I booked it for my husband for a day for a business trip - he didn't want to leave here) Very atmospheric and unusual. Wi-Fi, breakfast is turned off, there is everything you need for living
It was really large, having a dressing area with a big wardrobe and then a very large bedroom area with additional seating and tea/coffee making facilities The hotel thoughtfully provides everything the traveller may need
I found him to be very helpful and he even ordered some food on my behalf which was then delivered to the hotel. He then served it to me in the hotel restaurant, definitely going above and beyond
The hotel is situated a little bit out of the centre of Tashkent but still within walking distance. The hotel has been built in a traditional style. I really liked it from the moment I arrived
There is an outdoor seating area where you can also enjoy breakfast and then there is the main entrance to the hotel. I particularly liked the young gentleman on reception who checked me in
The hotel design and décor give a radiant, welcoming vibe and we could say the same about our room. Really comfortable, spotlessly clean, with bottles of water and little tasty snacks
Though the location was good since it was at a walking distance from Chilonzor Metro. The receptionist was quite helpful and nice and the breakfast buffet was also good
We booked Art Eco hotel and they said it’s unavailable and got shifted to this branch of theirs. The rooms weren’t according to what we paid, keeping in mind we booked Art Eco in the first place
The hanger does not fit into the closet and the price/quality ratio is moderate. I paid 225 thousand soums for a single room, booked on mybooking. uz, so far this is the most budget site
I liked the buffet breakfast, everything was delicious and fresh. The boys at the reception are all polite and will not refuse to help
My only comment is that the mattress is medium-firm
You can sit outside your room, overlooking the garden. The Wi-Fi is good, and the bed is comfortable. There's tea and coffee in the room. Cons:
- For some reason, there's a chest refrigerator in front of the rooms
Otherwise, it's an excellent hotel for exploring Chorsu Bazaar (6 minutes walk to the left of the hotel) or the modern Tashkent City Mall (10 minutes walk to the right)
Very nice and comfy hotel in a wonderful position near the Chorsu market and the planetary - many of the amenities in the city are reachable on foot.
Abdullasi and Murat at the reception were very nice and helpful.
A great hotel in the city center – quite small, but very cozy. It's styled like a caravanserai with a beautiful garden in the center and rooms surrounding it. The interiors are luxurious, like a palace
The staff are friendly and helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay, while the peaceful courtyard and locally inspired interiors add a warm, cultural touch to your visit
The staff is very attentive, the breakfast is excellent, there are some minor flaws in the rooms, but the pricing policy compensates for them. But overall it was good
The hotel has all the amenities and conditions, especially the swimming pool and the lounge chairs in the courtyard create the atmosphere of a real vacation spot
The hotel administration is very nice, they will find a solution to any request. I recommend you to come and be a guest!
Well, if you have nowhere else to stay, it's fine. The rooms smell of smoke; other people smoke in the rooms. There's one light bulb in a huge room with four beds and five-meter ceilings
The hotel could be more attentive. It would be nice if the staff was a little more attentive. The pool is nice and the hotel is a nice place.
There's a huge window in the bathroom, and there are no curtains
Good for its price and .location .at least the reception know English very well.the satalite tv was not working .hygiene was excellent.
Everything is great! There are all the conditions! Everything suits me! I recommend it to everyone!
Reality is worse then in pictures. Rooms, even “suite” need renovation. If you’re laying in a bad, you can’t switch of a lights, if you’re working on a table no choice to connect your PC with electricity
I booked the train to use the train station conveniently, and the 8:40 AM train was convenient enough to leave at 8 AM. Yandex worked well, and I had a simple and delicious breakfast.
A decent hotel for the price. Located a 10-minute drive from the airport. Clean, simple, and cozy.
The hotel is in a park that since Soviet times has been an Expo center to display new technologies and achievements in buildings located along the paths: there was an exhibition of Uzbek plumbing fixtures in one building we passed, another promised an upcoming car show
There was a heater/cooler that we did not need to use since the thick concrete walls kept it cool (it was June), and you could open the window to the fresh air (very important for me in any hotel!)
The desk staff is young and friendly (they speak Uzbek, Russian, English). A modest but real food breakfast is provided (porridge, eggs, bread, fruit and vegetables, etc
The hotel itself has rooms located in the outer circles on three floors, while the center is an open expo space. Each room has a window to the outside
The location is wonderful - it is really lovely to walk through the park, there are shady wooded paths, river, bridges, ducks, flowers
My son and I had a very clean and spacious double with two twin beds and nice cotton sheets
Tashkent, Qushbegi Residential Area, 3 (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
It's a 20-minute walk from the airport. Great place, staff, and breakfast. Everything was great. I'll be back.
Convenient location near the airport. Friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast. But there's one important detail: the bed linens need to be thrown out. They're already pretty worn and look unpleasant
The hotel room was good and clean, but it was a bit noisy due to other guests
A decent hotel if you need to wait out a long layover. Close to the airport, five minutes by car.
I stayed in this hotel for one night because I had a night flight and the hotel's location is relatively close to the airport. However, we still needed to take a car to get there
Tashkent, Aviasozlar ko'chasi (10 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The locations kinda wack but the rooms are like rlly good and all of the staff are rlly nice. The breakfast is good for an inn and theres also a pool 🔛🔝
Great place and hotel to stay, good service too
Nice stuff. Clean rooms. Fantastic desserts for breakfast. Small SPA-complex inside the hotel
We reached Tashkent after a 7 hr flight quite late in the evening, smooth immigration at the airport & checked in the hotel. After freshen up we walked to Parvoz Restaurant for a great dinner.
Brand new hotel with beautiful, modern, spacious swimming pool. Inside pool area there is a very large screen where you can watch football and other sports games while swimming with friends
The hotel also is very clean and a beautiful building with a small Garden having two persimmon trees. The breakfast served was also good. It is walkable to the subway and a supermarket (Korzinka)
Mohammed especially was extremely helpful in guiding me on how to navigate the city and on where I can convert the currency in Uzbeki SOM. They were extremely friendly and helpful
Overall a family friendly restaurant. I hope in the toilets they make a bidet or a water gun as these are hygienic than toilet paper
The hotel was clean. The Wi-Fi worked well. The breakfast was delicious. (The breakfast area is small, so I recommend arriving early.)
Bathroom is brighter than it appears on photos. Attention: location is about 150mtrs/yard further down the Zarbog street, opposite "Art Elite" hotel. There are totally 21 "art hotels" in Tashkent
A very clean and professional hotel. Great neighborhood and staff is very cooperative. I will definitely return and stay here
Tashkent, GWJQ+F6V, Gal'vasai (66 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The grounds are large and well-maintained. The cottages are clean and tidy. Special thanks to a woman named Lobar, who is very caring and attentive to her guests
While it may not be a luxury property, it delivers excellent value for money. The common areas are well-kept, and the overall ambiance is relaxed and inviting
A retro hotel in the truest sense of the word! The rooms are incredibly spacious!
My stay at Retro Palace was a pleasant and memorable experience overall. The hotel offers a charming blend of classic design and modern comfort, making it a great choice for travelers who appreciate a unique atmosphere
I also found the check-in and check-out process to be smooth and efficient. One minor area for improvement would be the breakfast selection, which could benefit from a bit more variety
I especially appreciated the attention to detail in the interior design, which added a cozy and stylish touch to the stay. The location of Retro Palace is another strong advantage
From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and eager to assist with any requests, which immediately created a positive first impression
This hotel is located in a residential area, so it offers great value for money. What I liked most was that the staff were very welcoming and provided excellent service
Great place—quiet, calm, clean, delicious breakfasts. My room had a balcony. I booked it for a day, as I was transiting through. It's close to the airport, 4 km. A taxi is only 150 rubles.
They even recommended a really delicious restaurant to me
My room had a window facing a quiet courtyard, and there are also windowless options available. The breakfast was sufficient, offering porridge, eggs, vegetable salad, and various local pastries
On the downside, there was no water in the area, so I couldn't take a shower. I also wasn't able to request a late check-out. The neighborhood is pleasant, a quiet and green alley
It was convenient to have a 24-hour front desk, allowing me to rest between flights. The bed was comfortable, though some might find it a bit firm
On the first day, I had a generally good experience, and the facilities were reasonably priced for the price. However, the situation became increasingly unacceptable
Their quick support and true willingness to help made me feel more than just a guest — it made me feel special. I have stayed here once before and was extremely satisfied, and since then i choose this hotel
What really makes this place stand out is the amazing staff — always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything you need. Their warm hospitality truly adds a special touch to the stay
Usually i dont write longs feedback texts, but i was touched when the staff went out of their way to arrange a transfer for me, even though it wasn’t usually available at that hour
The hotel is very clean, and the front desk staff is very attentive. Although the communication language is not fluent, they still explain it to us patiently. Thumbs up.
The rooms are spotlessly clean, well-equipped with everything you might need, and designed to make you feel right at home
The staff are welcoming, and the breakfast buffet is excellent – a good variety of tasty food. My only minor complaint was that some guests from China were smoking right by the doors, and the smoke would waft inside
Very good hotel, great location and great breakfast. They have many selection for the food and the room is very clean and has a lot of ammenities. The staf is very friendly and helpful in showing me the train station
But the best part was the hotel staff! They were incredibly helpful with everything, from printing documents to answering any questions I had, and their attitude was absolutely superb
Good place to stay. Clean rooms. Good Breakfast. Location is 👍
On the plus side, laundry and ironing are free, and there's a great little cafe about 500 meters away that serves delicious plov and shashlik
The room exceeded my expectations, and the breakfast spread was fantastic, with everything tasting fresh
Wide rooms, quite, good breakfast and not far from the center of the city
The rooms are very beautiful and clean, and the best atmosphere
Clean new and decent breakfast choice although some parts were old and some fruit rotten
Room was small but comfy
Very conveniently located close to airport. Very clean. Welcoming staff.
Very clean, modern hotel with amazing breakfast !!
The hotel isn't located in the heart of Tashkent, but it's close to the airport and high-speed rail station, about a 10-minute drive away. Surrounded by residential areas, it's relatively quiet at night
What truly stood out was the excellent receptionist 💫 — very polite, helpful, and always ready to provide everything I needed, from local tips to quick service and warm hospitality
The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent, with plenty of fruits and vegetables to boost your vitamins. The pool water looked quite clean too
But i dont like the bed is quite hard for me as i like the soft one. Its near the main road but it was soundproof very good. Near to many restaurants & korzinka
I like the building of this hotel. Very nice & simple like in Europe. The staff name Usmon was very helpful. Arrange transport to us to Archazor back & forth. He can speak English well too
It really made my stay feel personal and welcoming. The hotel’s location is also great — close to restaurants, shops, and metro stations, making it easy to get around the city
The front desk was able to store our luggage for a short period before check-in and after check-out
Hotel was clean and has a good location if you want a quiet area away from the hustle of the city. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They have vendo machines and a really good restaurant too
Whenever I'm in Tashkent for a business trip, I always choose this hotel. The owner is really nice and offers complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off services. Plus, the breakfast here is excellent.
It's a great option for those looking for a comfortable rest near the airport. The hotel facilities are excellent, and the rooms are very clean
Wasn't able to post much photos as we were dead tired but good thing the place helped us to be well rested
The room ewas big and very clean. The staff was good. The breakfast wasn't in our taste was more for Asian people.
The staff was very nice and helped us with everything we needed. They provided transportation back to the airport at 3:30 a. The breakfast was also very nice. It included Chinese, Uzbek and European choices
The front desk staff was enthusiastic and quickly brought nail clippers even in the middle of the night. The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but the food tasted good. I'd suggest adding a shelf in the bathroom
The room was more spacious than I expected, the bedding was very comfortable, and the hygiene details were excellent. The location is convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the subway station
Close to Tashkent Airport, a good clean and cozy hotel, with a perfectly acceptable price.
Overall, it offers good value for money, and I'd consider staying here again
All good!!! Good staff! Friendly workers!
It's located in a quiet area, 10 minutes from the airport, with all necessary amenities nearby: 15 minutes to the metro, bus stops close by, and about a 10-minute taxi ride to the city center
Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options, and the dining area downstairs is very pleasant. What truly stands out, however, is the reception and service. It goes far beyond what you would normally expect
I stayed at Qushbegi Plaza Hotel for one night before traveling on to Samarkand the next morning, and it was an excellent choice
The room was spacious and very comfortable, with great amenities provided — shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, toothpaste, toothbrushes, and other toiletries. There was also complimentary water in the room
I recently stayed at Qushbegi Plaza Hotel, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful
I have rarely experienced such attentive, friendly, and dedicated service. It made my start in Uzbekistan incredibly easy, and I truly hope to return one day and stay longer
The check-in process was smooth, and my room was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed. The hotel’s amenities exceeded my expectations—especially the pool and gym
