Normally I get a better room for this price in Vietnam. I think it's a bit overpriced, but not problems there

Very good services and location

There are many hotels along Nha Trang beach, but this one is located on the outskirts, far from the city center. Getting around for meals requires taking a taxi, which is quite inconvenient. The room itself was decent, but the hotel was packed with Russians, and the breakfast was really bad.

We really enjoyed our stay at your hotel. The hotel is very beautiful, comfortable, and has a stunning view from the window. Everything is very clean and beautiful. The food at the restaurant is delicious, and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. We will definitely return.

Just a few minutes' walk from the beach and very conveniently located. It's less than a 30-minute taxi ride to the train station, with plenty of dining options nearby. The staff were also very friendly.

Poor internet, old hotel, moderately clean, two cockroaches during a two day stay, the only advantage is the price

It was very dirty. A gloomy hotel, we checked in at night. I even encountered a cockroach on the first day in the shower. Horrible.

The hotel is decent, though there's no sea view, just a view of the neighboring building. The staff is friendly and polite! The room isn't big and also faces the adjacent building. This hotel has so much untapped potential. Their 5 star rating seems to be self proclaimed. In the photos, you see several lounge chairs at the pool...in reality, there's only one. Nice hotel in an excellent Location, gym is too small though and if you have a Room facing the Beer Garden you will have free Live Music until Late evening in you room. Make sure you will get a room facing the other side of the building which is quiet.

Not bad. The hotel is a bit old but well-maintained. The location is excellent, right by West Lake and close to all the attractions. Just a couple of elevators had a strange smell, and the shower area tended to get watery.

The location is pretty close to the airport, and not too far from Districts 1 and 2. In December, the elevator was under maintenance, which made going up and down a bit inconvenient. The front desk staff seemed a bit more rigid compared to what I'm used to in China.

The staff were friendly, but the menu was limited and dinner closed quite early. Generally smelt damp in the corridors.

Beautiful hotel, very big reception area & room & only 5 - 10 mins from the airport 🛫 which is ideal. We only spent 1nt before flying home. Our room was ok but the bedding felt cold & damp & there was an awful musty smell throughout the hotel. That's our only criticism 😔

I've stayed here many times, and the hotel's conditions are generally good. Even though the guy at the front desk was quite rude, the hotel itself is actually very nice. The Chinese restaurant on the second floor is also delicious.

The hotel is super convenient, just a 10-minute drive from the airport. The rooms are spacious, and the breakfast spread is incredibly rich – I absolutely loved the beef pho, and the Western pastries were also quite tempting. I'll definitely be back next time!

There weren't many Koreans, mostly Westerners, and it was clean and nice. Breakfast was mainly bakery items, and the room had a balcony, so the facilities were great.

Amazing stay here! We had a fantastic stay! Breakfast was incredible, so many options. They even catered for gluten free and made gluten free pancakes on request! The room was beautiful, really nice. We had a wonderful 9 day stay - the staff were very friendly from Mr Vu who picked us up at the airport to Binh who made us feel very welcome and always took time to chat with us - he organised a massage and was very helpful with telling us places to visit - he had the most infectious laugh that always made us smile when we heard it - the breakfast is wonderful so much choice always fresh and welcomed...

Had a good stay. Hotel 10 mins walk from Old Town, and away from flood zone. Room large size, clean and airy. Service was excellent, staff helpful and always smiling. Breakfast adequate. The rooms and facilities are fantastic. However, the toilets could be more user-friendly, especially if it is a toilet shared by a family where more toilet privacy is needed. The room is spacious and comes with standard amenities. The breakfast spread is excellent. The service staff are very friendly and helpful. The resort is big with spacious rooms facing the pool or the sea. It’s so big that you can request for buggy service to your room if you are far away. The room is generally clean but behind the fixed shower and shampoo bottles are mouldy 😢. The sound proofing is really poor. This is also a Marriott property, but the breakfast here isn't as rich as the Marriott next door. You're also not allowed to go into the sea, only use the pool. I hope they can set up a safe swimming area by the beach so guests can enjoy the ocean.

We loved our 7day stay at the Sheraton Grand Resort and Spa - it was just the holiday we were hoping for. The staff are wonderful, super helpful and always ready to give you the best advice. This is my second visit. As expected, I've had an absolutely wonderful time and am leaving with the fondest memories. A well-established, renowned hotel with excellent facilities. I highly recommend the spa on the top floor – it was a delightful surprise! The gym equipment is the most comprehensive I've ever seen, making for a fantastic workout. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

Hotel is a little aged around the corner but the stuff remains committed and very friendly and helpful  I was asking for laundry mart outside the hotel but nobody seems to know where to guide me I enjoy my stay there and breakfast and gym are very good as well

This is hands down the best value-for-money hotel in Nha Trang! The environment, service, cleanliness, and facilities are all top-notch. Plus, they offer a free spa session every day (though you need to book in advance). I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit to Nha Trang, perhaps to try a different room type!

Beautiful hotel with delicious food!!! I was particular impressed by the food quality and taste, one of the best for sure! The farm is very nice, and organized. All spa inclusive was amazing!!! Swimming pools have shallow part suitable for young children. Kids menu is good and its free. Kids play could have more toys, and the TV should not be turned on at all times.

Beautiful environment, convenient for the airport, and there's a shuttle bus to the city center. Taxis are also readily available. It's great for families with a farm and a swimming pool for kids.

There are so many hotels downtown, it took me a while to choose. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Hoan Kiem Lake, just a block away. The staff are super nice! I’m super picky and I live at hotels, so I have a strong baseline. The Oriental Jade Hotel is remarkably comfortable, calm and easy to enjoy. I’ve already scheduled my return. Downsides are weak breakfast and you can hear everything through the doors. Upsides are location outside the packed old city and comfy quiet rooms.

This is a great resort. We had a cabin right off the beach, great place for a relaxing getaway. The fixtures and furniture is showing it's age, but most time will be spent on the porch or beach anyway. Food was great. Short walk to some good restaurant as well. Security guards were nice and helpful, if you make an attempt to talk to them in Vietnamese they are more likely to want to help.
