Hotel is nice but s bit old style. Service is good and staff are friendly! May come again.

The equipment is somewhat outdated, and the room is situated near the street, resulting in a rather noisy environment.

A well-established, renowned hotel with excellent facilities. I highly recommend the spa on the top floor – it was a delightful surprise! The gym equipment is the most comprehensive I've ever seen, making for a fantastic workout. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

Hotel is a little aged around the corner but the stuff remains committed and very friendly and helpful  I was asking for laundry mart outside the hotel but nobody seems to know where to guide me I enjoy my stay there and breakfast and gym are very good as well

Centrally located, it's a convenient walk to the nearby bar street, central market, and other attractions. The hotel breakfast is also good. I've attached some photos of the surroundings for reference. There are also many great restaurants within walking distance.

This hotel is a bit old, but the location is pretty good. The lobby is tiny, and the rooms are small, but it's not far from Saigon Center.

Conveniently located a 5 min walk from Bui Vien Street which is famous for its nightlife. There is a nice-looking McDonald’s about a 10 min walk from the hotel. The room had a lovely vintage feel, and the public areas were also very beautiful. The hotel staff were incredibly polite and friendly. We spontaneously booked this hotel as we decided to come to Hoi an early. There is literally nothing to complain about. We enjoyed every moment from the warm welcome until check out. What a getaway experience! Beach bungalow was amazing. Located a little bit aside of crowded hotel communal facilities, with a straight entrance from a terrace to the beach, through the beautiful golf fairway quality lawn and open ocean view. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Absolutely 5 star resort feeling from the first step out of a taxi.

The service at this hotel was exceptional, and the breakfast selection was very rich! All the staff were smiling and eager to help! What a wonderful hotel and staff. Property is very clean, has a delicious breakfast and the staff (particularly Phuong) is amazing. Phuong welcomed us with very pleasant greeting and also checked us out. Our room was decorated for our anniversary which was a very nice touch. Such a wonderful employee. Good atmosphere and comfortable facilities

Spacious room with clean sleek design. I personally live their bathroom. Bed was comfy and shower was nice and strong. They have a gym on the roof top which is 24/7 and another bigger ones sharing with the residence at the lower floor.

The environment and breakfast are always good, it's just not located in the city center.

This hotel's location is a bit like Shenyang's Xita, but it's next to the new municipal government building (a Korean-dominated area, quite far from the main attractions, about a 35-40 minute taxi ride to the core area of Hoan Kiem Lake). Before heading to Hanoi, I spent a lot of time debating which hotel to book. Then I stumbled upon this InterContinental, which is apparently the tallest in the city, and the price was within my budget, so I booked it for three nights. We booked this hotel for our arrival in DaNang, it was great so we rebooked it again after touring Hoi An & Hue. Great location, every thing you need is right outside your door, walk the beach while your laundry gets done. Pop into a restaurant for some great local food. The hotel's location is great, just a short walk to the beach. The environment and everything else are also good! However, a few front desk staff members have a serious 'white worship' complex. Whenever they encounter an older white European or American man, they are overly flattering and fawning, but when dealing with Asians, they act superior.

Very friendly staff but they insist on keeping a passport or ID to prevent guests from leaving without paying for the mini bar. I brought a shower filter and realised that the water is not exactly clean (refer to picture) Overall, the room is spacious and bed is comfortable. Gym is decent.

The Rex ist located in the heart of HCMC, right across the old Townhall. But don't expect a fully modern hotel, the Rex has kept the charm of the last century. Breakfast was awesome with a lot of choices, served on the 5th floor with a great view on the city. The pools were rather moderate but worth a visit.,

Probably the most central location in HCMC. Walkable to everywhere. If you’re staying over the weekend, just a reminder that there always seem to be big part in the main streets here. The rooftop restaurant was excellent to be at to absorb all the things happening around. The staff was courteous, as expected. I’ll see you again in the future.

The hotel room is very spacious and grand. The hotel is located in a desirable location. We found a small local noodle restaurant the food is excellent and price is very reasonable. The hotel is not far from Dong Ba market and there are plenty of fruit and veggies in the surrounding areas.

This hotel was really interesting as it felt like an older hotel and had a kind of old skool atmosphere. Room service came by twice a day and changed our towels which I found interesting. The staff were very lovely and we enjoyed the live music.

The rooms need some updating. The pool was full with kids from a school, very noisy and busy. The staff weren’t the nicest in town, and I would expect more from a 5 star hotel.

Hotel exceeded expectations. Large rooms, friendly staff and massive outlay of breakfast. Huge pool and a few English channels on the TV. Not much to do around the hotel but walking street is about 10 minutes walk away with lots of good food options.

The resort itself is an attraction; it has a playground where you can entertain the kids all day for a reasonable ticket price of just over 300. There are also outdoor activities nearby, and the hotel offers a shuttle service to Da Lat city center. Overall, the service is good, and the scenery is beautiful. My only minor gripe is that the facilities are a bit old and could use an upgrade.

I was lucky to book a room with a direct view of the lake just as I wanted, and I loved it! It has a relaxing, chill vibe like being in some fairytale land. The staff was extremely helpful, Staff handled the shuttle service, who left a strong impression on me. The room's quality is decent, and if it could improve a bit more, it would be the best in Da Lat!, will come back again!

The environment damn good! The theme park is beside, a mini zoo is there, very very chill place! Their restaurant food is nice! Its fun and chill. They will have free shutter bus to fetch you to city as well.

The best hotel! We booked a deluxe room with a sea view, and for Asia, it's a solid 10 out of 10. The renovation, cleanliness, and service - all perfect! The people at the reception are incredibly welcoming; they cheerfully exclaim "HOROSHO" (good) so genuinely. We definitely want to return to this hotel. They even gave us a gift when we checked out! 😻

We were assigned a room with poor lighting. When we asked the front desk about an upgrade during check-in, they said we'd have to pay more for it and could check in at 8 AM. Otherwise, we'd have to wait until 3 PM without paying extra. The front desk staff communicated with us entirely through a translator, and the man who checked us in seemed to mock us for not speaking English, which was very disrespectful...
