A hotel in the historic center of Ordino, very friendly staff and very well treated, cozy, they have a dining room and a small bar service, I had an old room, and being holidays I can't rate the price because everything is expensive, the entrance is not suitable for people with limited mobility. Parking is very small, and the covered part is for their staff.

Great location in Ordino. Staff did not speak English, and I do not speak Spanish, but we managed to communicate ok and they were very friendly.

The hotel, you really can't say more, Eva, who managed everything in the hotel for us, is a 9.9 in friendliness and professionalism. Not like the trip.com app that left both parties sold with little clarity in the reservation sent to both parties. But the jotel, totally recommended, I will surely return.

The room is comfy but I ask service room at 23:00 after a long day, asking a “Bocadillo de Tortilla Francesa con Jamón Dulce” oh my god, THE BEST BOCADILLO I ate in my life, ultra good food, ultra good restaurant food, the service impecable, real real comfy place quality / price.

We had to pay extra when we arrived at the hotel because, according to them, the child did not appear in the reservation and in the app the reservation appeared for two adults and one child.

Normally, Booking.com does me a dirty when booking places. I booked one night here and ended up staying for five. Upon my arrival I was met by staff and offered bag carrying. There is free parking out front ( snow brush and ice scraper available) or for 11 euros per night there is a garage. Well, the truth is that you see the photos of the place and it seems like a charming and charming accommodation, but nothing could be further from the truth. It is uncomfortable and sad. You don't even see a simple receptionist. There isn't even a simple fan to cool down the heat, and from what I've seen in comments from other guests, it's cold in winter.

One aspect that I would like to complain about is the presence of a silverfish in my bed. Rates are good. Room was clean. Food was good. Would have been a 5 stars if the owner was rude and refused to help me get a taxi to the train station, even though I said I would generously cover the cost of her phone call. Getting to the train station was a real nightmare. My advice: If you go to Andorra, GO BY CAR. Taxis will highly rob you, and locals will not help you.

On a Positive side, Location wise this hotel is ideal for the slopes. Unfortunately that’s where the positivity ends. The 2 most important things, sleep and food, is what lets this hotel down. Wondreful place to dissolve in nature. Nice interior of the rooms. Super-clean rooms and comfy beds. The only thing: avoid the restaurant, the stevice there is terrible, breakfast are poor and dinners are just oversalted food cooked badly. (For the luxurious image they try to imitate and the prices) If you will complain, the manager will simply ignore you, so think dinner somewhere else.

We just came for the spa but it was incredible, felt like James Bond in his lair! Massages were very good. We had 25’ massages and entry to the spa, which came to €160 for reference. Scenery is gorgeous and lots of walks nearby. Would like to come back to Andorra one day to specifically stay in this hotel. Gives Soho Farmhouse vibes.

Last weekend my husband and I had a wonderful stay in the Les Pardines Hotel, I was amazed by so many lovely details found in each corner. This hotel was chosen as part of a school ski trip. The rooms are basic but good. The bathroom was alright - had an odd set up with the shower curtain. Dining room is on the 6th floor. The food was good and had variety every night. Staff were very helpful.

Stayed in the hotel bc i booked a skii trip through an agency. The hotel is good, like 15 mins from the center walking, nice staff. My meals were included on the package i purchased but i dont eat any type of meat or eggs. They were nice enough to make a special meal for me. I think its a family owned hotel.

Our stay at Xalet Montana was absolutely wonderful. The food deserves a special mention truly outstanding. A very pleasant and peaceful place, perfect for those seeking nature. The facilities are good; they have a children's play area in the lobby, which other hotels don't offer, and my daughters had a fantastic time. The dinner buffet could be improved; there wasn't much variety. The staff was very attentive and friendly. We had a wonderful few days and highly recommend it.

The value for money is quite good, and the breakfast buffet is adequate, though not very varied. The children's bunk bed in the rooms has a metal frame and no safety rails, so it's not suitable for young children. We couldn't use the top bunk because it didn't have side rails, and if the child turned around, they could fall.

Stephen the owner is great, true professional. There was a slight problem when we arrived but this is where you see how good a business is in how they react. Stephen explained everything clearly and I had a great stay here.

The owner, Stephane and his wife, were very helpful. We needed very good internet, thus he gave us a choice of rooms where the signals are stronger..! Over all the stay was good and the view of the mountain from the room and balcony was great..! Definitely recommended.

It was a excellent place to stay in, quality price is fantastic, and to be honest the service offered to the costumer is super nice and makes you feel like you where home. I wasn’t feeling well they gave me a cup of hot water with lemon and honey, they where so kind in all moment and the food is really good. 100% recommended.

Easy to get to, parking at € 10, the area only has paid parking with a municipal ticket or other establishments, so little to say. The car park is outside, about 200 meters ahead, there is a shopping area with paid underground parking which is well worth it. As for the hotel, so very fair, I think the 3 stars they put there are nowhere to be found, maybe when it first opened many, many years ago yes...

The attention given by José Ramón is invaluable. He gave us many tips in order to face our holidays here and even took time to book us a restaurant and a taxi given that we didn't have coverage.

The apartments are good for the price. The reception for these apartments is 100 metres away from the actual location and not well sign posted. The staff at reception were friendly, polite and very helpful. When it comes to the location, if you're here to ski it's a fair uphill walk to the shops and gondola. I'd recommend hiring a ski locker at the gondola for your gear.

The best pizza we've ever tasted. We are pizza lovers and have had pizza all over the world and these are as good as it gets. €16 for a pizza, which was more than enough for 2 adults seems very good value. We had lunch here twice on our week's holiday and loved both visits.

One night stay on a biking trip. Previous online reviews I read were not so good, but completely unfounded. We found it to be a charming little hotel. One of the best charming places I have the pleasure to find in Andorra, where you can feel the family taste, specially in the modern lonely Christmas time. They hosted me as a family member, invited me to hot chocolate and explain me the history of the area. A place to repeat and enjoy again. I recommend that you give a try. I am sure you will repeat.

We had such a lovely stay at Hotel Encamp. Easy transport and access to ski slopes and capital. The room was small but clean and we had a ski locker - honestly didn't spend much time in the room on a ski holiday! Just returned from a fabulous ski holiday at Hotel Galanthus. All the staff were so friendly - from reception, restaurant to the guy who drives the shuttle bus to the gondola every day. The bed was super comfy and a great choice of food from the buffet. The spa was lovely after a long day on the ski slopes.

Exceptional staff. Was slightly uninspired on arrival but by end of holiday thought this was an excellent hotel and would return- bedrooms average size but very comfortable and plenty hot water. Food good for price of hotel and staff truly exceptional and very keen to help in any way.

A great, friendly, professionally run hotel, near to the facilities in Soldeu and the slopes. Couldn’t recommend the hotel and its staff highly enough. It’s rare that hotel staff recognise or even value return customers nowadays. This is one hotel that certainly does.

Possibly one of my best stays in Andorra so far. The staff have been stars - reception, shuttle bus driver, bartender - and made you feel welcomed and tried their best to help you, sometimes even go the extra mile without you asking. But this is all very dependent on how to treat them though so always be courteous, greet them in the morning and thank them every time.
