I brought my parents to Vietnam for Chinese New Year, and this hotel's location was excellent. It was a 10-minute walk to Hoan Kiem Lake, less than 900 meters away. St. Joseph's Cathedral was a 15-minute walk, about 1.1 kilometers. The Hanoi Opera House was just over 300 meters away, and it's also a stop for the double-decker sightseeing bus. What a getaway experience! Beach bungalow was amazing. Located a little bit aside of crowded hotel communal facilities, with a straight entrance from a terrace to the beach, through the beautiful golf fairway quality lawn and open ocean view. It was absolutely amazing! The staff are so friendly and helpful. On our way out, the manager herself actually helped us carry out our luggages😍😍.  I think the only thing is the pool is too deep… I cant swim so I couldnt really enjoy it…

The service at this hotel was exceptional, and the breakfast selection was very rich! All the staff were smiling and eager to help! We booked this hotel for our arrival in DaNang, it was great so we rebooked it again after touring Hoi An & Hue. Great location, every thing you need is right outside your door, walk the beach while your laundry gets done. Pop into a restaurant for some great local food. Plus the staff are second to none, so kind & helpful! Best fruit smoothies anywhere!

The hotel's location is great, just a short walk to the beach. The environment and everything else are also good! However, a few front desk staff members have a serious 'white worship' complex. Whenever they encounter an older white European or American man, they are overly flattering and fawning, but when dealing with Asians, they act superior.

Very friendly staff but they insist on keeping a passport or ID to prevent guests from leaving without paying for the mini bar. I brought a shower filter and realised that the water is not exactly clean (refer to picture) Overall, the room is spacious and bed is comfortable. Gym is decent.

Novotel Hanoi is truly outstanding. The room is spacious, the food is abundant and delicious, and the staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. Unfortunately, the room lighting is not bright enough at night, so it’s not very comfortable for working, but it’s perfect for a vacation.

The Rex ist located in the heart of HCMC, right across the old Townhall. But don't expect a fully modern hotel, the Rex has kept the charm of the last century. Probably the most central location in HCMC. Walkable to everywhere. If you’re staying over the weekend, just a reminder that there always seem to be big part in the main streets here. It's a luxuious stay for us at The Reveire Saigon. The luxurioys deco and furnishings were extravagant and magnificant. The convenient location also allows easy access to the surrounding attractions and the great river view enhanced the stay as well. The hotel staff are also courteous and accomodating with reasonable requests an we willl stay here again.

The hotel is a bit old but well-maintained. It can get noisy from the street as there's no double glazing (only a single pane of glass).

Convenient and Comfortable Stay Had a great stay overall. I didn’t use the pool, but managed a 30-minute gym session before enjoying the excellent breakfast buffet. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated being able to set the room temperature to 20°C for a restful night.

We stayed for 3 nights celebrating Christmas. On a midnight arrival, I was welcomed by the staff and had a smooth checkin. I waited for the buggy to take me to my hotel. The hotel has been renovated, but some of the furniture is still a bit old, though it doesn't affect its use. There's only one power outlet that doesn't require an adapter; the others don't fit. Our family of four stayed for two nights and it was pretty good. Clean and comfortable, and the location was also fine. The rooftop pool is beautiful and spacious 😍. Having a couple of drinks by the pool at night was really chill 🍻.

This hotel offers a great all-in-one experience. The room layout is nice, and there's a good variety of food options that can even be delivered to your room. The rooftop pool is decent, though a bit messy. The staff can be a little casual. Overall, it's much better value for money than Landmark 81.

The pool is absolutely gorgeous! However, the shower in the room was incredibly small – I've never seen one so tiny, it was hard to even open the door once inside. But other than that, everything else was great!

I chose this hotel for my last night primarily because of its location. It's super convenient – the airport bus, shopping areas, and ATMs are all nearby. The staff were friendly, and the pool was lovely. Overall, I had a great and relaxing stay.

The bathrobes were stained, and I saw a cockroach in the room. It felt like my neighbors were living inside my room – there were so many noisy families with kids. The city view is only good because of the mountain. The pool is nice, but small. The massage was 400k, and it was average. I didn't try the food. There's a Highlands Coffee just around the corner.

I can say this hotel has a great location in Nha Trang, close to the bank and the cathedral, and only about a 10-minute walk to the beach. Wonderful hotel. Check-in is strictly on time. The room was cleaned every day. It's not far from the sea and convenient. New bottles of water were added daily. There were also items available for an additional charge.

This hotel isn't good value for money at all. It's really not worth the price. It's pretty much on par with hotels in the area that cost around 300-400, but I paid almost 1000 and still got an inner-facing room. The service was also just okay; they didn't offer to help with luggage proactively.

I had a fantastic time and stay in this Potique Hotel which was surprisingly amazing. All teh staff was just very helpful, courteous and went all their way to assist me around. Not forgetting the breakfast spread was equally yummy and delicious. I have had my dinners in their Cafe which was already just great and DELICIOUS!! I will return to stay in this Potique Hotel again in the very near future
