Tashkent, Kichik mirobod house 52 (5 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Excellent location, everything is clean, cleaning is done regularly, breakfast is of course very mediocre, but it was enough to leave full.
Simply amazing hotel!! I was delighted!! Chic conditions with a chic breakfast, a real buffet table, a hearty and delicious breakfast of your choice and taste, also the rooms are also very beautiful, comfortable, with all the conditions and I would like to emphasize what a good composition of staff they have
Good location. The room is clean, the breakfast is good. Thank you.
We stayed for a couple of days in November 2025. Everything was fine: polite staff, delicious breakfast, warmth, a good bed, and we could find a movie to watch on the TV
The breakfast buffet was quite decent, but there was no dairy at all, although the dairy products in Tashkent are generally very good
The food wasn't as plentiful as in the pictures, but it met basic needs, including bread, sausages, eggs, vegetables, and fruits. The receptionist was very friendly and communicated fluently in English

It was vert good stay for me and my family! Very nice and polite staff, always helpful and ready to answer any questions
Sayyoh is guest friendly hotel Breakfast is rich and delicious Thanks a lot to Sayyoh team best regards
The facilities are simple but the price is reasonable. Clean and hygienic. Good morning exercises.
The recepcionists, the manager, the chef of the restaurant and his team , the Young lady Nafiza who cleans the rooms perfectly and even speaks foreign languages
The receptionist looked like he owed him money all the time, and on the first night, he even let someone into his room to harass him. That was extremely poor service
The rooms and cleanliness are acceptable, and the breakfast is plentiful. The facilities are decent, deserving 3-4 stars. However, the service was terrible

The hotel agreed to store our luggage for a few hours, something which we had requested earlier. The WiFi was one of the best we used during our Uzbekistan trip. The hotel also provided an airport pick-up service for $5
Buffet breakfast was also excellent, and the roof terrace where it's located it really nice. Only thing, the room walls seemed a little thin
This is a lovely hotel with nice air-conditioning rooms, nice bath rooms, polite staff, small swimming pool and sauna plus you can order your free breakfast in advance to have it in your room or in the garden on the roof top with beautiful view
Hon Soray means "The Khan's Palace" and the decorations are elaborate, fit for an old school eastern monarch! In my room there was no table to set up a computer, but there was a treasure chest covered in embroidered matresses
In my opinion, This hotel actually beats all the negative reviews. It is quiet far from the city center but not too far from the airport. I stayed here for my last night in Uzbekistan and I am very satisfied
Great hotel which is super convenient for the airport or south Tashkent train station. Funky room decor, with everything modern (such as bidet toilet seat, shower, mini fridge in the room)

So, I can't really review the hotel itself, only the staff! There was a very helpful guy who quickly arranged for us to stay at a neighboring hotel under the same conditions, so we didn't have to pay anything extra
I stayed at this hotel for a few hours. I can say that the management provided excellent service, the rooms were fairly clean, and the price was reasonable.
I liked the hotel. It has everything you need. Perfect for an overnight stay. The breakfast was quite good. Not far from the center. A very quiet alley. I recommend it for those who love peace and quiet.
The bed linen was dirty, but the breakfast and service were very good.
A great, intimate little hotel not far from the airport and the city center. Everything is clean and odorless. The breakfast is okay. I really liked everything.
The location is super convenient with all the shops and a bus stop nearby, taxis arrive quickly, and it's not far from all the main attractions

Though the location was good since it was at a walking distance from Chilonzor Metro. The receptionist was quite helpful and nice and the breakfast buffet was also good
We booked Art Eco hotel and they said it’s unavailable and got shifted to this branch of theirs. The rooms weren’t according to what we paid, keeping in mind we booked Art Eco in the first place
The hanger does not fit into the closet and the price/quality ratio is moderate. I paid 225 thousand soums for a single room, booked on mybooking. uz, so far this is the most budget site
I liked the buffet breakfast, everything was delicious and fresh. The boys at the reception are all polite and will not refuse to help

My only comment is that the mattress is medium-firm
You can sit outside your room, overlooking the garden. The Wi-Fi is good, and the bed is comfortable. There's tea and coffee in the room. Cons: - For some reason, there's a chest refrigerator in front of the rooms
Otherwise, it's an excellent hotel for exploring Chorsu Bazaar (6 minutes walk to the left of the hotel) or the modern Tashkent City Mall (10 minutes walk to the right)
Very nice and comfy hotel in a wonderful position near the Chorsu market and the planetary - many of the amenities in the city are reachable on foot. Abdullasi and Murat at the reception were very nice and helpful.
A great hotel in the city center – quite small, but very cozy. It's styled like a caravanserai with a beautiful garden in the center and rooms surrounding it. The interiors are luxurious, like a palace
The staff are friendly and helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay, while the peaceful courtyard and locally inspired interiors add a warm, cultural touch to your visit

The facilities were excellent, and I had a very relaxing stay! The breakfast, in particular, was fantastic with a wide variety of options, including local traditional sweets
The room itself is quite decent. The linens were clean and odorless, and the mattress was very comfortable. There's a kettle, soap, and a toothbrush with toothpaste. The value for money is excellent
The location is excellent, the breakfasts are not bad, the room is large, clean and bright!
The food is excellent. However, there are issues with the shower and heating, and the service isn't great either.
Everything was clean, tidy, and the staff were very polite. I'm happy with my choice!
The complimentary bottled water was also a nice touch for travelers

The staff is very attentive, the breakfast is excellent, there are some minor flaws in the rooms, but the pricing policy compensates for them. But overall it was good

I booked it for my husband for a day for a business trip - he didn't want to leave here) Very atmospheric and unusual. Wi-Fi, breakfast is turned off, there is everything you need for living
It was really large, having a dressing area with a big wardrobe and then a very large bedroom area with additional seating and tea/coffee making facilities The hotel thoughtfully provides everything the traveller may need
I found him to be very helpful and he even ordered some food on my behalf which was then delivered to the hotel. He then served it to me in the hotel restaurant, definitely going above and beyond
The hotel is situated a little bit out of the centre of Tashkent but still within walking distance. The hotel has been built in a traditional style. I really liked it from the moment I arrived
There is an outdoor seating area where you can also enjoy breakfast and then there is the main entrance to the hotel. I particularly liked the young gentleman on reception who checked me in
The hotel design and décor give a radiant, welcoming vibe and we could say the same about our room. Really comfortable, spotlessly clean, with bottles of water and little tasty snacks

Good rooms but water system isn't good.
Good for its price and .location .at least the reception know English very well.the satalite tv was not working .hygiene was excellent.
Everything is great! There are all the conditions! Everything suits me! I recommend it to everyone!
Reality is worse then in pictures. Rooms, even “suite” need renovation. If you’re laying in a bad, you can’t switch of a lights, if you’re working on a table no choice to connect your PC with electricity

It's a 20-minute walk from the airport. Great place, staff, and breakfast. Everything was great. I'll be back.
Convenient location near the airport. Friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast. But there's one important detail: the bed linens need to be thrown out. They're already pretty worn and look unpleasant
The hotel room was good and clean, but it was a bit noisy due to other guests
A decent hotel if you need to wait out a long layover. Close to the airport, five minutes by car.
I stayed in this hotel for one night because I had a night flight and the hotel's location is relatively close to the airport. However, we still needed to take a car to get there

Great place and hotel to stay, good service too
Nice stuff. Clean rooms. Fantastic desserts for breakfast. Small SPA-complex inside the hotel
We reached Tashkent after a 7 hr flight quite late in the evening, smooth immigration at the airport & checked in the hotel. After freshen up we walked to Parvoz Restaurant for a great dinner.
Brand new hotel with beautiful, modern, spacious swimming pool. Inside pool area there is a very large screen where you can watch football and other sports games while swimming with friends
Definitely a place you need to visit

The hotel's location is excellent, and the room was quiet with an outdoor balcony. The airport transfer service was very thoughtful, and car rentals were convenient. The restaurant was clean with a good variety of dishes
Great hotel location, very close to the airport! 2. The hotel offers free airport pick-up. Excellent service! We had booked a car through an app, but it never showed up, and we were about to miss our train
The hotel's location is excellent; you can walk to Seoul Street and Magical City, and it's not far at all. The breakfast is abundant, and the Chinese food is very satisfying. The room is also spacious.
I wasn't used to local Uyghur food, and he helped me order takeout without charging extra. The other shareholders are also Chinese and assisted with currency exchange, sightseeing recommendations, and getting a taxi
A 16-minute taxi ride from the train station, costing 32,000 UZS, drops you off right in front of the hotel (pictured in photo 2). Walk a little further in, and you'll see the hotel's exterior (pictured in photo 3)
He makes check-in a breeze for Chinese guests, provides useful information like where to buy SIM cards, and even helped us with an urgent currency exchange. It was incredibly convenient and well-handled

The hotel also is very clean and a beautiful building with a small Garden having two persimmon trees. The breakfast served was also good. It is walkable to the subway and a supermarket (Korzinka)
Mohammed especially was extremely helpful in guiding me on how to navigate the city and on where I can convert the currency in Uzbeki SOM. They were extremely friendly and helpful
Overall a family friendly restaurant. I hope in the toilets they make a bidet or a water gun as these are hygienic than toilet paper
The hotel was clean. The Wi-Fi worked well. The breakfast was delicious. (The breakfast area is small, so I recommend arriving early.)
Bathroom is brighter than it appears on photos. Attention: location is about 150mtrs/yard further down the Zarbog street, opposite "Art Elite" hotel. There are totally 21 "art hotels" in Tashkent
A very clean and professional hotel. Great neighborhood and staff is very cooperative. I will definitely return and stay here

This hotel is located in a residential area, so it offers great value for money. What I liked most was that the staff were very welcoming and provided excellent service
Great place—quiet, calm, clean, delicious breakfasts. My room had a balcony. I booked it for a day, as I was transiting through. It's close to the airport, 4 km. A taxi is only 150 rubles.
They even recommended a really delicious restaurant to me
My room had a window facing a quiet courtyard, and there are also windowless options available. The breakfast was sufficient, offering porridge, eggs, vegetable salad, and various local pastries
On the downside, there was no water in the area, so I couldn't take a shower. I also wasn't able to request a late check-out. The neighborhood is pleasant, a quiet and green alley
It was convenient to have a 24-hour front desk, allowing me to rest between flights. The bed was comfortable, though some might find it a bit firm

On the first day, I had a generally good experience, and the facilities were reasonably priced for the price. However, the situation became increasingly unacceptable
Their quick support and true willingness to help made me feel more than just a guest — it made me feel special. I have stayed here once before and was extremely satisfied, and since then i choose this hotel
What really makes this place stand out is the amazing staff — always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything you need. Their warm hospitality truly adds a special touch to the stay
Usually i dont write longs feedback texts, but i was touched when the staff went out of their way to arrange a transfer for me, even though it wasn’t usually available at that hour
The hotel is very clean, and the front desk staff is very attentive. Although the communication language is not fluent, they still explain it to us patiently. Thumbs up.

What truly stood out was the excellent receptionist 💫 — very polite, helpful, and always ready to provide everything I needed, from local tips to quick service and warm hospitality
The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent, with plenty of fruits and vegetables to boost your vitamins. The pool water looked quite clean too
But i dont like the bed is quite hard for me as i like the soft one. Its near the main road but it was soundproof very good. Near to many restaurants & korzinka
I like the building of this hotel. Very nice & simple like in Europe. The staff name Usmon was very helpful. Arrange transport to us to Archazor back & forth. He can speak English well too
It really made my stay feel personal and welcoming. The hotel’s location is also great — close to restaurants, shops, and metro stations, making it easy to get around the city
