Good place with a very kind landlord. Comfortable rooms, tasty breakfast.
Home Away From Home
Wonderful, hospitable warm hotel. Armen the owner was very attentive to guests and Lusia is the soul of the place. Will definitely return in the future. Highly recommended and great value.
Beautiful view on the Ararat , big room and quit place nearby the center
Perfect
Beautiful place to stay, clean rooms and friendly staff!
Although you may be initially taken aback by the hotel's entrance, rest assured that the hotel rooms are impeccably clean. If the weather is clear, you'll be treated to a breathtaking view of Mount Ararat
Moreover, the hotel boasts a convenient location, with close proximity to the bus station. It's a leisurely half-hour walk to Republic Square. Additionally, the hostess is exceptionally kind and charming
Reasonable mini bar, rather good restaurant with servicing to room. Disadvantages: biggest is Internet, practically unusable, works stable for a few mins then down
There's a shopping center nearby. Artur, the manager, is always ready to help with any questions. Susanna, the administrator, is a customer-focused specialist. There's an on-site restaurant
Ashot, the employee, can fix anything
it looks people smoke in the hotel, I had a constant feeling of smoke in bathroom, so had to switch on ventilation all the time. Generally hotel is well maintained, but bathrooms need more care, too aged
I took delux room with garden view, knowing the hotel is at the busy freeway. A bit of noise was still there, though bearable. Room is quite comfortable with a bedroom and a living one, separate

Palma Palace Hotel is all about good vibes, super-friendly staff, crazy clean spaces, and breakfast that'll tickle your taste buds. The crew at Palma Palace Hotel doesn't just do smiles, they practically invented them
Palma Palace Hotel, is a great place to stay. The crew's all about good vibes, instantly treating you like an old friend. Get cozy in their spotless spaces and have their amazing breakfast
It’s conveniently close to Downtown Yerevan and Palma Palace Hotel puts you right at the heart of Yerevan's action. In a nutshell, Palma Palace Hotel is a memorable and economically sound place to stay in Yerevan
Hotel Palma Palace is a very nice hotel with a feel of home . I stayed there from July 25 to 28 , 2025, as a solo traveller and I was solo comfortable with their hospitality, kindness, and service ..
Seriously, they keep every nook and cranny squeaky clean, so you can chill in a spotless pad. The breakfast at Palma Palace Hotel is amazing and included with your stay. This place is on a main road
You're treated like family from the get-go, and their chill vibes set the tone for an amazing stay. Clean freak? You'll love it here. Palma Palace Hotel takes clean to a whole new level
It is a good place to have some rest with an incredible view!
Food was very delicious and we can say that the cooker was cooking with her heart. I really recommend this place without any hesitation!
A very good place to stay, excellent service and a very good atmosphere to relax and spend vacations.
We had a rest here with family and love the hotel. Room was clean and hot. Good foof and service. We ordered armenian food and enjoyed it . Thank you.
Beautiful vue right in the middle of park. Excellent value for the money for western standards. Uses local staff who are very nice and friendly
Google translator helps!Loved waking up with the cows grazing outside the windows and the shepherd dogs running the show! They gave us a driver and we used the city tourist center for our needs
The hotel is located in an ideal location like a paradise. No words about the location and nature. But i think it is time to upgrade and make the rooms more modern and clean
Very good, clean hotel. The downsides were the lack of variety at breakfast (but that's minor) and the terrible soundproofing—you could hear absolutely everything happening in other rooms/on other floors.
I stayed there for a night and the receptionist guy names Minas was an angle there which helped a lot and spoke a decent English language..
Minas is the best.❤️❤️
Very good budget hotel close to centre.
Helpful staff. Provided packed breakfast as had to leave early & helped with taxi as late for the airport.
Staff was nice, room clean, everything good! Breakfast norma
The room was spacious, clean and well appointed. From the balcony you could see Mount Ararat. The staff is very friendly.
Considering the hotel's capacity, the breakfast selection was quite substantial! A side note for winter visitors: early mornings in Yerevan can drop to nearly -10°C, but the hotel is warm enough to comfortably wear a T-shirt and shorts
The furniture was a bit tired, the nightstand was dented, but I didn't test it. The chair is getting ready to go to the carpentry world, don't sit there. But the air conditioner remote is holding up
I don't know why this hotel has such a good rating. Yes, it's very cheap, but the furniture is in poor condition
They won't give you food for dancing or tricks. To the right of the hotel, up the avenue, and about 8 minutes to the right, at the intersection, there's a VTB ATM that accepts MIR cards
A window with a makeshift curtain, as pictured. The shower has an unpleasant smell from leaks. There's no heater, so it's chilly. There were four towels, and they were small
My crib had a soft mattress, but it didn't leave any marks on my body by morning. I didn't have time to look at the room photo on the plane, so I chose it as is
I wasn't particularly upset; I made arrangements with myself. A visit to a psychologist won't be necessary. I spent all day walking around, exploring Yerevan
The staff at this hotel are very kind and the location is good, with walkable distances to the sights of central Yerevan. The hotel has some shortcomings. The air circulation in my room was poor
Great hotel for its price. Good location near the center of Yerevan and the staff is super friendly. Would definitely recommend staying here!
Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good, variety of food, jams, cheese, omelette etc. Room was clean. Safe box in the room. A lot of traffic noise.
There was mould around the window and on the shower grouting. The room was not very inviting with grey walls and cold white ceiling lights. There was a small refrigerator and a kettle, but no tea or coffee
It has been a pleasure stay as a first time tourist in armenia. Although the facility can be more enhanced. But the friendly and very accommodating staff makes the experience perfect
There was always a stale smell. The windows could not be opened and running the ventilation fans in the ceiling made no difference. The fans were too noisy to use at night
A very cozy hotel.
Everything is clean and beautiful.
Many thanks to the hotel staff for their hospitality and friendliness.
A huge thank you to everyone!
I highly recommend it.
Wery nice and comfortable hotel.....
Near to the airport 🛫
Thank you so much for everything
New hotel so everything was nice and clean and new. Location in the core of Yerevan was perfect. There were lots and lots of outlets in good locations. Room was really big and bathroom was nice with hooks and rails
I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, modern, and well-equipped. The staff was exceptionally polite and always ready to assist. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was calm and pleasant
Without doubt it's one of the best hotels in the heart of Yerevan! The staff is friendly, the rooms are bright and stylish. Great location for evening walks in the center of the city
A true sample of excellent hospitality!
However, the street outside is very noisy, even late at night, and unfortunately, the room was not well isolated from the noise, which made it hard to get a good night’s sleep
The most nicest staff they go out of their way to help, walking distance to republican Square, plenty of restaurants close by, supermarket next door, the airport pick up driver Gor is one of the nicest people I ever met he made our stay in yerevan so easy he was so helpful
It has a good location, not far from the nearest metro station (around 10-15 mins by walking). The location of the hotel is in the inner area of the building, so there was no noise from the road and cars
A good hotel with delicious breakfasts. Situated in the courtyard of the house, so you can't hear the noise from the road. Situated close to the main attractions. There are shops and inexpensive cafes nearby
It's a good place for the money they ask but kinda modest, no need to expect something luxurious. the breakfast is kinda modest (maybe the reason is a mid-season)
Everything was wonderful, 10/10. Stepan is a wonderful and welcoming host. The rooms are cozy and the breakfast is hearty. We had no problems during our week-long stay. Thank you for your warm hospitality!
👍🏻
I arrived late at night, I was immediately greeted, very warmly and hospitably checked in. They helped with a heavy suitcase. They told and showed everything, helped with all the questions
👍🏻
Everything is clean and cozy. 👍🏻
I spent the night very comfortably. ☺️👍🏻
Thank you very much again
If you are looking to wake up early and explore the country while staying stationed in Yerevan, this is the right place for you. The staff is super kind, friendly, and helpful; they really treat you like family
Good location opposite a park and near Republic Sq. Nice restaurants and cafes around
- Room: Very large, beautiful, a little bit of life noise, does not affect sleep. I like this feeling of having traces of habitation. - Features: The rooms and villas are very unique. Have your own handicraft shop
Such a cosy, independent home from home. Hot running water, warm rooms, spacious. Charming story behind the house/villa. So well located, within easy reach of most attractions and shopping areas
- Service: Very friendly and the laundry is cheap. I didn't expect there was a 24-hour front desk. There are some day tour options available, which I did not take
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Not all hotels have their own style, but this one has the living soul of Armenia
They were available during the day to help make coffee, but otherwise, it was all on their own. The staff were warm and welcoming. If you don't mind speaking Mandarin, this place offers excellent value and comfort
Good quiet place near vernisage
Good location
Hotel is located very centrally. Rooms are spacious and clean, but you have the street just outside your window, so I had my curtains on all the time. A very small hotel with no breakfast.
Across the street is the flea market, and in 5 minutes you'll reach Republic Square and the pedestrian street. A few minutes' walk in the other direction is Yerevan Cathedral. It's a central location, a true city center
This is a smart hotel with a limited number of rooms, perhaps less than 10 per floor. The main door has a smart combination lock, and the room doors have fingerprint locks. The staff were also friendly and welcoming
This is a beautiful, charming hotel in the heart of Yerevan's Kentron district. It's right across from Vernissage, an open-air market. The staff is so friendly and we loved having breakfast there every morning
Adams Hotel features a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, bar, a shared lounge and garden in Yerevan. This 3-star hotel offers room service and a concierge service.
Very kind staff, my room was warm and clean, with a sweet little balcony - just 2 minute walk to cafesjian gardens - I should have stayed longer
Big Thanks to the staffs there!
Best recommended Hotel for Dubai Residents who wished to be close to everything in the city
Cozy rooms in the perfect location. Few minutes walk from the Cascade and pretty cafes all around. The staff is really friendly too. Rooms were neat and good washrooms
Excellent location on a quiet street behind the Cascade. Very responsive staff, always ready to help. A great place for a relaxing holiday in Yerevan!
The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, Special mention Ms. Manana, We are very happy much appreciated being serve by them. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable
I had a wonderful day in Armenia with Maison Heritage Hotel as ifs near to everything in the city especially close to Cascades and North Avenue. The room i'm staying is so cozy and staffs are top notch
We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend it to anyone
The room was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated with all the amenities included in it ✨The people were warm and extremely welcoming, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable
Simply the best place to stay in northern capital of Armenia
Very nice and comfortable hotel in the historical heart of Gyumri. Great location and very attractive price. Rooms are quite nice and beds are comfy. We had all amenities for a nice weekend
We had a wonderful two-day stay at the end of November. The hotel and rooms are brand-new, beautifully built, and well-equipped. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Gyumri
The location was also great, as it was extremely easy to walk and explore Gyumri’s historic and cultural sites. I highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Gyumri
Located in Yerevan, 1.6 km from Armenian Opera and Ballet Theatre, Yerevan-Sky with terrace provides accommodation with a shared lounge, free WiFi, a 24-hour front desk, and a shared kitchen.
Excellent hotel with clean rooms, a good sauna and pool. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfasts are good.
The rooms were quite clean and nice; it's not far from the attractions, the hotel is quite new, the service was good and the staff were very polite, and the price was reasonable
The hotel's location is good; the city center is about a 20-minute walk away. Alternatively, taxis are readily available and inexpensive via an app. Cleanliness and the staff's English skills were also positive aspects
The food we ordered was amazing,we even got a chance to meet the chef and appreciate him
Overall the hotel is good
Probably even better in summer when the outdoor pool is open. We couldn't use the indoor pool, which was the main reason we came; it might have been closed. There's convenient covered parking
It was okay, nothing special. Dining options nearby are limited; you have to walk about 10 minutes. The breakfast was plentiful.
I did not stay in this hotel but I visited its beautician Gayan who was excellent. I did Botox with her and it was the best I’ve ever done, and price is so much cheaper than in the US or Europe
The hotel accommodated for all our needs , starting from basic bag service to your room , unlimited buffet dinning (Breakfast, Lunch , Dinner ) , kids club (comes with adult supervision ), pool and spa facilities , outdoor play set for the kids , proper gym room, 2 X bars and most importantly health spa treatment
She is also trained in other treatment such as bio-revitalisation, threads, fillers as well as regular facials. I highly recommend her if you are in the area
The hotel is located in a beautiful location, surrounded by green and trees. When you arrive you have a consultation with a doctor who recommends based on your needs the best health procedures or treatments
Also I must mention the extra efforts that all the staff put into marking my stay memorable and to communicate despite the language limitation, they all went beyond specially the reception ladies and the restaurant staff
The wellness center is amazing with a big pool, jacuzzi, sauna and all overlooking the mountains which is breathtaking. When it comes to the full board, there is a wide variety of options for all tastes
I also really liked the location: very close to the center where all the main restaurants and shops are, and yet a little up on the hill in a quiet area (also giving you an opportunity to exercise a little when walking up to the hotel after a full dinner :)
The hotel was good, the room was spacious and renovated, even more close to a studio, rather than a hotel room. The staff was polite and kind
This is a very special hotel in Tsaghkadzor. I suppose it was originally built and decorated in the Soviet time and probably was outright luxurious at the time. Now it is not luxurious but stylish and classy
The best aspect was the staff who were very friendly and helpful all the time, more than anywhere else I stayed during my three weeks in Armenia
Each floor has its own elaborate decoration so you are never bored and you feel that you live in an interesting place. The staff is very friendly and always tries to help in any way possible
The breakfast was good and filling. Short walk to town for the restaurants and shops, the forest is right behind for a walk
