I chose this hotel for my last night primarily because of its location. It's super convenient – the airport bus, shopping areas, and ATMs are all nearby. The staff were friendly, and the pool was lovely. Overall, I had a great and relaxing stay.

The bathrobes were stained, and I saw a cockroach in the room. It felt like my neighbors were living inside my room – there were so many noisy families with kids. The city view is only good because of the mountain. The pool is nice, but small. The massage was 400k, and it was average. I didn't try the food. There's a Highlands Coffee just around the corner.

I can say this hotel has a great location in Nha Trang, close to the bank and the cathedral, and only about a 10-minute walk to the beach. The hotel has a nice vibe and the room itself is comfortable. However, there were a few issues during my stay. I booked a queen bed but received two single beds. The staff tried to solve it by combining the beds, but the middle area was still uncomfortable to sleep...

Wonderful hotel. Check-in is strictly on time. The room was cleaned every day. It's not far from the sea and convenient. New bottles of water were added daily. There were also items available for an additional charge.

This hotel isn't good value for money at all. It's really not worth the price. It's pretty much on par with hotels in the area that cost around 300-400, but I paid almost 1000 and still got an inner-facing room. The service was also just okay; they didn't offer to help with luggage proactively.

I had a fantastic time and stay in this Potique Hotel which was surprisingly amazing. All teh staff was just very helpful, courteous and went all their way to assist me around. Not forgetting the breakfast spread was equally yummy and delicious. I have had my dinners in their Cafe which was already just great and DELICIOUS!! I will return to stay in this Potique Hotel again in the very near future

Normally I get a better room for this price in Vietnam. I think it's a bit overpriced, but not problems there

Very good services and location

There are many hotels along Nha Trang beach, but this one is located on the outskirts, far from the city center. Getting around for meals requires taking a taxi, which is quite inconvenient. The room itself was decent, but the hotel was packed with Russians, and the breakfast was really bad.

It’s a very budget friendly hotel. Across the road there is a beach but A little bit walk to the Nha Trang main beach and nice eateries.Breakfast good selection of foods mostly local. Not bad. The hotel is a bit old but well-maintained. The location is excellent, right by West Lake and close to all the attractions. Just a couple of elevators had a strange smell, and the shower area tended to get watery.

The location is pretty close to the airport, and not too far from Districts 1 and 2. In December, the elevator was under maintenance, which made going up and down a bit inconvenient. The front desk staff seemed a bit more rigid compared to what I'm used to in China.

The staff were friendly, but the menu was limited and dinner closed quite early. Generally smelt damp in the corridors.

There weren't many Koreans, mostly Westerners, and it was clean and nice. Breakfast was mainly bakery items, and the room had a balcony, so the facilities were great.

Had a good stay. Hotel 10 mins walk from Old Town, and away from flood zone. Room large size, clean and airy. Service was excellent, staff helpful and always smiling. Breakfast adequate. Pool was big enough for laps. One big issue: my room is supposed to be deluxe pool view, tree view is more appropriate. Photos are from my 2 windows and balcony.

The rooms and facilities are fantastic. However, the toilets could be more user-friendly, especially if it is a toilet shared by a family where more toilet privacy is needed. The resort isn't very large, but the greenery is beautiful and there are 4 swimming pools. However, with temperatures only around 20 degrees Celsius in February, it's not really warm enough to swim. The windows in this room type are quite small, so there's not much of a view. Breakfast was pretty good though!

I'm really glad I stayed at this hotel. It's a hotel I'd like to stay at again. Perhaps because it is a little far from the old town, time passes slowly. The staff greeted us with "Xin Chao" every time we passed each other, and we had a wonderful time.

The best place to celebrate Christmas and New year. We had a room with balcony and facing the sea. We enjoyed the meal from breakfast to dinner. The food is catering for both domestic and foreign guests and we really enjoyed the breakfast in particular. We celebrated the New year's Eve watching fireworks from our balcony and the New Year's day on the beach. We would have no hesitation to come back...
