It's a nice small cozy hotel not very lavish but still okay to stay in busy city like tashkent at a reasonable price

No fridge and/or kettle in our room. Particulary fridge seems to be useful in this climate. Next time in Tashkent rather will look for some other hotel.

Good location. A bit expensive.

A perfect option if you are in just for a place to stay. The place is near the city center, so transfers around the city are very easy. The room is tidy with private bathroom and shower. The host is very friendly. However, don’t expect too much amenities such as toothbrushes and toothpaste. Still, a good room at a convenient location for a reasonable price.

There's air conditioning. There's a shower. There's no sink, so brushing your teeth is inconvenient. A double room costs $30-35. Breakfast is an extra fee. Check-in is available. The location is convenient. The zoo is a 10-minute taxi ride away. The Presidential Palace is nearby. There's home-cooked food nearby. There's a cafe called Ivliva nearby, it's delicious and inexpensive, a 5-minute walk away

We stayed here for 3 nights. Its a wonderful place. Host is very friendly, and he is always available. Room is very clean, tidy. Its very affordable, they provide complimentary tea/coffee, clean the room daily. Location is perfect, its right in the centre of Tashkent, so many restaurants, shops around. I would stay here again.

The location is very convenient, in the center but on a quiet street. The noise of the city is not audible at all, yet everything is nearby within 5 minutes - minimarkets, restaurants, cafes. A taxi arrives in 3-5 minutes. Has its own parking.

The hotel rooms were new, but there was a slight formaldehyde smell. The hotel consists of two buildings, with a 24-hour car detailing shop between them, which also emits a pungent odor. The round-view rooms face into the community, where many houses are under renovation, resulting in some construction noise.

Check-in was difficult; the front desk and guest rooms were not together, parking was inconvenient, and there was ongoing renovation.

This is the best accommodation in Tashkent. The facilities, cleanliness, and location are all excellent. The staff are friendly. The facilities are better than most pensions in Korea. It's well-equipped with an induction stove, washing machine, large refrigerator, and oven. The RM Mart on the first floor is nice, and the surrounding area is quiet and clean. The apartment is located in a new, upscale neighborhood. A huge plus is that it's very close to the airport and main attractions! I really enjoyed the reception and service. The room was fantastic, spacious and clean. It had a washing machine and a clothes drying rack on the balcony, so clothes dried quickly. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing for self-catering. The only downside was the price of the included breakfast, which was delicious. There's also a free gym!

The only problem is that the sound insulation is a bit bad. I can hear people talking and passing by at the door clearly. Other than that, it's ok.

Really liked staying here. The rooms were very spacious and it was close to the city center. About a 10min walk to the subway. There’s a really good Uzbek restaurant right next to it that’s open 24hrs a day.

Nice place to stay and near in the airport, what I don’t like is the sink is next to the bed they must put it outside because when you try to wash your face, the floor will be wet, better put it all together to bathroom

I stayed here for a long time during my trip to Tashkent. I was very satisfied with the affordable price. The room was a bit cold because of the chilly weather, but the breakfast was delicious. I'll visit again next time.

The room is a bit worn out, and the towels and bedding have stains.

Pros: polite staff, decent breakfast (you definitely won't go hungry), not far from the airport. Cons: The room was cold, I had to ask for a heater. On the second day, there was a small flood in the bathroom while I was out. As a result, there was an unpleasant smell from the sewage, and white residue on the floor, walls, and toilet. I asked to be moved to another room, and they didn't refuse.

Lovely people. The hosts speak good English and they went above and beyond in ensuring that our stay was comfortable. They adjusted breakfast timing based on our arrival, provided us with the kettle when we needed it, invited us to dinner with local friends at their table, and were flexible in checkout time and accepting USD.
