It's about a 15-minute walk from Registan Square. The facilities are very new, clean, and comfortable. The rooms are the same. The shower water pressure and hot water worked without any problems. There was a water dispenser on each floor, which was convenient.

Around 15-20 mins walk from Registan. Small grocery shops nearby. Breakfast is fair. Room is clean but there were so many ants in my room. Out of electricity for 2 times during my stay (seems like the whole street experienced that). Hairdryer was not working in my room, but they gave me a spare one when I asked.

It is veyy clean and provide nice breakfast. I think it is new hotel or renovates. It takes about 15 mins to Legistan square on foot

Lovely hotel run by very warm and welcoming people. The rooms are clean and well thought out. Breakfast was great - we never managed to finish it all. The location is good, just a short walk to Registan Square and lots of food options to be found nearby. Less than thirty minutes walk to the typical tourist spots, and close to a major bus hub. It's close to some decent schwarma places and supermarkets, so this is a convenient spot if you don't mind some exercise on your way to see the spectacles. The room is nice, comfortable bed and great shower. No kettle or fridge unfortunately. WiFi is good. All in all, can't complain - I had a nice stay here.

The room we stayed in was for four people. The beds were too close together. Our room was warm, but the worst part was the lack of running water in the toilets. It was absolutely torture. What age are we in? In the most spiritual city of a Muslim country, this deficiency is unacceptable.

We had a fantastic stay in this guesthouse and the warmest welcome ever. All the family is simply amazing and the middle boy is smart and incredibly competent for his age (12). They helped us , the other guests and also tourists they met on the morning of the triathlon race when all the roads were closed. We will always remember their spontaneous hospitality and their kindness. Very very highly recommended

The hosts here are amazing people. They are very kind. We got stuck in Samarkand because a race was on and they closed all the roads. They noticed that we were distressed and invited us into their guesthouse to relax until the roads opened again. This was without doubt my best experience in a guest house in Samarkand. The house and every room was very tastefully designed with obvious passion. Cleaning was continuous and impeccable. The family owns the place is simply wonderful! This ensured that I always felt at home. I sincerely hope to be able to return very soon.

This is a very nice place: The rooms and rest of the hotel are very clean and in great shape. It is a very quiet location, but not too far from the city center. And the hosts (English speaking) are extremely friendly and helpful. I can definitively recommend it.

This family run hotel is nestled in a quiet neighborhood and has big, comfortable rooms, amazing AC, and the most helpful [English speaking] hosts you could ask for. The breakfast was delicious, too! My mom and I had a great stay at hotel Han. It’s located within a couple minutes walking from the registan, but still in a quiet side street, so it was very quiet. We could visit all the sites in Samarkand on foot. The room was quite big and very clean, the hosts were lovely, and the breakfast really good. Highly recommended!

One of the best hotels we have stayed at in our entire trip to Uzbekistan. The rooms are super clean and fresh and the yard outside gives a very calm and peaceful vibe to the place! Our guesthouse owner was the kindest and sweetest person who helped us a lot throughout our trip! A very beautiful romantic hotel right in the middle of the city near the main square Registan. The hotel is small, the rooms are tiny, cozy but fine for an overnight stay. Private toilet and bathroom.

The hotel is within walking distance of the Registan Square. The staff were very friendly and made us feel at home.

When you open the door from the road and enter the hotel, you'll find yourself in a different world. It's even more beautiful at night. You have to take your shoes off when you enter the building. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I'd love to stay here again if I have the chance.

I came twice because I really enjoyed it! Certainly the hotel is a little out of the way but it is quiet. The managers are very kind and intentional. The breakfast is varied and excellent, the rooms are all air-conditioned and impeccably clean! To recommend without hesitation :)
