The hotel's location is unbeatable, right on the beach. Waking up to the sea view is amazing, and the rooms are very clean. The breakfast selection is quite rich, and overall, it offers great value for money. The only downside is that the bar across the street can be quite noisy at night, and you can hear it from your room.

Stayed for four nights. For the last night, my original room wasn't available, so I chose one with a smaller side window that offered a partial sea view. It was much quieter, but the room was noticeably smaller.

This hotel was not pleasant at all, with loud construction noises booming until late at night without any prior notice from the hotel. The bedding wasn't clean, and the staff weren't friendly. I went thinking it would be a good value for money hotel, but it was really below expectations. The hotel's surroundings near the sea were nice, though.

This hotel is okay if you're only staying for a few days. It's old and a bit run-down. When you shower, the water drains through the toilet area, meaning it goes all over the bathroom. Afterwards, there's standing water around the toilet. It looks like they've done some superficial renovations. The breakfast is meager. The location, however, is excellent – everything is nearby.

My absolute favorite hotel in Nha Trang! It's like a demo version of a Signature hotel, but so charming! Breakfasts are 10/10, the view is 10/10, and the rooms are 10/10. The pool doesn't have a view, but the ocean is just across the road, so I wasn't too bothered. The reception staff, hotel staff, and breakfast staff are all very friendly. Value for money is 10000/10!

Cleanliness could be improved. On the first night, we found many ants in our bed. The BBQ was just average, and the food was below par, though the service was good.

It was amazing! Our family of 9, including an infant, had a fantastic time. The kids and us absolutely loved it. Everything was clean, not too crowded, and there were several pools. Room cleaning was done daily! We'll definitely come again, the price and quality are perfectly matched 👍

Best Western has two sections: a villa area and a hotel area. Both are very close to the night market, making it super convenient for food, drinks, massages, and foot reflexology. Balcona hotel is ideally located in the heart of all the action. Across the road from a wonderful beach where swimming and relaxing is so good. This hotel is awesome! Our room was super clean, and the amenities were top-notch. Linh from Rumba Reato was especially great; she even helped us use our points for food. Some staff weren't as friendly, though, and the Rumba manager was pretty rude at breakfast, making us feel unwelcome even though it was only 8 AM. If you do not have your own motorbike or car to drive, it might be difficult to stay at this hotel because there are not many places to go or convenience facilities nearby. A colleague recommended this hotel, and it didn't disappoint. The room was spacious and very clean. There's a restaurant in the lobby on the ground floor. At around 500 [currency, e.g., RMB/local currency] per night, it offers excellent value for money. I stayed for two nights and had a great experience. It's also very convenient for taxis.

Love this Place for its cleanliness and cosy feeling. Although it is not near to big shopping malls but there are supermarket, cafes and pharmacy just walking distance away.

I also found other people's reviews very helpful when booking accommodations, so I'm leaving this one. I booked a triple room, but I was upgraded to a quad room, which was great. ^^ Everyone was friendly and professional. It shows signs of age, but it's still well-maintained. It's very close to the Hoi An Impression Show and close to the ancient city, which is convenient but not noisy. On the first day, we encountered the annual fire drill and were given a free breakfast and dinner.

I had a fantastic time staying here for a week. The location was just perfect for its walking distance to the supermarket, and spa areas and across the road is the beach!! And the plus side it's good to catch the grab and get dropped off. The hotel is a bit old, the drainage in the bathroom needs improvement. It doesn't facilitate flushing of toilet papers and no close lid rubbish bin in the bathroom which is not the standard of a 4 stars hotel!

My room was below the floor where a singer was performing in the evening, creating noise pollution. One elevator to service 9 floors. Tourist bus magnet. Breakfast was diverse and healthy. They even had espresso machines.

It is a wonderful hotel with nice villas, beautiful territory, gorgeous beach with white sand, huge pool, lovely breakfast. We’ve just fall in love to this place and extended our stay for another night. It was sad to leave this hotel but we had to go.
