Baden-Baden Hotel, Tashkent1 / 18

Tashkent, Heydar Aliyev 165 (5 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Excellent. Hotel is new, ca. 7 month as I understood. Ideal for a stay in Taschkent. Well organized friedly staff. Everything worked perfectly. Very quiet and clean. Elegant design. Highly recommended!
Excellent hotel, superb service, and the amenities were Baden-Baden amazing! 😄
Excellent accommodations especially in view of the reasonable price I highly recommend it in particular if you have an early morning flight ( it’s not particularly close to the major tourist area but five minute drive to airport yet no noise from planes)
Great experience from check in to check out. Everything I needed they provided. Rooms were great, breakfast good, sauna, we really enjoyed our stay here and will be back! Thank you 🙏 staff, location close to airport
No washing machine, no gym, but everything else is great, especially the breakfast, which is quite substantial.
Excellent hotel very close to both airport and railway station. Breakfast was great as well!

Nearby there's a supermarket, pharmacy, wine shop, etc. The only complaint is the loud and strange crackling noises from the air conditioning! We stayed in two different rooms and the same thing happened in both
She's young and needs guidance, as she doesn't even look at anyone), the travel agency is in the hotel, and there's an elevator. It also has a sauna and a swimming pool
The location isn't great, far from the city center and metro lines, but it's on a main avenue and easily accessible by taxi from the airport or train station
A comfortable and functional hotel with modern facilities. The rooms aren't very spacious but have everything you need (except a window in my case)
It ended up not working; we stayed for 10 nights, which is enough time to fix it. I hope you'll work on these issues, but I can't give you a higher rating at this point, as I consider these issues significant
Overall, we liked everything about the hotel: it's clean, the rooms are cozy, the linens are fresh, they clean every day, the breakfasts are delicious, and the reception staff is friendly

Zero complaints. Wish I could transport this hotel for this price to my home country. :) Loved the pool and saunas, the massage was also great. Breakfast was one of the best in Uzbekistan.
A good little hotel in central Mahalla Tashkent near the trade fair – clean, good location, very friendly staff.
It's very convenient to get to the exhibition hall; it's only a 10-minute walk. It's a great, very quiet hotel.
While I didn't have a chance to use them, they also have a rooftop terrace, pool, and fitness gym, which I think would be very convenient for those who have a daily exercise routine. The showers had good hot water
Excellent hotel with a luxurious swimming pool on the ground floor.
The location is very convenient with supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and the large terrace is lovely. The only downside was the cleaning lady's attentiveness; she was a little intrusive

A hotel with very good service, clean rooms, good towels, and all the necessary accessories from slippers to toothbrushes, good bed linen! And what attracts is the large pool, spa and large fitness club in the hotel! And I want to say a special thank you! To the hotel manager Javokhir! for the prompt resolution of the problem with the room reservation! I booked and paid from the Trip
com app on December 31st due to an error from January 31st to January 1st, 2026, but it should have been January 1st or 2nd, and Javokhir rebooked me over the phone for the desired date! It's good when such professional staff as Javokhir work in hotels! We will definitely come back again! And we are promoting it to our friends!
Overall, though, it was the best hotel I've stayed in in Tashkent in terms of all the amenities
The room was average, three stars plus standard. The swimming pool and sauna were very good.
The decor was luxurious, the breakfast was plentiful, the staff were very patient, I was very satisfied with the ceiling height, the environment was elegant, the parking lot was large, and the facilities were complete
When it was fully booked, the front desk gave me a room upgrade for free. The front desk was staffed by Chinese speakers, and there was an indoor swimming pool and restaurant. Overall, it was very convenient to stay

It is located in a quiet place, has its own territory and parking. Zarina at the reception was very helpful with accommodation. In general, I advise, one of the best hotels
The room was clean, tidy and comfortable, but the bed was a bit narrow. The breakfast was also very good, and the lawn in the yard was very nice.
- Very good breakfast - Welcoming staff - Good wifi connection in the room - Very good price in overall mentioned above
This hotel offers good value for money and is also relatively quiet.
Nice hotel, new facilities, quiet environment and good service
Great service, excellent rooms. Will definitely come back!

I think the hotel's location is excellent: the metro is nearby (5-6 minutes), and there are plenty of shops, cafes, and shopping centers. Although for some reason, taxi drivers often have trouble finding it
We were only staying one night before a flight, and it's a good thing too, because the biggest issue with this hotel is the terrible soundproofing
I was planning to leave for another place, but the staff offered a complimentary room upgrade for my comfort! Even the radiators and small surfaces, which are often overlooked during cleaning, were spotless in this hotel
Overall, the hotel left a very good impression on me. The combination of location, cleanliness, soundproofing, and price is the best (I ended up staying in three hotels during this trip)
The hotel is decent and very clean, and the linens are nice. You can get a simple receipt when checking out. Breakfast is on the top floor; the selection is a bit limited, but it's good for a coffee
A big plus is that the bathroom had a radiator, making it easy to dry things. The staff were polite and friendly. They helped as much as they could with practical and other issues. For that, they deserve special thanks

Unfortunatelly gym was not working yet during my stay and had some initial inconveniences, but after that all best. Big congrats to the staff, really an added value🙂
This hotel boasts an excellent location, close to both the airport and the South Railway Station. It's very soundproof, with only five or six rooms per floor
The hotel was renovated in 2004, so it's relatively new. It's also owned by a Chinese, so it's pretty good. However, the road in front of the hotel is under construction recently, so it's difficult to get a taxi.
The decor is decent, comparable to Ramada, but the price is reasonable. It's close to the auto market and about a 15-minute drive to the airport. Anyway, it's nice 🍊
The hotel is superb! The location, the amenities. But the breakfast is average, a 7 out of 10. But I won't lower the rating for that.
Whether it is the design of the house, or all the supplies and breakfast that are close to those of a four or five-star hotel, although there are not so many varieties, they are very exquisite and there is absolutely no cutting corners

I wish you the best, everything is clean, close to the center, 1 km away, it's quiet. I pay too. It's been three days, it's convenient, I liked the breakfast, it's very good.
The hotel is excellent, everything you need is in the room, close to all the attractions, buffet breakfast, for every taste, a good choice.
English is good, Russian is also very good! ! The only problem is the soundproofing is average, but since there aren't that many rooms in this hotel I'm still quite satisfied with it! Recommended Recommended Recommended
"The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. Breakfast offered with a wide variety of food. The staff were friendly and helpful. Good location, stuff is very friendly
Excellent hotel! The room was quiet, and the bedding was very comfortable to sleep in. The breakfast was also quite delicious.
Breakfast is good enough, and also you can ask to prepare especially for you, The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable

Good, clean room, stayed for one night.
It was quite hot, but I managed to sleep, and the air conditioning was working in the morning. Despite the issues, I had a comfortable stay. I'm grateful to the kind front desk staff and the owner
It's a very nice hotel, close to the airport, with large rooms and all daily necessities provided. There's no elevator, but it only has three floors
All good except there’s no lift and it’s a 3 floor building.
The hotel is clean. Staffs are kind and supportive. The location is good.
The room is nice, clean and hygienic. I have stayed here several times in a row. The room has just been renovated. The only drawback is that the window needs to be opened for ventilation, otherwise there will be a smell

A comfortable and clean hotel with a strategic location near the airport and metro at an affordable price. Breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. The staff are very kind and helpful
People here are kind and welcoming. Design is very different from other places. Even if you sitting alone, you feel like you’re in the right place. The best person I’ve meet here is someone I’m grateful for forever
Very nice hotel, i stayed there for 3 nights. The breakfast is good but can be better.
A very nice oland cozy Hotel with 5/4 Star ranking. A delicious buffet versatile breakfast. Friendly staff and housekeeping. Sauna, spa and swimming pool, Ball room, Bar. All you need to enjoy life here
Great location in the heart of Tashkent, with beautiful lobby, restaurant, bar and pool, the rooms were very wide and clean, very comfortable and all the staff was amazing
If you point a downgrade it's located in modern and new part of Tashkent City. But all sort of necessity available here in the vicinity

We enjoyed the location, not far from the center, still 10 minutes from the airport
Hope they have more English speaking staff
See attached photo The hotel is very good and an excellent breakfast that allows you to charge good energy for demanding days of tourism
The good: the courtyard is lovely, the hamam pool is small, but there is one. We stayed in a suite; the bed was comfortable, but the pillows were poor
We weren't sure what it was close to based on the location; we took taxis everywhere. It was acceptable, but we wouldn't stay there again
The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was good! But the location is a bit out of the way, but taxis are cheap in Tashkent so it's not a big deal.

Dental cleaning kits are also provided. The room includes robes, slippers, a hairdryer, a flashlight, a sponge, and a shoe brush. Safe There's a TV, but I didn't understand how to use it
Overall it's ok, the location is good, it's convenient to go anywhere, the boss is from Wenzhou, the service is friendly and he knows how to do business, there is also a barber shop downstairs, but the room is small and the price is not cheap
The hotel is run by Chinese people. They are very welcoming and can help solve any problems. It is very good.
Either e-cigarettes or cigarettes. The ashtrays in the hallway near the elevator lobby on this floor were full of cigarette butts when I passed by. On the first floor, near reception, Chinese guests were also smoking
But the atmosphere and food are definitely not up to the standard of the three-star hotel. There's also a trash can where the employee throws out, for example, watermelon rinds after cutting one for the table
It was also inconvenient to charge the power bank because the cord was short. I had to build a pyramid to get closer to the outlet. Another thing I didn't like was the smell. People were smoking on the floor

Wonderful hotel! Everything was clean and comfortable. The breakfasts have been mentioned many times before, and they truly are excellent
The hotel was impeccably clean and exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of delicious local food
Overall it’s good, clean and location ok. Breakfast great, service great.

There is laundry downstairs, free washing and drying, and a hair dryer. The Chinese management makes communication easy. The hotel is in a good location
Administrator Amina super good 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍will stay here next time😍😍
I contacted the front desk, and they told me, "Your room cannot be moved until the next day. " This was my second time in Tashkent. It's probably a good idea to double-check your reservation in Tashkent
Hygiene: Daily cleaning is timely, and the room is very clean! Environment: The room has everyday appliances such as a refrigerator and washing machine, which is very convenient for business travelers! Service: The front desk staff speaks fluent English and can communicate any needs promptly and effectively
Well equipped and clean rooms. Clean sheets and towels. Breakfast is also good. It is worth for its price

Nice enough hotel but my bed was as solid as a rock, worst nights sleep in a long time. Apologies but it’s true. My cousins room however was fine so I guess I was unlucky!

My wife and I stayed here in mid-November 2025. The hotel is very good, garnering top marks for service. The rooms have everything you need, including nice robes
Excellent hotel! The spacious room had all the amenities, and it's located close to the airport, so it's perfect if you're just passing through. I recommend it.
Service was excellent, very helpful, very accommodating, very polite, well trained English speaking staff
Rooms were nice, heated floors, only small complaint was the shower had one of those that had inconsistent temperature. For a few seconds it’s cold, then overly hot. Other than that, a superb stay
There's a good spa area, but it costs $20 per person for two hours. It includes a sauna, a hammam, and a small cold pool
The lack of scrambled eggs was really disappointing; every hotel I've stayed at offered them for breakfast. This hotel only offered boiled eggs, which were very difficult to peel

Thank you for your gracious welcome. Quiet, modern, and good service
Everything were good. Reception, room, location and brreakfast.
The balcony on the top floor, non-street-facing side offers excellent views of the Grand Mosque, the Tashkent TV Tower, and on clear days, you can even faintly see the outlines of distant snow-capped mountains
All the staff were very polite, providing an excellent service experience. They even helped us with our luggage and loaded it into the car trunk when we checked out
Overall was good in term of all aspects Many thanks to the front desk staff by the name of Muhammad who helped and managed for a taxi for us.
Breakfast had a lot of freshly made options, which we enjoyed. Location-wise, the hotel is close to Chorsu Bazar and very accessible by bus or taxi, given that it is located at a big street

The service is good, most importantly, the staff is responsive, I thank the administration, especially the girl Rabia for her attentiveness to our small requests
Everything is top notch. In my opinion, this is the best hotel in all of Tashkent. 1000 out of 5 stars.

Good service and great value for money. The hotel is good, has everything you need (air conditioning, slippers, bathrobe, soap, toothbrush, etc. ) and it was clean, with no sewer or cigarette smoke smells
The hotel staff were very nice, and the rooms were quite clean, with daily housekeeping. Overall, it was a good experience. There was also a free spa, but unfortunately, I didn't have time to try it.
Overall, it's pretty good. It's very clean, there's a subway station nearby, and there are two shops outside the hotel that serve hand-grabbed rice and baked buns; the food is quite delicious.
Our grandmothers really liked the hotel. The breakfasts were fine, the location was excellent, and the reception staff was always helpful. I would recommend the hotel to my friends.
Good hotel. Slept well. Good breakfast. Good, fully-equipped gym (lots of machines). Friendly staff.
The breakfasts were good, I didn't regret taking them. Lunch and dinner were unavailable in the restaurant in April 2026, so if you need them, check in advance
