Big hotel with great location and spacious room. Breakfast is delicious. However, the cleanliness of the hotel needs to be improved. One of our family members found a lot of cut nails on the floor when we checked into the room.

Good service, good breakfast in this price range. Close to airport and good for night flight or early morning flight . We arrived at 9pm and ready morning trip to Muine.

The sea outside the hotel is absolutely beautiful, and we even saw some sand crabs. However, the villa itself was pretty mediocre. It is a wonderful hotel with nice villas, beautiful territory, gorgeous beach with white sand, huge pool, lovely breakfast. We’ve just fall in love to this place and extended our stay for another night. It was sad to leave this hotel but we had to go. We were satisfied with the room. For one week staying will be ok. But the bed sheets haven't been changed.they just made it up, so I didn't immediately realize that they hadn't changed anything for a whole week. And not enough clean the floor, there was hair and sand somewhere. The gym is not gym😂 , it's not enough for people who work out and it's in the corridor among other rooms.

A bit far to Hoi An old town but ideal for people who wanna enjoy a beach holiday. Rooms are very spacious and staff is very attentive. They have a small beach club which you can enjoy as well. Gym and breakfast buffet can be improved but still gets the job done

The rooms, landscape and ambiance are just great. The location of the hotel is great, close to the beach and many restaurants. On the downside, the breakfast choices are the same every day. We had a wonderful stay in a villa that offered a beautiful waterfront view. Having free bikes available was a bonus for exploring. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, ensuring we felt welcome throughout our visit. The location is perfect—quiet enough for relaxation, yet just a short walk from Old Town, the night market, and various local restaurants and cafes. Highly recommend!

I really can not recommend this hotel enough. From the moment you arrive to moment left they made you feel like royalty. Travelled with an elderly family member and she felt safe and special each day. From the conceirge, guest services, front office to the GM I can't rate highly enough. The only choice if you ever visit Hoi An!!

Good location, 5 min walk from the ancient city with lots of good restaurants around. We live in family villa on the second floor, the only setback is there is no elevator so we need to carry the luggage down when checking out. Location is good so is price/quality ratio. We had issues with reception stuff, hotel’s manager could not be helpful in solving a problem they created in the first place, that was very disappointing.

It was alright. I'd recommend booking a sea-view room though, ours had absolutely no view (picture 3). The hotel itself was decent, good for just chilling out. However, on the last day, I saw a cockroach near the bathtub, and some newly hatched ones too. I guess that's common in tropical areas, especially with fruit around.

It was a bit far from the night market, but it was good. The suite room was spacious and satisfactory. It was a little disappointing that dinner was mandatory due to the Tet holiday.

The hotel was interesting. The garden on the roof was neat as was the view. Staff was extremely courteous. However, the building was strange. It made me think of a Temu castle.

Personally, I feel that there is no air conditioning. It is very hot and stuffy in the evening. Although there is an old fan, it cannot improve the stuffy situation. There are Koreans everywhere, mostly elderly people. The facilities are slightly old. The win is good service and good location. The food is Korean style, which Chinese people are not used to.

This is a decent business hotel with good value for money. There are plenty of convenience stores and local eateries nearby. The facilities and service are generally good, and it's convenient to get around. Overall, pretty good.

The room was clean, and the hotel's location made transportation convenient. My flights always arrive at night, so I just take a taxi directly to the hotel from the airport. Check-in is usually smooth; everything's sorted in about ten minutes, and then I can head up to my room.

When I book my room few months ago, I have a special request for the hotel not to offer me a room in the end of the hallway, but too bad, when I arrived and check in, they give me a room in the end of the hallway,  I was so FCUKING MAD, at the end they offered me another room with better location. overall a good hotel. Nicely located close to train station en the palace. Rooms are not that big, but good bed, tv, and bathroom. Although the shower is in the bathtub. Everything is ok considering the price and quality, the location is great, everything is nearby. Breakfast is pretty good. The room is old, a lot of things didn't work. Dirty tired gym without air conditioning. One of the receptionists deliberately ignored us, demonstrating incredible busyness. Neighbors smoked in the room, but the staff didn't do anything special.

The airport shuttle service was very convenient, and the staff were all very polite and greeted us whenever they saw us. The breakfast was also delicious. The swimming pool was beautiful and really gave us a vacation vibe. The only downside was that the room lighting wasn't bright enough.

One of my favorite services was the airport shuttle. The hotel has its own beach and great amenities overall. Jet skis were significantly cheaper than at tourist attractions. Breakfast was plentiful and the service was attentive.

Me and my wife absolutely loved our honeymoon stay at the Mövenpick Villa and resorts in Phu Quoc, got a lovely sea view room on a higher floor thanks to my Accor gold. Enjoyed the food a lot, buffet’s were exquisite. Special mention to a relaxing couple spa experience provided by Ms Oanh and Ms. Nhi. Would definitely recommend experiencing the property when in Phu Quoc, Vietnam.

The english level of the staff is not fantastic. Security guard is not helpful. Grab food rider is not able to stop awhile just to pass food to the receptionist. Was quite disappointed at the hotel. Delicious breakfasts, a large but cold pool. There's no real grounds to speak of (just two buildings and the pool). The beach is a 5-7 minute walk away (towels are provided by the hotel), but sun loungers cost extra. There are many diverse cafes and restaurants nearby.

Best Hotel so far in Vietnam. Staff are friendly We have very nice breakfast and afternoon tea at 2pm every day. They have different varieties of foods everyday for breakfast . The price of our room is 1.2 million VND for 2 double bed (we put it together) as you can see in my photo.

In the double room, only one side of the bed had a charging port at the headboard, which was very inconvenient. Other than that, it was fine. The breakfast buffet was very rich, and there was afternoon tea by the pool, which was quite convenient for me.
