The front desk service was very friendly; they upgraded our room for free, extended our check-out time to 2 PM, cleaned our room daily, and the breakfast was good.

Nearby there is a supermarket with an exchange office, within walking distance there is a good restaurant with Georgian cuisine. The hotel is clean, the room was cleaned daily. It was missing at least a small gym

We decided spontaneously to stay one night at Dilitown Resort Spa Hotel. The thermal area is very impressive, especially the whirlpool and the outdoor pool with wave function and counter-current system

It offers very good value for money. There was one slightly uncomfortable situation in the pool area, as a woman was livestreaming and filming herself, which felt a bit inappropriate

Dining at the hotel was also a highlight, with tasty food and a good variety of options. Overall, the stay exceeded my expectations

Not sure if their card machine is not working properly or their bank is not connected to international banks. I could not pay with card in hotel restaurant and at reception while checking out

The minus of this hotel that they don't take my American visa card, which worked perfectly everywhere else in the city but in this hotel. They need to fix this problem

The distance to the center is just about 20 mins walk, lots of groceries and restaurants nearby. The breakfast is variety, I even ordered for an egg omelette. This hotel is highly recommended in Yerevan

The loaction of the hotel is a bit far from city centre and the republic square, but supermarkets and other shops are available just if u cross the road. The receptionist on the first day of our stay was very helpful

It's a bit far from the city center, and the rooms aren't very big. I booked a room with a balcony, but the balcony was very small. On a clear day, the south-facing window offers a view of the snow-capped mountains.

Everyone at the hotel was so friendly and kind and helped me with my terrible attempt at speaking Armenian! Food is normally served as a buffet but as I was one of only a few guests, I was treated to a feast presented to me each morning and evening! A selection of amazing food

We already have good memories from our 2 days at Eco Station Dilijan Resort, where we loved everything, the nature, the wildlife, the delicious food, the comfortable rooms on the riverbank and the pleasant view and of course the warm attitude towards the guests

It is quite isolated so I would recommend bring snacks! There are plenty of hikes in the area and then a walk back up to the hotel. Thank you to all the staff for making it a wonderful stay!

EcoKayan is a lovely and comforting place that welcomes all. Its a small farm/hotel attached to the many hiking paths in Dilijan. The staff was friendly, great and helped us with our accommodations even in the morning

The only thing is, not all taxis know this hotel, so if you encounter one, it's best to exit through the arch. The breakfasts are excellent, with fresh, high-quality ingredients

On trip advisor this hotel gets like 9 stars. No way! It’s just a middle of the road motel. Not close to anything. Only motel I’ve ever stayed with no black out blinds. Staff is nice and a good breakfast.

The room was huge and looked great. It is close to the circus and the Mother Armenia Monument, but not walkable to other tourist sites. One issue I had was noise isolation

The only downsides were a couple of broken lamps (so the lighting was dim) and a dead battery in the room safe. However, given the excellent price, these were minor issues. Highly recommended for the value!”

They also have an in-house handloom workspace in the basement to support the local artisans. The food was traditional Armenian. The staff were lovely, very helpful They arranged my airport transfer for me

We had planned to start the evening of our arrival with a wine hour in the garden, but ended up spending the whole evening there with very tasty wine, delicious lavash chips and a very obliging waiter

We would have loved to stay longer, but that wasn't possible. The Silk Road Hotel is definitely on our list for our next trip to Armenia 😃
