This is a small but comfy family style hotel. It is up and coming but the staff work very hard in making sure every need of yours is attended. I received great hospitality here and I recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for the same.

Since it is a newly built hotel, it is really clean. Breakfast is served individually, making you feel pampered. Although it is not inside Ichan Kala, it is located only 5 minutes from the main West Gate. There is also a supermarket right in front. The host is friendly as well. Best value for money!

Great location. Good service. They speak both Russian and English. Hearty breakfast. Wonderful hotel. The hotel's phone number listed on Trip.com is out of service.

The hotel is very close to Itchan Kala; you can walk there. The street where the hotel is located is unpaved and dusty.
The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. The receptionist is very kind and polite. Breakfast is good, although at this time of year I suggest that the terrace be at least partially covered, because it gets very cold and everything cools down too quickly.

- New hotel, a 5-minute walk from the Old Town
- Very negative experience with the manager (the reservation was cancelled during our stay to save on commissions, obviously after our payment. Rude and aggressive, which doesn't match Uzbek standards). However, the staff was very kind and attentive.
- Rooms were a reasonable size, very nicely finished, extremely comfortable mattress.
- Smelly bathroom, shower with poor water pressure and too frequent lack of hot water.
- In 3 nights, no one ever cleaned our room.
- We paid $200 for 3 nights (all-inclusive from booking, including tourist taxes + $20 = $180 (hotel room) + $20 (tourist taxes) + $20 (city taxes). The last tax is not very clear!
- Breakfast in the room was too small (3 tables, we waited 20 minutes for breakfast). Food was poor, not replenished, and stale. After the first day, we stopped having breakfast at the hotel.
In short, a hotel with potential but poorly managed.

The hotel is new, everything is clean. The staff is polite. The location is good, but after the rain the roads are dirty, there is no asphalt

Very comfortable hotel.
I slept perfectly on a clealy high quality mattress. Attentive and kind staff. Superb roof-top breakfast, with a view on the amazing Khiva.
The receptionist is lovely.
Strongly recommended.
