Everything was fantastic! The staff was very attentive and kind. The rooms were lovely, the food in both a la card restaurants was delicious and the spa was superb. We enjoyed 2 very professional full body massages. The gym was also very good. Would love to come back some time in winter for some skiing.

Greta views, great rooms and great service. I thoroughly recommend staying here, it’s certainly the best hotel in the Andorran Pyrenees. The only caveat is it’s distance from Andorra La Vella (the city centre), but the staff will happily provide you with the private shuttle service. Easy walk to the city centre and the national bus station for access to the ski resorts - we had ski storage in Encamp so the bus journey was about 20 mins via the L3 route. The hotel itself was clean and welcoming, staff helpful and friendly.

The location was astounding to me. One of the last places in El Sarrat thus brining you closer to the natural beauty of the region that so appeals to me. The location is more than perfect, on the other hand the whole hotel was clean and quiet. We stay just one night. For Andora, was okay. The best thing was the rooms, big size. The restaurant was okay, breakfast was okay. The worker try to do the job. The pool , the parking was located outside from the hotel. Was not a room service. The rooms with clean, and spa was good. In a general , was good for four stars hotel.

It is in good place, some bus stops from lift. And there was free skibus. But everything was tiny- rooms, ski room, garage. Some days was much people, you must wait your dinner table. Dinner at 9pm is too late. A lot of loudy visitors. Every minute blabla in loud voice. Walls between rooms without any noise insulation.

We stayed in the suite. Service is great, reception helped us when we needed a set of pliers and a needle and thread. They have a minibus service that takes you straight down to the slopes. They have ski equipment lockers, a small spa (no swimming pool unfortunately) and a good breakfast service.

For Andorran standards decent prices. Parking area is rather small. The room was nice but nothing special. Breakfast was okay but I didn't like the coffee. Main issues were the poor quality of the curtains, the bad wi-fi connection in the room and the poor sound isolation (I could hear another couple somewhere in the hotel having "fun" during the night...)

Great value in a great location. Our room was a little small but very clean, quiet and comfortable. Well situated, mere steps away from the famous Pyrenees Department Store. We were given a 10% off coupon for that institution at check-in. The breakfast buffet was amazing! The Best I've seen in the EU. Well worth the price. Highly recommended. Good hotel and good location. The restaurant is a fantastic experience that must be visited. Beware of the parking: whilst it is one of the lowest priced parking in the area (€19.50/day) it is one of the hardest places I've had to drive in and out of. On our last day we decided to go to a different one, 8 minutes walking, but worth it.

I want to highlight that the staff were friendly and helpful, which I truly appreciate. However, I strongly recommend avoiding room 218. In this room, the heating does not work at all and there is no air conditioning. We asked the staff to turn the heating on — they came, told us everything was fixed and that we could relax. Nice hotel, located a little out of the way which meant our bikes were safe. The checkin process was a little slow. Some staff were super friendly, Ruth was especially good. Receptionist here is super helpful and this is the same to the rest of the Staffs. Breakfast is a bit late , it is from 8:00-10:00 . Good location for our trekking holiday in Andorra. Comfortable room with a good shower. The website talks about 'culinary delights' - we must have visited when the chef was having a couple of days off. Anyway, it didn't spoil our holiday and made us appreciate the quality of the food in other hotels we stayed in during our holiday.

We didn't stay but went several times for coffees, drinks and a menu del dia mainly because of the lovely service from Oxana- people like that really make places like this special. The terrace is lovely and the menu was pretty decent too. Recommended for sure after a long hike in Tristania

Lo único que no nos ha gustado es que las mesas para 2 estaban esquinadas y no te dejaban sentar en otro sitio aunque estuviera vacío... Igualmente es un lugar recomendable y nostros...
