The hosts are great, welcoming, and quick to resolve any issues! The breakfasts aren't great, but you won't go hungry—eggs, bread, corn, potatoes, and pasta
It's okay for the price! The kids swam in the pool until late, and no one chased them away
Booked a package from MMT was surprise to see the hospitality of this place They do not understand English well but would go beyond to help you We were craving for a cup of tea after staying in Vietnam for 7 days, they let us use their kitchen for even preparing the same They have bike for rent as well Special thanks to the service provided by Tan and ngoc
Nice hotel, stayed for a night)) The beds are luxurious and new)
Clean and cozy
As it turned out, I had a room with two bedrooms and two double beds. A nice upgrade, but I couldn't use it since I was traveling alone. The air conditioning in the room was already running at 20 degrees Celsius
The staff is extremely attentive, speaks good English, and responds quickly to any inquiries. Daily cleaning is thorough, and the breakfast is very good, not highly diverse, but consistently high quality

It's a budget hotel, so we didn't have high expectations. The plumbing was old, the water pressure was weak, and there was no hot water periodically
We loved the area and were so pleased not to be in the town and definitely not in one of the fake new resorts that are almost completely empty even though the size of small towns!! We did not know about these before getting here and were so glad not to end up in one by a mistake!! Beware and research your area! This hotel is great and I would stay here again!
Nice vegetation around rooms and swimming pool area. The Ong lang area is a decent place to stay- plenty of nice restaurants, shops and little streets down to hotels and the local beach
Very nice hotel with pleasant rooms with AC. Helpful and friendly staff who can organise tours and motorbike rental at a good price. Nice breakfast with eggs cooked personally etc
The cleanliness, environment and breakfast were excellent. However, when we checked out of the resort, some staff members treated us badly. They charged us additional money for items we did not use
I suggest that if you stay there, you should return the room during the day shift

The location was peaceful but still close to the beach, which made it easy to get around. Breakfast was nice and lot of options. The whole place felt well maintained. Overall, it was a good value hotel
The Rabbit hole, an Irish
bar within 100m serves great Irish dishes if you ever tire from the vietnamese cuisine!
Brenta poolside is also very nice
Got a family room with seaside view and two balconies 😍
Location is great. Plenty restaurants around and the massive shopping center King mart
I had a really good stay at Brenta Hotel Phu Quoc. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and always ready to help
The breakfast spread was absolutely top-class — delicious, fresh, and something we looked forward to every morning!
What truly made our stay special was their unparalleled hospitality
We had a wonderful stay at Brenta Phu Quoc Hotel! 🌴
The room was spotless and well-maintained — the housekeeping team ensured it stayed perfectly clean every single day

Clean and spacious bungalows with beautiful garden. The only very little complaint could be that the staff in the restaurant seemed to mix up orders every now and then, but it always got sorted out
A place worth recommending. Breakfast was a bit average, and the cottages were a bit dated, but it's right on the beach, and the service was friendly. I recommend it. I'll definitely be back :)
Extremely Relaxing atmosphere. Great location, near plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. Staff is very very friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice, roomy and comfortable. Bathroom and shower are separate, very convenient
For those who need a house by the sea and quiet. The price/quality is good. Bar on the terrace by the sea. I liked the view. You won't be able to swim here. The bottom is in rocks.
Rustic spacious rooms with huge balcony in garden settings. I loved the night sounds of rain and insects chirping. Very good place for very reasonable price.
We stayed in a bungalow, and overall, it was fine. However, the bungalows could definitely use some refreshing. This wasn’t the main issue, though. The biggest problem is the road leading to the hotel

The hotel close to night market, and famous restaurant
Friendly staff, clean room
The price is cheap
The location is great, in Yangdong Township. From the airport, take Route 17 and walk for about 5 minutes to the hotel. The hotel has all the necessary facilities and is not far from either the north or south
There is the Yangdong Night Market nearby, which is lively but doesn't disturb the hotel
Everything is okay, except Wi-Fi not working well at 3 floor.
Staff very helpful 🥰🥰
I just stayed in this hotel for one night in transit. There are no facilities and facilities. At this price, you can't ask for too much. Yangdong Night Market is average, so you won’t feel a loss if you don’t go there
Instead of a window, there was a view of a brick wall. It was too noisy in the morning. You can get a better one for the money

**Hotel Amenities:** The room's decor and color scheme were nice, and the bed was comfortable. I checked in on the 12th, and the price wasn't too bad, but by the evening of the 13th, it had jumped to over 1100 yuan
From the room, you can watch the sunset, even from the bathtub, which is a nice touch. You can also walk from the hotel's B1 level directly to the beach, although there was a bit too much trash on the shore
I told them I'd write it later, but then I forgot where I put the names. After I stored my luggage, I walked to Miss at Phu Quoc Night Market for a massage, then came back to the hotel to pick up my bags
When I checked out on the 13th, a male and female staff member at the front desk asked me to write a good review and even wrote their names on my luggage tag for the storage
Our stay was fantastic! Thao at the front desk was super thoughtful and let us check in early. The room was incredibly spacious and had an amazing ocean view
**Hotel Location:** Very convenient. It's close to bus route 17, just a 3-minute walk to the hotel, and about 5 minutes to Phu Quoc Night Market

This place is in front of the night market where you can easily go buy food or stuff and breakfast with a good price!! I recommend this place is the one of the best place to stay
Stayed here with my friends for two nights. We booked two double rooms which were quite small but fits the budget. The rooms were good but the staffs were not very helpful, but that's not a big deal anyway.
This hotel has motorbike for rent and if you don’t know how to ride, he can teach you as well. The first Aids Kit is prepared for those who got injured
I’ve got the small cut on my lil toe the owner had done the basic treatment for me
The rooms look like bedrooms of a home rather than indifferent hotel rooms and they cram everything you need into the space: flatscreen on the wall, mini fridge in the closet stocked with bevs and snacks, breakfast nook with 2 chairs, plenty of hangers and A/C
It’s the best place for a one star hotel, i would recon for a 5 star as the place is very well organized. The owner is super nice, friendly and gentle

ISABELLA resort is a GREAT resort! We had a pleasant time there, hotel staffs were very helpful and friendly, one day before our departure they offered us to take away breakfast in case we might have early flight (Thanks Juilia!)
Hotel room is comfortable, shower is big with lots of light
The hotel is really nice , the people is super friendly and kind the rooom are comportable and have a good view. The location is the little far from the center.
Super clean and quiet at night. I felt so relaxed! It's ideal place if you live and work in a big city. I liked the massage (tried different, Swedish is the best from my opinion) and the restaurant
I arrived after 3:00 PM, and check-in was supposed to be after 2:00 PM, but no one was waiting for me. It was impossible to reach the hotel using the phone numbers listed on the website
Beautiful pool and grounds. lovely room and excellent staff! Great location so close to the beach and lots of the best restaurants are close by! highly recommend!
I paid for the scooter for 4 full days but only used it for 2 days, and no one refunded me for the unused days. The room was not cleaned, despite my requests and reminders to the administrator

The design is really great, woody and classic. There is a large swimming pool with sunbathe chair, good breakfast (the coffee is highly recommended), closed to a public beach that is quiet and has nice view
We actually booked another accommodation for our trip but that place had problem with the booking agent and did not welcome us, finally the booking agent moved us to Old Town Resort
Lovely spacious room in very well kept surroundings. The wood is warm and inviting. The only complaint is the bed is a little hard for my taste but I did sleep well
Service was wonderful and staff very accommodating and friendly. On my next trip to Phu Quoc this is where I'm staying
It was the best stay I had in Vietnam so far! The people, the breakfast & the Vibe get 12 out of 10 from me!
The service is great, staffs are very friendly and helpful. Location is ok, 200m away from the ocean. The only thing they need to improve is improving their facilities, especially inside the bathroom.

I didn't expect so much because of the price.
But big room, wifi, cheap price, nice location.
One evening, around 8 PM, both hot and cold water were completely shut off. The guy at reception spun a tale, claiming there was no water on the entire island of Phu Quoc and he had no idea when it would be back
Our room didn't have a single chair, though I saw other rooms did. I would have extended my stay if there was a desk, as it's hard to work without one. There were also issues with the water
I only had truly hot water once during my 7-day stay; the rest of the time it was just lukewarm. It wasn't critical, but sometimes you just want a really hot shower
The price was very reasonable, and the hotel was pleasant and offered good value for money.
The room was spacious and clean, and it looked exactly like the photos.
The sunsets were amazing, and the room was cleaned daily and very tidy. I'd definitely go back, but there are a few 'buts'. There's no proper desk and chair, not even one

The front door didn't open with the electronic key; we had to use a regular key. There are a lot of mosquitoes, it's impossible to get in without a fumigator, and there's not always hot water
There's a ridge of rocks that aren't visible underwater! However, it's very conveniently located for exploring the entire island. We traveled to the north and south (we preferred the south more)
The hotel is in a good location, close to grocery stores and various cafes. The breakfasts are mediocre, don't count on it, but they have eggs. If they'd put some sun loungers on the beach, it would be wonderful
The sea, pool, and location are okay. Pay more and upgrade your room^^ Landmark view is a room without a window. I think it used to be a really nice place. It's a pity that time has passed
When I tried to leave the room after being at the swimming pool, I found ***** in the room. It's called mosquito repellent
The path from the hotel to the beach is paved with sharp stones, which is not comfortable for bare feet. The pool is large, but muddy, did not swim

Staff are so helpful with booking trips and helping you find your way around and when it rained they even gave me a rain jacket and hat! So sweet! Bungalows were also stunning, comfortable, massive deep pool, great locations close to everything but in a quiet jungle oasis
We absolutely loved our stay! The bungalow was great, the breakfast was great, the pool was great! It was really nice to be not so far from the very touristic center and yet to be far enough from the noice and the lights
It would be easier if there were notices to hang on the door or a specific place to put your towel if you want it changed. This is now quite common in some hotels in an effort to be more environmentally friendly
I had a comfortable, enjoyable, 9 night stay in a poolside bungalow at Hong Bin Bungalows. The room was a good size with safe, fridge, T. Breakfast provided a good enough variety to suit most tastes
There is a shuttle service and also a washing machine. Don’t do like us : there is washing powder in the washing room, don’t use the one they don’t you in the bathroom! They’ll count it as charge
Although not a complaint, I would like to suggest that the accommodation provide notices for guests to request room cleaning/towel change etc rather than this be done automatically each day

Although the interior is a bit old, it wasn’t a problem for us. There are many local restaurants nearby, and it’s easy to get around to different parts of the island. It’s also convenient for booking transportation
We happened to find this hotel during peak season. We didn’t make a reservation in advance, and luckily they still had available rooms and offered us a reasonable price. The staff were friendly and helpful
The location is great — there’s a VinBus stop right in front, and there are plenty of nice local places nearby where you can try delicious food. It met our expectations.
The hotel has motorcycles on the first floor; however basically does not affect guests. rooms are clean and clean compared to the price, walk to market.
Excellent services, super clean and everything is pretty much new. Highly recommended!
Stable room, cute receptionist

The hotel is clean, fully equipped, near the main road to the beach, so it is convenient to move, the staff is friendly and enthusiastic, the price is very ok 👍
Attentive service, polite and friendly staff, ok price
There were bugs, there was no hot water, and when I pulled out the key, the power went out, so the refrigerator didn't work, so drinks I had previously placed in the room weren't cold
The hotel is close to the center, convenient to move. Facilities are average. Breakfast is a bit small. Give 2 stars a little more.
The hotel was taken over, so I had a hard time confirming my reservation

On the downside: 1) They burn grass near the hotel in the evenings (presumably to ward off mosquitoes); 2) Be very careful at the café next to the hotel – don't drink iced beverages if you want to avoid getting sick
I especially recommend the Mongolian meat! The only minor drawback is that the hotel is located far north, and it's a 40-minute drive to the central beach, or about an hour if there's traffic
The bungalows facing the pool are very comfortable, quite spacious, and feature a lovely Asian-style interior. The beach is small but charming and cozy, with good spots for snorkeling
This hotel is located in the north of the island. The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. There's a large pool where a hen and her chicks can be seen running around
But for those who value privacy and don't want to travel anywhere, but rather relax on the beach, SUP, board, and lounge by the pool, this is perfect!
An excellent hotel with a very helpful manager!
The breakfasts are delicious, and there's also a restaurant on site where every dish is delicious

The most kind and friendly owners. They made me and my family feel so at home. Right next to the night market, and across from delicious crab house. The people make the experience amazing
Outstanding place with a private Beach and Beach bar. Rooms very clean, service very polite and nice. Very close to the main street.
Finally, after years of travel restrictions, we were able to return to this lovely resort that we have stayed at in the past
The owner also does awesome tours of the island since they grew up here
Shame there were mainly Russian older people there during our visit
The location is excellent, and although the beach is small, it’s still quite comfortable. The sea is a matter of luck — it depends a lot on the season. Room cleaning was regular and of good quality

During the week of stay, no one cleaned the room, did not change towels, did not take out the trash, did not replenish cleaning products. There are several quite large dogs hanging around the resort
but feedback for swimming pool wasn't very clean. Rooms was excellent, big and super clean!
Beach restaurant a bit disappointing when they really didn't have any dishes what they had on menu
next door Shack had nicer beach and and English speking staff. Felt much more welcomed there. Private beach had lot of trash and unfortunately full of loud and rude Russians
Budget accommodation, 100 meters from the sea.
Massage shops, cafes, currency exchange, and a bus stop are nearby.
For a budget hotel, it's OK.
An affordable bungalow with a clean pool. The beach is two minutes away. You can't hear the neighbors. The only thing is the mattress is hard. The bedding is clean. We liked it so much we extended our stay.
During the day, they're quiet and almost invisible, but after dark and at night, it's very scary to walk around the grounds; the dogs are aggressive, which was both scary and unpleasant
