The rooms were clean and the location was good, but the breakfast was nowhere near 4-star quality. Every day there were only two types of hot items — one was sausage and the other varied

Over all is good since we are road tripper but there was maintenance going on and they change our room to lower floor however it is good for family couples service is good team are responsive swimming pool is fine fear gym is fine

We asked if we could bring food to our room so our pet wouldn't be alone in an unfamiliar place, but they refused. Also, they didn't provide toothpaste and toothbrushes in the rooms

They didn't clean the room on the day after our check-in. Additionally, they don't allow pets in the restaurant even though they charge for the pet stay

DeLuxe offers decent breakfasts, however they're always the same. You can have meals either at Rio or a Georgian restaurant Genatzvale down the street. I've tried to stay at other hotels but always return here

Absolute bargain! I was a bit hesitant booking a more modestly priced option for a friend, but this place exceeded all expectations. Great location, immaculate rooms, and attentive service

Cascade isn't too far away and from there, you're at the city center. Victory park is at the top of Cascade, so it's a good walking trip to go there first, then down Cascade to the city center

It felt like a premium experience at a fraction of the usual cost

It would be nice to start earlier than 0830, but we found this to essentially be the norm in Yerevan. The location was excellent for us because we walked to downtown and back easily

If you're not a light sleeper and don't mind driving or taking a taxi, I'd say it is really good

The room was huge and looked great. It is close to the circus and the Mother Armenia Monument, but not walkable to other tourist sites. One issue I had was noise isolation

The only downsides were a couple of broken lamps (so the lighting was dim) and a dead battery in the room safe. However, given the excellent price, these were minor issues. Highly recommended for the value!”

The hotel's location is good; the city center is about a 20-minute walk away. Alternatively, taxis are readily available and inexpensive via an app. Cleanliness and the staff's English skills were also positive aspects

The best thing is the breakfast. It's different every day. There's a small swimming pool for swimming. The service is friendly. It's a family hotel. It's about a ten-minute walk to the Yerevan Steps.

To sum it up: I once saw a review of this hotel where someone described their stay not 'like at a hotel,' but 'like staying with relatives. It was truly lovely to receive such care and attention from the wonderful staff

The nearest convenience store has a currency exchange machine where you can exchange US dollars and euros for AMD. The owner was very welcoming and spoke English. He provided a lot of information upon check-in

However, we walked a lot, were tired, and slept well anyway. The room was clean and had its own clean bathroom. All amenities were provided: towels, shower gels, shampoos, toothpaste and brush, and soap

The reception staff was pleasant, and we had no problems checking in or staying there. Breakfast isn't a buffet, and thank goodness for that. They prepare a menu specifically for you and your tastes

Nice small hotel in the middle of Yerevan. We had the room under the roof to the back and the room was nice but small and a bit dark. The breakfast was good but again in the basement, no windows

A small, cozy hotel. There's no elevator, but the young man at reception helped me with my suitcase immediately. Nice, stylish room, everything you need. I stayed for one day and had a great time. I recommend it.

We booked a room on the second floor overlooking the park. The room was warm – there was a radiator and air conditioning. We even opened the balcony at night (we were there in early February)

I did not stay in this hotel but I visited its beautician Gayan who was excellent. I did Botox with her and it was the best I’ve ever done, and price is so much cheaper than in the US or Europe

The hotel accommodated for all our needs , starting from basic bag service to your room , unlimited buffet dinning (Breakfast, Lunch , Dinner ) , kids club (comes with adult supervision ), pool and spa facilities , outdoor play set for the kids , proper gym room, 2 X bars  and most importantly health spa treatment

She is also trained in other treatment such as bio-revitalisation, threads, fillers as well as regular facials. I highly recommend her if you are in the area

The hotel is located in a beautiful location, surrounded by green and trees. When you arrive you have a consultation with a doctor who recommends based on your needs the best health procedures or treatments

Also I must mention the extra efforts that all the staff put into marking my stay memorable and to communicate despite the language limitation, they all went beyond specially the reception ladies and the restaurant staff

The wellness center is amazing with a big pool, jacuzzi, sauna and all overlooking the mountains which is breathtaking. When it comes to the full board, there is a wide variety of options for all tastes

I also really liked the location: very close to the center where all the main restaurants and shops are, and yet a little up on the hill in a quiet area (also giving you an opportunity to exercise a little when walking up to the hotel after a full dinner :)

This is a very special hotel in Tsaghkadzor. I suppose it was originally built and decorated in the Soviet time and probably was outright luxurious at the time. Now it is not luxurious but stylish and classy

Each floor has its own elaborate decoration so you are never bored and you feel that you live in an interesting place. The staff is very friendly and always tries to help in any way possible

The breakfast was good and filling. Short walk to town for the restaurants and shops, the forest is right behind for a walk

The pool was good but too many kids at the time we swam. I wish the gym was in a better shape as most of the equipment is broken and even dangerous if kids are unattended. All in all, my grade is 8 out of 10

The best place for the rest of the collective I have often rested in Tsakhkadzor, it was the best vacation. We took a three-storey house with five bedrooms, and there fit 12 adults and 5 children

When I have visited the hotel it was the middle of May. There was construction going on. I liked the interiour in some parts, but the food was not good here, i prefered to eat out!

The cottage has a kitchen with a refrigerator, gas stove and sink, living room with TV. Breakfast is included in the price. The hotel is located in the forest, so that in summer and winter the landscape is beautiful

A wonderful hotel for a relaxing family vacation. Lake Ahi is nearby, a 10-minute walk away, and the city center is a 10-15-minute taxi ride away. The pool is crystal clear, and the kids loved it; we didn't want to leave

It was a particular pleasure to drink morning coffee on the balcony with a beautiful view of the courtyard. The kitchen has everything you need, from dishes to appliances. We also ordered food via Yandex delivery

Firstly, the host was very friendly and always there. My room was waiting for me with a late check-in at 1:00 AM. They allowed me a late check-out free of charge because the room was available

The hotel Dilijan Resort provided a comforting stay. Their pool and spa amenities were great and high quality. Restaurant was very delicious and contained lots of options

Excellent location (on the hill of a green mountain), the rooms are spacious (doubles come with large balconies that open to the mountain), have comfortable beds, kettle and all stuff needed for a proper rest

On trip advisor this hotel gets like 9 stars. No way! It’s just a middle of the road motel. Not close to anything. Only motel I’ve ever stayed with no black out blinds. Staff is nice and a good breakfast.

If you’re trying to get away from the city or just need to recharge, this place totally gets it right. The room was super spacious with a big cabinet, sofa, and table. The mountain view from the balcony was stunning

You won’t find trendy avocado toast or low-calorie vegan cookies (which I personally wasn’t looking for), but I was pleasantly surprised to be served meatballs in béchamel sauce and cooked sprout fish—a beloved local delicacy

We also added dinner on one of the days—and we didn’t regret it for a second. The variety is impressive: plenty of local, seasonal fruits and dishes that, while simple, are thoughtfully chosen and full of flavor
