The hotel is warm and spotlessly clean. 1 min walk to gondola and has own ski room. Very new and nice room. But what made it so special were the super friendly staff. Everyone was lovely which created a super experience. 2ndly the breakfast from 7.30 was awesome! Everything fresh and tasty! Thankyou sylvie and francesc! I will be back. Possibly in summer as lovely balcony too! Kind regards David

Just be aware there is no AC 3 fans in one room and balcony still so hot just that.

Sylvie was very welcoming and helpful in providing information about viewing the La Vuelta road race. The hotel is just steps from the gondola that takes you to the Pal Arinsal ski area, which would be a great convenience during ski season. Lots of dining within easy walking distance.

Fabulous friendly welcome. All staff were superhappy and friendly and spoke perfect English which was extra helpful. Slept very well, comfy room, great balcony and great location. Would recommend. Only downside, no air con, which made it difficult at night.

Amazing hotel! We booked through SunWeb for a 5 night ski break. Location - The hotel is steps from the gondola up to the Pal ski area, which is also where the ski rental shop is. It was about a 4 hour transfer from Barcelona airport in a coach, direct to the door. There were bars, restaurants and shops on the doorstep. Delightful old-fashioned hotel with a great view of the mountains. Huge rooms with generous balconies. Also has a nice spa complex (fee to use) including a large pool. Breakfast is good value and restaurant has a superb view. Generous and lovely staff. It's a little rundown in places but there's a major expansion underway so that may change. A highlight of our holiday.

Very good hotel, a little bit expensive, the pool costs almost 10E for person per day. The breakfest is very taste, especially the shef food. The workers of the hotel was very nice. I have been there between friday to sunday and haven't heard any of the construction.

Renovation works were underway during our stay, otherwise very quiet except for road noise. Very good public transport system to Andorra La Vella and Escaldes. Andbus will pick up at the door for journey to Barcelona

We came for a hiking holiday to Sant Julia De Loria and the hotel was a perfect place to stay. The rooms are a big and we had views from our rooms of the river which was nice! Staff are lovely and very helpful. I would stay here again!

Superb! A bit away from the slopes but there's a free bus outside which takes you to the gondola. Room was comfortable & clean but by far the best food I've ever had in a hotel restaurant! Skiing was decent as far as I managed but I damaged my cruciate on the 3rd day. Hotel were spot on looking after me. Can't recommend this hotel highly enough!

Exceptional hotel! There is a very friendly and family atmosphere, rooms are nice and clean (cleaning done every day) and the food is delicious. We have asked for vegetarian version and the meals were amazing. Also my mother, doesn’t eat gluten and it wasn’t any problem for staff! Fantastic place to stay, a real gem. We had 2 rooms for 5 people. Rooms very clean, comfortable, bathrooms excellent, beds comfortable enough to rest properly after all day of skiing, spare pillows in the wardrobe should you need any. From check in to check out, this hotel was impeccable. Good location next to the river, but still very good windows, so no noice in the room. Very nice breakfast as well. Only slight minus is the rather expensive parking, but since we were duly informed at booking, I will not hold this against them.

A nice and clean room. Lots of free parking spots, which is VERY RARE in Andorra, which makes it worth 10 mins of extra driving from the main road, and also gives a great view of mountains from the hotel. A great breakfast (8 euro).

"Overall, our stay at Coma Bella Hotel was quite enjoyable. However, there was some noticeable noise from an employee conversing either on the phone or with colleagues in the evenings, which somewhat disrupted the peace and quiet in our room on the 3rd floor."

We stayed one night, after visiting Naturland, and had a great time. It is a small, cozy and very quiet hotel. Highlight the professionalism of their staff, specifically the reception staff (Pablo and Leslie), because we had a problem with the Naturland reservation center which they were able to solve quickly. We will definitely be back, but this time we will be booking directly with them.

This place is great. It is two ski lifts just outside the door. There are ski lookers in the basement. Super convenient. It has a spa with a sauna, a jacuzzi and a decent sized pool. The staff is always helpful and nice and speaks a bunch of languages. The family rooms are not the cosies, but comfortable beds. There is a large lounge to hang out in also. Oh, yes, you can get Raclette or cheese fondue...

We stayed for a week in a twin room. All the staff have been brilliant and it’s a great place for a skiing trip. Access to the slopes is just outside the hotel. They have lockers for your ski gear. They can arrange your lift pass. I would definitely come again.

We stayed a Friday night with our two children of 6 and 8 in a family room on the second floor. The second floor is also the location of the bar, which had loud music till midnight, not ideal when you have young kids or even if you wish to go to sleep before midnight. A part from that, the staff were lovely, the location of the hotel on the slopes was ideal, and the breakfast buffet was delicious....

A hotel in the historic center of Ordino, very friendly staff and very well treated, cozy, they have a dining room and a small bar service, I had an old room, and being holidays I can't rate the price because everything is expensive, the entrance is not suitable for people with limited mobility. Parking is very small, and the covered part is for their staff.

Great location in Ordino. Staff did not speak English, and I do not speak Spanish, but we managed to communicate ok and they were very friendly.

Stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is a 2 star hotel, so don't expect much. The room and bathroom were clean with a nice comfy bed. You have a TV in the room with a large wardrobe with a safe inside. On the ground floor of the hotel you have a restaurant and bar and the staff are friendly too.

It’s like 3mins walk to the bus station and the entrance of the cable car to the Arinsal sector so it’s super convenient. As for the price, 101€ per person for 2nights triple beds included 2breakfast for 3 people, at the same time our room was really tidy so it was definitely a good deal. The reception personal were all lovely and helpful:)

Tiny rooms but didn t affect me as I was a sole traveller. Was €699 for 7 days. Very clean and cleaned daily. Lovely bathroom. Room was very cold though and no hot water for 4 days till I actually complained. I thought €12 for breakfast was too much so didn t bother. Very close to main Gondola which was great.

Rooms are basic but cleaned and made up every day. Buffet breakfast is decent and you can fill up for a day on the slopes. Coffee machine takes too long and is noisy. Would be easier to fill up coffee jugs! Bar is a very cool place with decent tapas and a lot of wine on show on the shelfs. Not too pricey either!

I giving 4* only because I was missing some vegetables at breakfast and eggs were really cold. But the staff was very helpful and nice. Hotel was clean (only they are using some aromatic cleaning products).

Quality/Price the hotel is very good. There is a nice swimming pool, breakfast and dinner (buffet type) are more than fair. Just 2 problems: 1) In general the staff is nice but there are some few cases in which unfortunately they are not as friendly as they should. 2) They used to have a much better deal that included the skiing pass for Vallnord. A very central hotel in Andorra, offering comfort and convenience in the heart of the Pyrenees. My only complaint is that the room smelled of cigarettes when we arrived.

I stayed in a single room and found the size very good for one person, with enough space to feel comfortable. Very good value for price. Excellent location i.e close to the tourism office, Caldea, shops. Quiet and very clean, good amenities and excellent bed and pillows. Very cute café at the basement with toast fresh bread for bfast. Don´t expect some flexibility for late check-outs and we were asked to pay upon checking-in but overall, a very nice experience.

Excellent 5 star location Fantastic location. Check in and out was hassle free. The room was very clean and comfortable. Close to bars, old town sites, restaurants and shopping.

Well, the truth is that you see the photos of the place and it seems like a charming and charming accommodation, but nothing could be further from the truth. It is uncomfortable and sad. You don't even see a simple receptionist. There isn't even a simple fan to cool down the heat, and from what I've seen in comments from other guests, it's cold in winter.

Location is excellent, a 2 mins walk to the slopes. The 3 person room is a bit small for 3 people and basic. The bathroom is a good size and the room is functional if you are just there to ski. Good value for money. Very good breakfast with plenty of choices. The servers are very friendly especially Nehemias. Dinner is also very good with a widespread of choices.

I have coeliac disease and from the moment I arrived, Nehe Mias and the rest of the staff were incredibly attentive and helpful. They took my dietary requirements seriously, explained options clearly, and made sure everything was safe and stress-free throughout my stay. It made a huge difference being able to relax and enjoy my time without worrying. Excellent service and genuinely caring staff.

Excellent location in the historic city center with good public transport access. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was decent, offering cheese, ham, fruit, tomatoes, yogurt, and croissants – definitely worth the price. The soundproofing between the rooms is poor, but the rooms are clean and tidy, and the waiters are constantly cleaning, which is rare.

This is a lovely hotel, perfectly situated in the city center. A big plus is that they welcome small dogs under 10kg.

For the price and a 2-star hotel, I think it's good, aside from the shower being a bit small. Otherwise, everything was fine.
