The toiletries in the bathroom came in inconveniently tiny bottles, and the slippers were the cheapest kind, falling apart on the very first day. The room decor is luxurious, comfortable, spacious, and bright. However, the mattress is uncomfortable and uneven, the pillows are hard, and the duvet is even harder. I suggest replacing the duvet and pillows. It would be best if the owner stayed for a night; then they'd know they made the wrong choice with the bedding!

Everything about T-City Presidential Hotel was perfect. The atmosphere, the amenities, and the hospitality were all 10/10. I enjoyed every second of my stay and will definitely be coming back.

We stayed at this hotel and were very pleased. The room was clean and cozy, the staff was polite and always ready to help. The location is convenient, with everything we need nearby. The breakfasts were delicious and varied. Excellent value for money, we'd love to come back!

The hotel occupies floors 24 through 32 of a larger building. I'm not sure about its official rating, but I would estimate it to be around four stars. Fantastic hotel! They offer airport pick-up and drop-off services. The rooms are spacious, and the owner, who is Chinese, is very accommodating. It's a great option for those looking for a comfortable rest near the airport. The hotel facilities are excellent, and the rooms are very clean.

Hotel was clean and has a good location if you want a quiet area away from the hustle of the city. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have vendo machines and a really good restaurant too. Wasn't able to post much photos as we were dead tired but good thing the place helped us to be well rested.

Not far from the airport or high-speed train station. You can arrange airport pick-up with the owner, and they'll send a car to pick you up after you land, which is very convenient. The hotel isn't on the main road, so it's quite quiet at night. I had an early train the next morning, so I missed breakfast. It's a shame because, from what I read in reviews, it's supposed to suit Chinese tastes.

My adult daughter and I went to Tashkent for a few days. We got the room with two single beds. We were happy to discover it had a separate living area with a sofa and TV. The staff was very nice and helped us with everything we needed. They provided transportation back to the airport at 3:30 a.m. The breakfast was also very nice. We stayed 4 years ago. It was good service and so clean rooms. Good staff

Had a great time here. The service was well. The breakfast was ok. I think serving more hot items like chicken or pancakes would finish it. Now it was cold. The workers were always helpfull.

It is a good place and I recommend it to everyone

Every time I come to Tashkent, I check into this hostel. Nice, cozy and clean hostel. Located in a quiet area, close to a transport interchange, it is convenient to get to the center or the metro. The owners are friendly, but their prices are not very high. I recommend it to everyone! :)
