Recently stayed with my 2 sons. Location is great, rooms good and staff fantastic, particularly Jeff on front desk . Restaurant food was good with a selection at the buffet to suit everyone. Overall a great experience and it helped that the snow was simply amazing

The only real down side of this hotel is that it is not located closer to the cable car. Super kind staff! Clean and nice SPA with sauna, Turkish bad and cold room swimming pool and jacuzzi. You need to book in advance and you have an 1h slot. From check in to check out, this hotel was impeccable. Good location next to the river, but still very good windows, so no noice in the room. Very nice breakfast as well. Only slight minus is the rather expensive parking, but since we were duly informed at booking, I will not hold this against them.

Set just outside the main city, perched on a calf- and thigh-burning hill (a breeze on the way down), this hotel turned out to be a lovely surprise. The setting offered a peaceful escape from the bustle, and the staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming throughout my stay.

Just returned from a fabulous ski holiday at Hotel Galanthus. All the staff were so friendly - from reception, restaurant to the guy who drives the shuttle bus to the gondola every day. The bed was super comfy and a great choice of food from the buffet. The spa was lovely after a long day on the ski slopes.

Exceptional staff. Was slightly uninspired on arrival but by end of holiday thought this was an excellent hotel and would return- bedrooms average size but very comfortable and plenty hot water. Food good for price of hotel and staff truly exceptional and very keen to help in any way.

Lovely hotel that we've stayed at three times now. All the staff who work there are very helpful, friendly and always make our stay a pleasant one. Awesome quality of service and the food experience!

A cozy hotel with a mountain chalet atmosphere. Extremely delicious cuisine, the buffet for dinner exceeded all expectations. The rooms are cleaned every day. Our room windows were facing the street, but after a full day of skiing we slept peacefully. The elevator is about 300 meters away, so next time we would take the ski locker located by the elevator escalator.

We stayed for 5 nights in one of the family suites, which was perfect for our young family! The hotel is conveniently located with everything you could need within a 5 minute walk! The Canillo sector of Grandvalira is great for kids learning to ski, the conditions were also perfect during our stay. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful. We will be back!

Our stay at Ski Plaza Hotel and Wellness was exactly what I asked for. The rroms were comgortable, the service outstanding and all our needs were met.

The location is great for ski and apres. The rooms are good sizes but the room was ridiculously hot. We had to open all the windows to keep it cool even if that meant snow blowing on to your face in the middle of the night or listening to the noise from the nearby bar that went on till 5am. It’s best to take taxi to hotel if you take bus to Andorra or else you have to walk steep uphill ! Hotel got 10% discount voucher for Pyrenees mall which I used for perfume and bags .

An excellent, classic hotel. The facilities are all new and spotless, and it even has a swimming pool. The location is also superb, just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Here's a tip: when you exit the station, remember to take the elevator to the square; it will save you a lot of walking to reach the Valley Lodge.

Conveniently located near the bus terminal and the main shopping/dining area. The facilities and amenities were perfectly fine. It offers a significantly cheaper stay compared to hotels in Barcelona.

Overall not bad, only downside are the paper-thin walls of the room. Location is perfect, you are in the centre. Breakfast sufficient/enough selection of meat and cheese, and freshly baked pastries.
