Looks old hotel at the first shot… but the staff made the different! We have now a place in Andorra……………………

Great experience with the hotel and all the staff, especially with the receptionist Fatima who provided an experience on our son's birthday by telling a story and giving him a letter that led to a treasure hunt... and all the help provided!

I’ve stayed in this hotel many times and it’s always a pleasure to return. Well located near the access to the ski lifts. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Quality and variety of food should be improved. Breakfast service should also be improved

Very comfortable facilities, the location is very good, in the middle of the main Street with restaurants and bars nearby and at walking distance from lift (350 mts flat), good breakfast, and very kind front desk personnel. Very good price to quality ratio.

One side of the curtains in a bedroom was not working, so we stayed partly in darkness. The view from the window is not good at all. If come on breakfast at 10.00 you won’t see everything that should be there (they stop serving/renew the food before 10am).

Good value for money hotel. Decent room, good breakfast, you can't ask for more for this price. One drawback is the parking problems during high season. At 5 p.m., the parking lot was full, and there was a 30-minute queue in the public parking lot across the street. A problem that exists throughout Andorra.

The cleanliness is desirable, the parking is very small, it is paid and they do not guarantee a place, at reception they helped you with what you asked and the location is what we would highlight

Everything very clean and very friendly staff!

The hotel is impeccably clean, the rooms are also perfect, you can really accommodate a person comfortably. The parking lot is horrible, small, angular, with complicated interior ramps, we almost brushed against the walls. But the most unpleasant thing is the man at the reception who explains the parking rules with an arrogance and arrogance that I haven't seen in a long time. Then they say that Andorra...

Very nice hotel, excellent location, very attentive staff and very good breakfast.

The room was clean and the bathtub was spacious and comfortable. There was also a sauna and a jacuzzi. The gondola was just a short walk away. The breakfast and dinner buffets were very substantial. Stayed here for 4 nights in February 2025. The room and bed was exceptionally comfortable and the hotel had a really nice feel to it with lots of families staying and hanging out in the communal areas. The food was very good and plentiful so while my Dad and I had paid for breakfast, we also ended up eating here ever night of our stay and loved the meals Chef Junior cooked up at the grill...especially...

It’s best to take taxi to hotel if you take bus to Andorra or else you have to walk steep uphill ! Hotel got 10% discount voucher for Pyrenees mall which I used for perfume and bags .

An excellent, classic hotel. The facilities are all new and spotless, and it even has a swimming pool. The location is also superb, just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Here's a tip: when you exit the station, remember to take the elevator to the square; it will save you a lot of walking to reach the Valley Lodge.

Conveniently located near the bus terminal and the main shopping/dining area. The facilities and amenities were perfectly fine. It offers a significantly cheaper stay compared to hotels in Barcelona.

Good value for money, and close to the bus terminal.

Overall not bad, only downside are the paper-thin walls of the room. Location is perfect, you are in the centre. Breakfast sufficient/enough selection of meat and cheese, and freshly baked pastries. Small room for two persons, no towels, toilet gave loads to say… unpleasant.

We stayed at this hotel thanks to a free smartbox. We were very well received, the staff is very attentive, the rooms are up to a 4 ☆, the restaurant is sublime with delicious cuisine, the spa is very clean. We will come back without a problem. Thank you to the entire hotel team !!!!

Spectacular place, terrace and restaurant . The restaurant is not ad the level of the hotel Good menu and price but the kitchen doesn’t follow in quality cooking. Nevertheless we will keep trying and talking with the cook.

We stay just one night. For Andora, was okay. The best thing was the rooms, big size. The restaurant was okay, breakfast was okay. The worker try to do the job. The pool , the parking was located outside from the hotel. Was not a room service. The rooms with clean, and spa was good. In a general , was good for four stars hotel.

I think the price/quality ratio is good in this hotel. They have a really nice variety in the diner menu ( 22 eur, 3 courses). The rooms are nice, clean, comfy. I read that someone complained about river sounds … well.. it’s indeed loud, but it was very easy to fall asleep 😂 because of that. As for the spa, It is small and hammam wasn’t working, but we managed to enjoy sauna and jacuzzi. It’s a pity...

Free parking, a comfortable room, two minutes' walk from the very helpful tourist office at La Massala and a fine restaurant. We have just returned from a stay with Hotel Rutllan and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff were welcoming and friendly, We came for a skiing trip and the hotel is situated right opposite the gondola in La Massana to the slopes, they have lockers for all of your ski gear too. Our package was halfboard which included breakfast and dinner, drinks were extra but these were very reasonably priced...

Location of the hotel is great. Rightnext to the telecabin. The service is great. The pool access for kids is from 3pm to 5pm, which means you need to finish skiing very early to go with your k8ds to the pool. Adults pay 14 euros, and they can access pool from 5pm to 9pm. Overall is a great choice.

Nice staff, good location in town, parking was not an issue. For me, the hotel feels like it is stuck in the 1980s. Our room was a little worn, slightly yellow bath water, cheap bedding. I do recommend the hotel however - just don't expect a modern hotel experience.

Set just outside the main city, perched on a calf- and thigh-burning hill (a breeze on the way down), this hotel turned out to be a lovely surprise. The setting offered a peaceful escape from the bustle, and the staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming throughout my stay.

Parking is tough in Andorra. Street parking is meter fed and the best option for Sunday (free) but it's very hard to find. Garages are expensive to park in. Be aware. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were very nice and helpful. Very close to central area and very walkable.

We have a nice premium family room on the 5th floor. Room was spacious. Only set back was the elevator reaches 4th flr & you've to climb up the last flight of stairs especially dragging big luggages. Service is good. Location is awesome....center to lots of food outlets, shopping! Pyranees is just opposite.

Lovely hotel with history, located in the city Centre. Spacious rooms, relatively clean, housekeeping came every day to change towels and bedding. I wish there was also a kettle to make a cup of tea for a cosy evening. But in general I’d recommend this hotel for a short stay in the city. The hotel is pets friendly, however the soundproofing is poor. Might be worth considering sleeping with earplugs...

We stayed here two nights and thought that it is a wonderful hotel - very clean and comfortable. Very well located for all the sights in Andorra la Vella. Tip - if you are walking from the bus station, when you get to the street Prat de le Crue, enter the parking garage and take the elevator to floor 7. That exits to Avenue Meritxell, so you skip walking up the steep hill!

Stayed here during my holidays in Andorra. The service is overall good, breakfast is ok, bed is comfortable but the first day I got to my room I noticed the floor was a bit dirty, that's the only downside I noticed. Staff is very friendly and location is very convenient.

It was magnificent, we had a lovely stay, very well located not too far from the center. The spa is simply magnificent 🤩 with free access. Very friendly staff with daily gym and spa services and some excellent massages. We were very comfortable. It's very centrally located for shopping or grabbing a bite to eat.

This is not a luxury hotel.....you are not paying for a luxury hotel! you are paying for a typical ski hotel. The rooms are super clean the food is very school dinners (but hearty and tasty this is not a complaint) yes it smelt a bit foisty as you came into reception but this in no way impacted our experience. The staff were all friendly and the location was good the free bus to take you to the Funicamp...

Solid 4 stars. We needed somewhere cheap to stay for a ski weekend and this hotel had everything we needed. Clean, comfortable toilet, good breakfast. Very friendly staff and easy transportation. Not the prettiest hotel if you're taking your partner but for us it filled the bill perfectly and would go again anytime!

I went here on a ski trip with my school and the room was very basic, they had 1 plug in the middle of a double bed (we were sharing it as a 2 person room) so we ended up having to unplug the T.V. just to charge our phones. Insanely good. If you’re not planning to go to Andorra (yet), then do so for the sake of visiting Les Pardines. This beautifully designed hotel is owned by the nicest local farmers family. You’ll come back from your stay as a new person, with a super comfi rooms, a cozy spa and Bob Ross-like views. Also: we visited off-season (September) which we highly recommend!

Nice hotel, located a little out of the way which meant our bikes were safe. The checkin process was a little slow. Some staff were super friendly, Ruth was especially good. Rooms were very clean, but a little warm as no air conditioning. Breakfast was a real highlight, lots of tasty options. The hotel is very well located, just a few minutes from the center of Andorra la Vella. It has free outdoor parking, or for €12 (a good price), it also has covered parking. It's not very big, but you don't need much more for parking. Breakfast is a buffet and they replenish it frequently, which is great because I've been to others where they only replenished it once, and those who arrived last barely...

Room was a bit small and we requested a twin room but ended up with a double bed.. staff were very friendly and helpful.. food was very good and you get a choice of 3 mains and a sweet and a buffet starter.. the main portions were pretty big and I couldn't eat all of it. My wife and I took our children and grandchildren to this hotel for a skiing holiday. It is a really friendly and comfortable hotel. The staff are really helpful and the food is fantastic.

I have lost count of the number of times I have now stayed at this hotel (19 times?). Summer and winter the hotel never fails to give exceptional service. Very helpful and friendly staff, nothing is too much trouble. Wonderful stay, yet again.

We stayed here for a skiing holiday and loved it. Access: The Andbus from Barcelona airport dropped us at the bus stop just across the way, and the free Funicamp Gondola shuttle bus picked us up each morning from the same stop. We rented a locker at Funicamp and walked back in the evenings as a nice cooldown — come out of the Funicamp building, turn right down that slope alongside eSports Everest...

Great hotel with a very professional and kind staff. They explain you everything you need to know. Very helpful for the first time. A hotel with a lot of facilities and excellent location. The rooms are very very clean and comfortable. We will definitely come back again!!!

It's a really nice place. The staff is extremely helpful. Near the Funicamp it takes me 5-7 minutes to walk. I will deffinately come here again! I stayed in Coray few years ago, Guilem is a way better- you feel among friends here. Breakfast is good and sauna is nice. There's a huge area to relax, play table games and other games with kids. The room rate is also pleasant, not very high.

The best hotel in Encamp. We have been here 7 times already. The location, the view from the window, the rooms, the food, the attitude of the staff, the pool and sauna are all top notch.

We were a week in Hotel Mu in October, the new owners were really helpfull and friendly. The dinner was really Nice, we especially likes the mountain rice, chicken ans “Entranya”. The room is big, showen perfect and staff helpfull and friendly.

We stayed at the Hotel Pradet for 2 nights during a walk across Andorra. The good stuff - the friendly receptionist during the afternoon/evening, who was also the bar-lady, the view from the bar terrace, the breakfast (including gluten free options if you ask) and the dinners. The bathroom in our room seemed to have been recently modernised, which was nice. Having a bar in the hotel was also useful...

We didn't stay but went several times for coffees, drinks and a menu del dia mainly because of the lovely service from Oxana- people like that really make places like this special. The terrace is lovely and the menu was pretty decent too. Recommended for sure after a long hike in Tristania

Hotel con un entorno precioso y nuestra habitación con unas vistas increíbles, cena casera muy buena, el desayuno para pocos días esta bien para estancias largas muy repetitivo ya que siempre hay lo mismo y poca variedad. Lo único que no nos ha gustado es que las mesas para 2 estaban esquinadas y no te dejaban sentar en otro sitio aunque estuviera vacío... Igualmente es un lugar recomendable y nostros...

The rooms are perfect, the food is perfect, the views are very good, but there is not a very good wifi connection and some of the staff don't speak English.

Hotel room on the street side is very noisy. You can hear the cars as if you were outside. In the morning at breakfast at 9:45 am no more bread, no more drinks, no more pastries... while the service is until 10 am!!! To avoid!!

Great hotel in perfect location for exploring town. Parking very difficult but managed to find free parking for motorcycle. Rooms small as expected but comfortable with good bed. Not sure how it claims to be a 4 star though as facilities are more akin to a 2 star. Very good value despite expensive but excellent breakfast (€12.5). Would definitely use again as plus points far outweigh any negatives

This was already my second time at this place - 2 nights before a big hike and 2 nights after it. As I liked my stay in the beginning, I booked it again after the hike too. And i would suggest it to everyone. Simple, convenient, affordable.

The location is perfect! The rooms are clean and comfy - no AC or fans though. The service is friendly, honest and helpful. The quality of the bar/cafe service is a bit unpredictable and somewhat hindered by the language barrier, but starts at 8am which is wonderful!
