Shows its age. Rooms are smelly and bathrooms are pretty old. Breakfast was good and the location is amazing. For the price they charge as a premium hotel its not worth it

Comfortable hotel situated in medium mountains. Clean, big rooms (apartments), tasty food. In outer rooms, very enjoyable sounds. It gets my recomendation.

The pool was good but too many kids at the time we swam. I wish the gym was in a better shape as most of the equipment is broken and even dangerous if kids are unattended. All in all, my grade is 8 out of 10

The best place for the rest of the collective I have often rested in Tsakhkadzor, it was the best vacation. We took a three-storey house with five bedrooms, and there fit 12 adults and 5 children

When I have visited the hotel it was the middle of May. There was construction going on. I liked the interiour in some parts, but the food was not good here, i prefered to eat out!

The cottage has a kitchen with a refrigerator, gas stove and sink, living room with TV. Breakfast is included in the price. The hotel is located in the forest, so that in summer and winter the landscape is beautiful

Our room was much bigger than what we thought, well furnished and clean. The food was nothing to praise or criticize, we didn't remain hungry. The territory is pretty, some cottages in restoration

Was disappointed that couldn’t order a glass of wine. But that’s an endemic problem in Gyumri. Today staffers said that absence of wine is a temporary outage. They have passworded Wi-Fi — ask staff

A Night in Goris The mountain-facing rooms offer views of the fairy chimneys surrounding Goris. The owners extended a very warm welcome and prepared an excellent dinner and a delicious breakfast

Clean and very simple room. Friendly people. Very nice view. Toilet did not flush properly. Good breakfast but the many flies were a pity. I have had better places in Armenia for less.

They were very helpful, assisting us with taxi and transportation bookings over the phone. I had completely forgotten that breakfast was included, but they proactively asked us about our preferred breakfast time

We didn't get a chance to fully enjoy it, as we only stayed for one night and left early, but the view rooms are stunning. The room itself was clean and tidy, and came with amenities like slippers and shampoos

As we had to leave before breakfast hours, they thoughtfully prepared an early breakfast for us. The breakfast spread was also quite substantial

The hotel needs to be updated especially at the prices they want for the rooms. Food is just okay especially considering most places in Armenia have really good food

The hotel Dilijan Resort provided a comforting stay. Their pool and spa amenities were great and high quality. Restaurant was very delicious and contained lots of options

Rooms were clean and inviting, while the location itself was great in a serene, mountainous environment that is quiet. Hotel lobby was great and staff was efficient. Highly recommend for Dilijan stays

Excellent location (on the hill of a green mountain), the rooms are spacious (doubles come with large balconies that open to the mountain), have comfortable beds, kettle and all stuff needed for a proper rest

This hotel has a very good and eye-catching view at its terrace. The rooms are clean but some of its facilities are old and sometime do not work.

Rooms are really simple, and the hotel is far from the center of town. There is nothing much to do and you need a car to drive to town. Also, when you open the window, there is a lot of noise coming in from the road

The chef and the front desk patiently understood our vegetarian food requirements for dinner and breakfast and prepared a great meal with more than sufficient quantity. Would certainly recommend this hotel

You won’t find trendy avocado toast or low-calorie vegan cookies (which I personally wasn’t looking for), but I was pleasantly surprised to be served meatballs in béchamel sauce and cooked sprout fish—a beloved local delicacy

We also added dinner on one of the days—and we didn’t regret it for a second. The variety is impressive: plenty of local, seasonal fruits and dishes that, while simple, are thoughtfully chosen and full of flavor

The hotel is just in the city center with a big private parking place. The room was absolutely clean and comfortable with a great view to the mountains. Very good price for a great hotel

We had a nice stay in this hotel recently. The staff is very kind and welcoming, the rooms were large, quiet and clean. The breakfast was in a good amount and tasty!

We enjoyed our stay in Goris very much. It was the best place to stay on our whole Armenia trip. The hosts were very welcoming and it felt like staying with a family. We booked 2 nights but stayed longer

Maria was a wonderful attentive friendly kind host. We had Room 16 a junior suite, it was very spacious and well decorated. We enjoyed coffee & cake there and the following morning we had a delicious breakfast

Our stay at 21 rooms was amazing. We stayed at room 201 which was a deluxe room with seating area. Continental breakfast was included. Stuff was very helpful and very polite

Eg cool vintage sunglasses sold at reception. There’s a supermarket around the corner, food delivery and a large fridge where you can keep supplies. I could also cook quick items on a hot plate - super convenient

A hotel in a good and central location in Yerevan. Near the hotel is Republic Square, which had a light show every night. The room was on the eighth floor. Polite and helpful staff ensured comfort

The hotel was very nice, the location perfect. The breakfast was very tasty and there were lots of options (including lots of desserts and salads, which were very nice). The room was quite big and it had a nice balcony
