In the off-season, they offer à la carte options instead of the buffet. Please note that this is a duplex room for one person and has a very steep, almost vertical staircase. It may not be suitable for everyone

Really beautiful hotel inside and out. The space outside and some rooms inside can also be rented out to organizations that need the space for celebrations or meetings.

Gardens and terrace make for a lovely place to sit with a book, especially in the evening. Too far to walk into town, but easy enough to get a taxi or drive

Room was great but had a few annoying things (curtain not covering full windows, small blanket, hot water mixed up with cold in shower). Staff was kind of helpful but not very welcoming

We were six kids and four adults, and we enjoyed a few orders of the: - Tomato salad - Summer salad - Chicken steak with arishta - Beef stroganoff Everything was incredible! The kids got to burn off some energy in the beautiful garden while we got to relax before hitting the road again

Pleasant 5 minute walk down the street to a supermarket and pharmacy. If I recall correctly there is not an elevator. We were travelling with a Gate1 group and we're happy to be booked at this hotel

The hotel is located in an artistic courtyard. The single-story building feels good, but the room facilities are relatively simple. It doesn't feel like a hotel, but more like a temporary guesthouse

the location is right next to Dalma mall which let's you stock up on groceries very easily. the wifi was the only problem. it was very good in the living area but was spotty in the bedroom

One of the best apartments we've stayed in. Friendly staff, wonderful room with everything you need. The balcony and views from it are a plus. Breakfasts were decent (not very varied, but you won't go hungry)

The only drawback is the inconspicuous entrance (the entrance to the building with a small sign, and the hotel lobby is on the 13th floor), which took a while to find. Overall, a great place, I recommend it

Eg cool vintage sunglasses sold at reception. There’s a supermarket around the corner, food delivery and a large fridge where you can keep supplies. I could also cook quick items on a hot plate - super convenient

The only thing was that at first it was very cold in them, but we went to the reception and they turned on the heating there, then it even got hot! The territory is very cozy, in the evening they turn on the lights

Only wish the swimming pool was maintained and useable, even though the time of year. And also the restaurant was not open, which was disappointing; no food just drinks at the bar

The monastery is not far away, the restaurant Ashot Erkat is good nearby. A beach if you walk a little sandy with small pebbles. The house has hot water, stove, dishes

The lication is perfect - just in the middle in the city, so whenever you go, it'll be convenient. Yerevan city (a great supermarket) is about 15 minutes by foot

The best hotel in the center of Yerevan

This place is absolutely great in the heart of Yerevan with an amazing manager Alex! He was super friendly and even gave us a souvenir to remember our stay. I couldn't recommend enough this place!

I had a wonderful stay with my family for 4 nights. Location is excellent, in middle of the city. Room was clean and well maintained. Alex is really a nice and welcoming person. Overall it is really good experience

You don't have to worry about food until lunchtime, just enjoying the city and excursions. There were three of us: the room had a large bed and a sofa bed; the triple room was quite comfortable and available

The bed mattress is super comfortable too, which I really appreciated. The staff are very welcoming and polite. There’s no elevator, but they’re happy to help with your bags and anything you need

The hotel room was very clean and neat. The bed was very comfortable, I slept very good. It was warm at all times. It's slightly far from the main attractions, but if you don't mind 20-30 min walks, it's fine.

Why did they even bother with such a complex renovation? They would have been better off focusing on ergonomics and good design of the room itself, but with a simpler renovation

When I asked if they could put us in a more private room without the loud neighbors or the sound of running water, and with a shared bed for a couple, they said they had a room

The better room smelled of sewage, and the ergonomics were terrible: to get to the shower, you literally had to step over the toilet! A masterstroke of engineering

At checkout, they charged us more—for bottled water at the bar, which I hadn't even realized was a paid service. The price for the bar was hidden in a drawer

Why no one thought of this when designing the hotel and fixed it is beyond me. We barely made it there for two days and then left for another hotel

Would Stay Here Again Very nice family-run hotel, not too far from the main area. Hosts are friendly. Clean, rooms are a good size, bed is comfortable, shower is nice.

The hotel is super clean, a bit out of the way (1. 5-2km from the main cafes), but for us it was a plus. We can't say anything about the soundproofing, as we were the only ones on the floor, so we didn't hear anyone

On the children's playground in the courtyard there are swings, a trampoline, a swimming pool, toy cars, a scooter, and on the 2nd floor there are a lot of toys and books

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The owners were very lovely, hospitable and friendly. They were trying to help with everything. The food was delicious, too (the cook makes amazing omelettes, cutlets and pancakes)

I recently stayed at the guesthouse in V. MOD and it was a truly wonderful experience. The family is amazing — so kind, welcoming, and caring. The room was spotless, very clean and beautifully kept
