This is my second visit. As expected, I've had an absolutely wonderful time and am leaving with the fondest memories. Hotel is in the center of Sapa and makes it accessible to a lot of restaurants and tour group meet up place (Sapa Stone Church). This is also where the tram going to Fansipan is located. The room was very clean, and the rooftop pool was a particular highlight. The beach is right outside, about 100 meters away. It's in a bustling area, with plenty of places to eat downstairs.

Beautiful hotel with delicious food!!! I was particular impressed by the food quality and taste, one of the best for sure! The farm is very nice, and organized. All spa inclusive was amazing!!! Swimming pools have shallow part suitable for young children. Kids menu is good and its free. Kids play could have more toys, and the TV should not be turned on at all times.

This is a great resort. We had a cabin right off the beach, great place for a relaxing getaway. The rooms are quite worn out, and the floors need renovation. The soundproofing between rooms seems good. However, the doors are flimsy, so noise from the hallway is clearly audible. Around midnight, the staff decided to clean the floor, which was very noisy. The view from the window is great, and the beach is nearby. It's a little far from the city center, but the price is very reasonable for a 5-star hotel. It's clean and the staff are well-trained. There is an apartment building at the back of the hotel.
