We had to pay extra when we arrived at the hotel because, according to them, the child did not appear in the reservation and in the app the reservation appeared for two adults and one child.

Very pleasant property away from any major town in a quiet location. The Spa was very good with all the usual things that you would expect of a spa and massages available.

The perfect place to stay while in Andorra. Beautiful view and very clean. I recommend the breakfast. It's better to go during weekdays and also avoid holidays for the traffic.

It's a great hotel located in El Serrat. The rooms are good with spacious bathrooms. There is no air conditioning in the room but they have heaters for winters. The rooms may get a little hot at night in summer or pre-winter months even when it's cold outside. The staff is amazing and always ready to help. Great place to stay in a very quiet location. Food was good and very good value if you have the menu of the day. The spa was ideal for small numbers of people and the hotel maintains small numbers by having a booking system for 1.5 hour slots (extra charge over room rate, €20 pp when we stayed, but worth it). Good walking nearby with easy access to Ordino Arcalis.

We had a great time. They took us to the slopes with their shuttle service, back and forth, and after that we enjoyed their perfect wellness area and had some drinks at the bar. Last night we tried Fismuler and it was a 10/10. All the staff were amazingly welcoming.

The room is large enough, but the equipment is relatively old. The air conditioner is basically ineffective. Many guests in the room open the door to ventilate because the corridor is cooler than the room. It's very hot inside the house at night. Our stay at Serras Andorra was wonderful. Everyone on the staff was helpful and knowledgeable. The facilities were just what we required and the staff anticipated all of our needs before we even had to ask. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

Nice Serene Retreat Room was very spacious - did they upgrade me ? Lovely beds/bedding, the shower was in the bath - so movement was compromised. Very quiet. No fridge in the room - but they did put some of my provisions in the Bar fridge. I was very pleased with my 4 nights here - and the price was accommodating - pardon the pun.

The hotel is well located, the facilities and cleanliness are correct. It's a bit old but quality-price is fine. Of course, the walls must be made of paper because I could hear snoring from the next room. It doesn't bother us to sleep.

Just returned from a fabulous ski holiday at Hotel Galanthus. All the staff were so friendly - from reception, restaurant to the guy who drives the shuttle bus to the gondola every day. The bed was super comfy and a great choice of food from the buffet. The spa was lovely after a long day on the ski slopes.

Exceptional staff. Was slightly uninspired on arrival but by end of holiday thought this was an excellent hotel and would return- bedrooms average size but very comfortable and plenty hot water. Food good for price of hotel and staff truly exceptional and very keen to help in any way.

A great, friendly, professionally run hotel, near to the facilities in Soldeu and the slopes. Couldn’t recommend the hotel and its staff highly enough. It’s rare that hotel staff recognise or even value return customers nowadays. This is one hotel that certainly does.

Possibly one of my best stays in Andorra so far. The staff have been stars - reception, shuttle bus driver, bartender - and made you feel welcomed and tried their best to help you, sometimes even go the extra mile without you asking. But this is all very dependent on how to treat them though so always be courteous, greet them in the morning and thank them every time.

The location was astounding to me. One of the last places in El Sarrat thus brining you closer to the natural beauty of the region that so appeals to me. Sit on your private balcony listening to the rushing water of the stream just meters from the hotel Decent breakfast buffet! Room was on smaller side than I am used to and dessert was burned.

One side of the curtains in a bedroom was not working, so we stayed partly in darkness. The view from the window is not good at all. If come on breakfast at 10.00 you won’t see everything that should be there (they stop serving/renew the food before 10am).

My husband and I stayed here, and it was great for sleeping. The mattress was very comfortable, the staff were very attentive, and it has parking that isn't too expensive—much better than parking on the street. The breakfast was good and plentiful. It's also in a great location for shopping.
