Prime location, just steps from the central square. It's a charming, unpretentious property. The rooms overlook an interior courtyard/terrace; they're basic but spotlessly clean! The staff is absolutely fantastic!!! Highly recommended!

The staff was kind and helpful. However, when I tried to turn on the hot water, reddish water that smelled of iron came out. If I used that water to take a shower, it would obviously make my body smell worse than before, so I couldn't take a shower. Other than that, it was a fine place to stay.

The room was great. There's a big supermarket right at the crossroads, making it convenient for eating, shopping, and everything else. It's also not far from the train station, and it's about a half-hour walk to the attractions. The house was very clean!

Environment: The architecture is beautiful.

The road in front of the hotel is finally almost finished, and I can walk to a Chinese restaurant, which is why I always choose this hotel. The hotel is acceptable in all aspects, but don't book one that includes breakfast, as the breakfast is very poor. There is a supermarket across the street, which is quite convenient. It's about a 20-minute walk from the airport.

The room matched the photo. The breakfast wasn't great: limited selection, but we were staying for a couple of nights, so it was fine for a quick bite before heading out. We were unlucky: the street where the hotel was was under construction and very dusty. The location is ok—it's a 10-20 minute taxi ride to the main attraction, depending on traffic. Reception doesn't exchange money.

Hotel is situated at nice location with Eternal City walkable distance and airport 20min drive. The surrounding is calm and lush greenery. Staff are incredibly patient, nice and friendly helping you out. Could give 5 star rating but the toiletry items can improve as nothing much provided there. Also breakfast spread can be better. Perfect place! I really like the room! Comfortable large bed and I also liked the sofa in the room. I was lucky, I had a view of the canal! I would like to note that the staff is very welcoming and friendly, everyone tries to make you feel comfortable!

The room was good and had sufficient facilities, but it was facing a busy road, It had an impressive high ceiling. Hotel staffs were friendly. Breakfast did not have much variety as the other hotel I was in the day before, but it had a good selection to choose from. They have a swimming pool, but was empty due to the season. The hotel is very tired. Wallpaper is peeling off the walls, TV is torn out by the roots and wires are sticking out. Very hospitable guys at the reception and are always ready to help with everything: carry luggage, order a taxi, etc.). Breakfast is modest, but sufficient.

It's in an easy-to-find location and the staff are very kind. Even though I arrived at 6am due to a flight, they prepared a room for me. The recommended Samarkand restaurant is nearby, and you can explore Samarkand within walking distance. It's clean and has all the amenities you need.

Great stay! The location is just a short walk from the Registan square but on a quiet street. The rooms are nicely decorated and everything was sparkling clean. These folks are awesome. I had a family emergency and they allowed me to pay just the nights stayed. I greatly appreciate that. The rooms are clean and large enough for two people. The AC works quite well. The location is absolutely perfect. It puts you right in the middle of the tourist attractions. The breakfasts are quite nice and are changed up a bit each day.

To begin with, there is a beautiful view from the hotel rooftop, of the Amir Temur Mausoleum. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the owners were very friendly and hospitable. The place includes breakfast and it is something to not miss! The foods they serve for breakfast were very delicious and sufficient for you to start the day!
