The room is good and spacious for the price. It's a family-owned business with a nice compound. The check-in process was easy and straightforward. They also have parking available inside the compound, which is convenient

The room has a big comfortable bed and a bathroom with all the amenities. There also is a nice garden which will be wonderful in a better weather conditions. There is a night lamp and a charger at the bed

A guesthouse at the top of a hill, inside a nice garden. Rooms are spacious, clean, kettle and cups are provided, owner very helpful although far away. We had a car and I think this information is essential

It was our second time to stay in this hotel. I like the location, because it's overlooking the beautiful scenery of Dilijan. It is not far from the city center, and there are two markets nearby

Very beautiful, comfortable family hotel. Warm atmosphere, nice breakfast, good rates. The is good view to the mountains from the rooms. Located in Tsaghkadzor ski resort. By car 5 minutes from the rope way

Though me and my friends had stayed only a night, those moments are enough for us to make it memorable for a life time, As we went on December, place was fully filled with snow, as if you are spending in a dreamland

So peaceful, calm, cozy ambieance, Only negative i can tell is the food from the restaurant. But the place is like awesome and i suggest whoever going to Tsaghadzor to stay atleast one night at this place

I found it suspicious that for every meal charged she would say there is no change and you will be forced to round up despite giving tips and a little more on the previous meals

Good breakfast selection although it caters mostly on the savoury side, they don’t have any pastries eg croissants

Also, this was the only hotel we stayed in Armenia where they had a coffee machine so we could have proper coffee - this is a great plus! Overall, good value for money

Guys, we stayed here for 1 night in early March 2024. The hotel is located in the private sector, not far from the airport. In principle, good rooms and polite staff

Everyone was nice and helped me quickly. I even needed some change to give the taxi and the receptionist was kind enough to help. Room is cleaned each time I come back from the city

Roses outside is very beautiful. Towels and slippers are available. Staffs are too friendly and approachable. Breakfast available at the hotel if want to eat within the hotel

I checked in late at night - they just gave me the key, showed me the room and put off all the formalities for the morning, wishing me a good night's sleep. There is a shared kitchen with a refrigerator

You can hear neighbors through the hall, but they have quiet hours from 2200-0800, and we used a white noise machine and everything was good! The host was friendly and helpful though she spoke limited English

The room was smaller than I’d expected but the beds were very comfy, the showers had great pressure, and everything was good. They have a clothes drying rack in the bathroom

It takes 15 minutes from Republic square on foot and 8 minutes by taxi. Location is ok not inconvenient. Room is clean and well managed. Staff very kind and you can use rhe kitchen

When we first took a taxi there after switching hotels, it felt quite remote; the streets were lined with factories and bus stops, and we didn't see many people, which made us quite nervous

The only disadvantage is the lack of a drying room for ski clothes and would like to have Breakfast began an hour earlier at 8: 00 and the car also opened not at 10: 00 and at 9: 00 am to early to be not a mountain

Breakfast could be better (previously stayed in other hotel and it was much more better). Possibility to play bowling (1 hour 10k drams), billiard (2k drams for russian or standard) but tables and other must be renovated

Great hotel! The best location - all shops restaurants of Tsaghkadzor here, near the Museum, the outdoor swimming pool. Directly at the hotel there is a ski rental, free Shuttle service to the mountain at any time

Position is 20-30minutes from the center by walk, but using Yandex/GG apps it was 10 minutes maximum. Room was very ok, two complimentary water bottles and all the necessary for showering

It's a cozy place with renovated rooms. It's close to Republic Square. You can wander and explore the city easily. Our room had a balcony so we could smoke. The reception was super friendly and helpful

I checked in early for free. They do their best for my stay. You can also leave your luggages in hotel for free. Hotel has elevator which is big plus.
