town (20 minutes) but taxis are very cheap.
The hotel's location is decent, situated next to the main road leading to Bukhara Old City, offering a quiet retreat amidst the bustling city. The rooms are similar to those in budget hotels in China, but the balcony is quite large, making for a comfortable stay. The breakfast is average, lacking hot food, which is a minor drawback.
Good
Staff is great, always willing to help and assist, hotel looks new but lack of blackout courtains, windows/doors do not seal well so room can be very cold at night, 20 mins walking to city center.
Was a nice hotel. The bed was ok. Not fantastic. Location is not an issue as taxis in Uzbekistan are so reasonable.
Great shower!
Quiet, 15 minutes walk from old town center. Clean and very good service. Highly recommend

It's a little far from the tourist attractions, about a 30-60 minute walk, so you'll probably need to take a taxi to get around.
The hotel facilities are new and clean, with excellent facilities and equipment.
The breakfast and staff service are also excellent. My room was on the top floor, and was like an attic facing the road, but the other side was more open and nice.
Very crean and confortable hotel. We LinkedIn breakfast and swiming pool

This hotel is only a 20 min walk to Registan Square. It is adjacent a main road but double windows in the room does cut the noise.
The breakfast looks okay from a distance but is not particularly wholesome. Good value overall
The hotel's location is good, about a 10-minute walk from both the Registan Square and the Gur Emir Mausoleum.
The hotel is older, and the facilities are a bit dated, but they're still usable.
The hotel didn't provide drinking water or hairdryers, but they were available upon request at the front desk, though I think it's better to have them.
The breakfast was okay, with mostly cold dishes except for...
The hotel is fine. Good breakfast and friendly staff. The room and bathroom were a good size. Heads up! The pool is seasonal. It says so in the description, but I booked specifically because of the pool, using that as a filter in my search. The decor is dated, but it's a comfortable hotel with everything you need. The shower pressure was a bit low. Some hotel staff playing on their phones on the reception...
The hotel service was excellent. The staff were very friendly—they allowed me to check in early and even arranged an early breakfast so I could make it to the airport on time. It was great value for the price.
The service is amazing, very helpful and kind.

Everything was excellent — the hotel is clean, the breakfast was good, and it is situated near many good eating restaurants. Good sized room for a basic hotel. TW was YouTube only, but we could get some news in English. The bathroom worked fine as did the nice windows on our corner room. Great hotel with very helpful staff. Nothing is too much for them. Family run for generations. Would definitely reccommend. The breakfast is amazing as well and complimentary.
The hotel is good, the staff is friendly.
Recently modernized hotel but quite poorly done, the entrance has excessively high steps, the rooms are clean but poorly arranged. The breakfasts are okay but nothing more (only instant coffee). Finally the hotel is far from the historic center
Izumrud Palace is the kind of small, family run enterprise that deserves our support. Room was clean and spotless, newly refurbished and everything was in great working order. The Omar Khayyam Hotel is in an excellent location. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good, with plenty to choose from and a kind gentleman serving coffee. Awesome heritage hotel beautifully decorated, room are very comfortable & bigger then usual clean reasonably priced very helpful and kind stuff and best part is in the middle of the old town. Highly recommended.
Comfortable Stay in the Heart of the Historic District
First and foremost, the hotel's unbeatable location right in the center of the historic district is its biggest advantage. Step outside, and you're immediately amidst the takis and madrasahs. While the rooms are simple, they are wonderfully spacious, ensuring a perfectly comfortable and hassle-free stay.

The accommodations were very satisfactory and the buffet was delicious.
Breakfast was excellent and well worth the price. It's served individually when there are few people, and a buffet when there are more; each has its advantages and disadvantages. The hotel receptionists and housekeeping staff were very friendly, and I would definitely stay here again. Of course, Ctrip's service was also very good; they helped resolve the room change issue pleasantly.
Far from the metro. Overall, the room is spacious and clean. Breakfasts are delicious. They don't allow early check-in.

I just been there for dinner and lunch. The food was so good , Hotel has Turkish chef Bülent and he is doing good turkish cuisine. If you wanna try Turkish food in Navoi this is your place for sure. Try Lahmacun that you may not even find this lahmacun taste in Turkey.
One of the best hotel in Uzbekistan. Staff are so friendly and gently and breakfast are so fresh and gorgious. Dinner in restaurant is also tasty. bath room is a little bit small.
We have had a dinner in the hotel's restaurant. All Food was delicious. I called the chef for thanks he came and i surprised he is turkish.his name is Bülent i thanked Hım for delicious dinner. Best hotel of my trip in Uzbekistan. The hotel itself is an attraction; every corner is "Instagrammable" and the location is unbeatable. Beyond the beauty of the building, the staff are wonderful. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, even offering tea and snacks while I waited out a rainstorm in the lobby after checkout. Really make my day on a rainy day.
Pros:
1️⃣ Fantastic location, most major attractions are within walking distance.
2️⃣ The hotel is incredibly beautiful and very photogenic.
3️⃣ The bedding is super comfortable. There were three of us, and even sleeping haphazardly on one bed, it felt spacious, and the room itself was also large.
4️⃣ Although it showed fully booked for both days, the hotel was surprisingly quiet.
5️⃣ The breakfast...
Overall, it's pretty good. Hotels in Uzbekistan are generally expensive and not great value for money, especially international brands. So, compared to others, this hotel is decent. It might be a little old, though. When I first entered the room, there was a slightly musty smell, and I had to open the window to air it out.
One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed! The service is excellent, the staffs are friendly, helpful & attentive, the architecture and interior are exceptionally beautiful, the location is top notch, you can walk to Bibi Khaym & Registan Square. The hotel offers traditional spa which is a plus point. Can’t recommend this hotel enough to everyone who visits Samarkand
The hotel is excellent! We only stayed for one night, and we were very sad to leave. The hotel has a beautiful modern design, is clean, has friendly staff, delicious breakfasts, is quiet, and has a great location (walking distance to all the attractions). We highly recommend this hotel, and if we visit this beautiful city again, we will definitely stay here.
Definitely worth it! The hotel is beautiful and quite clean. You can also enjoy a free sauna experience. The location is great, making it super convenient to get around, and the breakfast is good too. Highly recommend!

The hotel was very clean and the room was good but the breakfast was really bad the worst breakfast i ate in all uzbekistan until now
Just a 10-15 minute drive from the airport, this standalone building was easy to find. My second-floor room had a terrace with a nice street view. The staff were all very friendly. I had to leave before breakfast started on my second day, and they even packed a breakfast for me. There's a supermarket, a restaurant, and a liquor store downstairs from the hotel restaurant, so it's quite convenient.
The room was lovely. Corner room with balcony and very clean. Staff are helpful generally though one or two of the male staff are a bit surly and seem to only help reluctantly. Breakfast decent enough.
Beautiful hotel, this is the second time we stayed here ‘
Stayed at this hotel with my family for two nights. The room is nice and spacious with a clean bathroom and a small balcony also, the breakfast was also included and was good and satisfactory, there is also an indian restaurant in the ground floor, the location is also nice with bus stop very near to this hotel and also, the nearest metrol is also walkable from this hotel

Awesome staff that try to help with anything I needed and always gave effort! Azim has made a personal and professional impact with each of my stays here over the past 2-3 years. He’s catered to my family’s needs and helped set things up for...
perfect hotel, not far from the centre of Kokand. Fine restaurant, very comfortable room and car parking. Unfortunately, we stayed just 1 night.
Excellent hotel
just one small comment: coffees not included in the breakfast are extremely expensive, unfair price.
Very nice facility that I assume was just renovated, spacy clean well-maintained rooms. nice garden and good restaurant.
Two issues prevented me from granting 5 stars
1. lack of elevator (carry luggage upstairs)
2. Coffee at breakfast is extra (40,000 Som and up)
We stayed one night in Kokand at this hotel, and it was very good, especially very clean, which is important for us. The breakfast was quite average, but the most important things for us were the cleanliness, the calm atmosphere, and the kindness of the staff, who were very helpful, and I thank them for that. If I were to come back to Kokand, I would choose this hotel again
Best hotel experience we’ve had in Fergana region. Clean, modern, spacious, and most importantly if you visit during hot months, a working AC!! My friend and I stayed here for two nights when we visited Samarkand. The location, staff service, and food were all excellent. I especially appreciated the complimentary water bottles. The staff were amazing! They were so kind and engaging. I truly hope to see them again and stay at this hotel in the future. Thank you so much!
I had the most economical room. Even so, it had a small window. Due to the thin walls, it wasn't perfectly quiet, but overall it was comfortable enough. Breakfast is served upstairs, and it can get crowded. There's also a terrace. The location is convenient for Registan and the Mausoleum.

Very good hotel, metro station is 500 meters and bus station is 5 meters apart
Clean and comfortable rooms. Nice quiet location in a residential area. 10 mins walk to metro. 1 min walk to bus stop. Very good breakfast. Friendly staff throughout.
We spent a night at this quite new hotel before we went back home. We chose the hotel due to its proximity to the airport (but within 10 km there is a lot other) and due to its very good prices for a really good hotel.
Great value hotel, I had an excellent experience. It's newly built, rooms are clean. I would recommend the hotel to add a shelf at the mirror in the bathroom as there is no room for make-up, toiletries, etc. I didn't have a mini-fridge in the room, also would be great to add. Staff is really awesome though, super helpful. I'll be staying here next time I'm in Uzbekistan. Thank you!
I booked a hotel for my husband back in 2023. We were greeted warmly, clean, and comfortable. They fed us well, and instead of an alarm clock, they woke us up in the morning. The price wasn't exactly cheap, but it was worth it—it was clean and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
