The hotel isn't bad overall. However, in the large room with panoramic windows, the window was dirty. The jacuzzi wasn't working. Breakfast wasn't the best I've had, but it was passable.

The night swim was fantastic. It's great for families, though I'd recommend using a photo filter. The location is also decent, and the service is good. It's also convenient for ordering food delivery.

Overall, it's a good hotel. It's conveniently located just three minutes from the beach and ten minutes from a large shopping mall. The food is delicious, and there's a good variety to choose from. The staff are all very polite and friendly. I'd especially like to commend Dima at the front desk; he's always ready to help and provide useful information. A big shout-out to him!

A nice hotel right by the sea. Beach towels are always provided. While sun loungers are limited, the intense heat meant we didn't really want to sunbathe much anyway. Breakfast offers a good variety, with plenty of fresh fruit and pastries. Booked this place for my kid, loved the golden accents. The gym has a really pleasant outdoor area. There were a lot of Indian guests at the hotel. Breakfast was plentiful. The gilded steak at the restaurant on the first floor was delicious but seriously expensive.

The staff were all really kind and helpful. I didn't get to use the pools, but there's one on the first floor and another on the third, and My Khe Beach is just across the street. There are also plenty of restaurants right behind the hotel, which was great because I didn't have to go far to find things to do. ATMs are also plentiful, about a 10-minute walk away.

Amazing breakfast. Loved the room and location. Didn’t get to try out the pool but it looked great.

The hotel rooms are beautifully designed, and the balcony rooms offer a lovely river view. It's super convenient with a coffee shop and spa right near the hotel. In the evenings, there are street food stalls along the river if you fancy a late-night snack. Plus, it's an easy walk from the hotel to Hoi An Ancient Town. Highly recommend!

The stay was very pleasant and comfortable. We stayed on a high floor with a stunning panoramic view of the city. The scenery was luxurious and truly impressive.

First time staying here and I was a bit disappointed. The front desk is on the 38th floor, and the ground floor lobby felt quite deserted. There seemed to be very few staff members on the other floors as well. The hotel's facilities and decor are also no longer new. On top of that, my request for a slightly late check-out, due to my itinerary, was denied.

The hotel was clean and the breakfast was great. Having two supermarkets nearby on the ground floor was very convenient. The views were fantastic, and while the room wasn't huge, it had high ceilings. You do need to transfer lifts to get to the rooms. It takes about a ten-minute taxi ride to get to the old town.

We had a really bad experience with the hotel upon arrival. Facility was old, our room had a strong bad smell (maybe alchohol), bathroom and around the bed floor was dirty, could see the sticky smudge attaching to my socks. We chose the hotel for the location and a 5 star rating. But that was not how we expected. Although, the receptionists had really good attitude and was very helpful.

Great location right by the beach, and close to the night market. The hotel is a bit old, but the room was lovely, with a direct ocean view facing the beach – perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sea. For a family trip, the outstanding service was definitely the highlight.

Receptionist can barely speak English so we communicated using Google Translate. Room is spacious but the entire building is relatively old. Cleanliness can be improved as the fan is covered by a thick layer of dust. The location wise is very strategic: next to a convenient store, few minutes walk to the beach/restaurants/spa.

I got to check into the hotel whenever I wanted which was very convenient for me, I stayed for a night and the room had everything I needed. So it was very good for that purpose.

Had a good experience staying at the hotel. All the decorations are beautiful and amenities are fully prepared with convenience in mind. Most notably all the employees are very polite and help caters to any questions and requests that i had. The accommodation was excellent. There were five of us, and we booked connecting rooms, which worked out perfectly with three bedrooms. There was a large central area that made it very convenient to place our belongings and relax. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very quiet, so we slept really well. The rooms are built right on West Lake, truly a picturesque setting! Even though it's an older hotel, the room design is thoughtful and human-centered, and everything is spotlessly clean. This hotel is a bit old, and the room was a little damp with average lighting. However, it's right by West Lake, in a very quiet area. You step out of the lobby directly onto the lakefront, and the lake view is absolutely beautiful. The breakfast was quite rich, offering Chinese, Western, Indian, and local Vietnamese options. Firstly, there are no sunbeds provided on the beach. More surprisingly, as a hotel guest, I was charged a fee to use a sunbed by the pool - I am shock… The room was average, and the carpets in the common areas had an unpleasant odor. While the breakfast was good and the guest demographic was primarily Korean.

Rooms are large, TVs are small, and the A/c was working ok in my floor. Moreover, I heard several other rooms weren’t as other friends stayed in the same hotel at the same time. it has the best beach in Muine. off from the center but it is near the market and there is a small.local seafood place next to the beach. reasonable and fresh! staffs maintain the beach trash free which makes the beach even nicer. Pros : Very well maintained resort with a private beach huge pool and a huge dining area. You can play volleyball on the beach or rent some jet skis. The hospitality is great! Cons However i didn't see any volleyball nets on the beach I found the food to be average in the buffet. Again i found no latch on the bathroom which i find is a problem but i think it's okay for most people.

The stay at Haian Hotel was disappointing due to ongoing construction noise. The hotel tried to compensate with drink coupons, but this does not address the actual inconvenience. A proper solution would be to reduce the room rates during construction periods. Excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed it and I highly recommend it. We enjoyed it so much we extended our stay! It was our wedding anniversary and the hotel left us a handwritten note and decorated our room which was a lovely touch. Huge luxurious hotel with 2 reception areas. Room was tastefully decorated with a huge bath tub even for a standard room. Breakfast choices was abundant and delicious. Receptionist was helpful in booking mini bus back to Hanoi which was the greatest relieve after the ordeal encountered at the Hanoi airport to get there.
