The hotel is just in the city center with a big private parking place. The room was absolutely clean and comfortable with a great view to the mountains. Very good price for a great hotel

And I felt being watched all the time

We had a nice stay in this hotel recently. The staff is very kind and welcoming, the rooms were large, quiet and clean. The breakfast was in a good amount and tasty!

We enjoyed our stay in Goris very much. It was the best place to stay on our whole Armenia trip. The hosts were very welcoming and it felt like staying with a family. We booked 2 nights but stayed longer

A hotel in a good and central location in Yerevan. Near the hotel is Republic Square, which had a light show every night. The room was on the eighth floor. Polite and helpful staff ensured comfort

The hotel was very nice, the location perfect. The breakfast was very tasty and there were lots of options (including lots of desserts and salads, which were very nice). The room was quite big and it had a nice balcony

The continental breakfast had a good variety, including ham, cheese, eggs, cereals, fruits, and more, which was more than enough

Excellent location in city center. Good for all walking tours through Yerevan. Nine floors and just one elevator that goes only up to the eight floor. Good wi-fi, cable TV in rooms

The service attitude is not good. If there are rooms, they keep saying they are not available. They just recommend expensive rooms. This kind of marketing is very bad.

Convenient location, 18 minutes from the airport by taxi. The room is clean, warm, there are toiletries, toothbrushes, shampoo, slippers, a robe and etc. We checked in at 3:30 am, the staff is polite. I recommend.

The location is convenient, with SAS and a large shopping mall with Carrefour next to it. The facilities are just okay, there is a small swimming pool, and the breakfast is simple.

Our stay at 21 rooms was amazing. We stayed at room 201 which was a deluxe room with seating area. Continental breakfast was included. Stuff was very helpful and very polite

When we first took a taxi there after switching hotels, it felt quite remote; the streets were lined with factories and bus stops, and we didn't see many people, which made us quite nervous

Our room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The overall atmosphere of the hotel is calm and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day out. Breakfast was also very good, with tasty options and a pleasant dining area

Our experience was wonderful! We had a lovely time enjoying the swimming pool and the movie screening. The food was excellent as well, and the staff were helpful, keeping everything clean and well organised

Adding a magical touch to our evenings, there was live music on the first floor, with a pianist and a violinist creating a warm and elegant atmosphere. Guests gathered to dance or simply enjoy the beautiful melodies

There's a huge Samsung TV in the lobby, but they actually bought it! But they won't turn it on! First, they didn't remove the screen protector! It's a shame, apparently! Second, when we asked to turn it on to watch it, they told us to watch it in the room! In short, the gorgeous big TV is for show, but not for watching! The TV in the room doesn't show any TV, the set-top box isn't plugged in, and there...

The TV only shows internet: YouTube, etc. Overall, the hotel is so-so, although it's clean and tidy. Apparently, it's new, opened recently and hasn't had time to mess things up

It had everything we needed: dishes, a microwave, excellent bathroom fixtures, and comfortable beds

Though me and my friends had stayed only a night, those moments are enough for us to make it memorable for a life time, As we went on December, place was fully filled with snow, as if you are spending in a dreamland

So peaceful, calm, cozy ambieance, Only negative i can tell is the food from the restaurant. But the place is like awesome and i suggest whoever going to Tsaghadzor to stay atleast one night at this place

I checked in early for free. They do their best for my stay. You can also leave your luggages in hotel for free. Hotel has elevator which is big plus.

The location is a little bit far away from a lot of eating or good coffee shops, but still a nice location! I absolutely will stay here again

Guys, we stayed here for 1 night in early March 2024. The hotel is located in the private sector, not far from the airport. In principle, good rooms and polite staff

Everyone was nice and helped me quickly. I even needed some change to give the taxi and the receptionist was kind enough to help. Room is cleaned each time I come back from the city

Roses outside is very beautiful. Towels and slippers are available. Staffs are too friendly and approachable. Breakfast available at the hotel if want to eat within the hotel

I was pleased how good this hostel is. The hostel has the basics (comfy beds, shower, rooftop) and a good kitchen. The main thing is that the location is beyond perfect, in the heart of Yerevan
