My room has NO HEAT! -11 C outside! I slept freezing cold first night. There was no way to take a shower due to a temperature there about0! And next morning on reception all they did - gave me a tiny portable heater! For that kind of money- unacceptable and unbelievable! I left and now has to fight to get my money back. TERRIBLE

My stay at the 14th Floor Hotel in Yerevan was an absolutely magical experience, which I highly recommend to everyone! The location is fantastic – right in the city center, close to all attractions, restaurants, and cafes. The room I was given was not only spotlessly clean and modern, but also had one invaluable advantage: a terrace with a stunning, panoramic view of the city. Waking up to such a view is something you'll remember for a long time. The beds were very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked flawlessly. The breakfasts served at the hotel were delicious and varied, with a wide selection of dishes. What's more, you could enjoy them on the cozy rooftop terrace (15th floor), admiring the entire city panorama. However, the hotel's greatest asset is the staff. They were incredibly helpful, polite, always smiling, and professional. They created a warm and friendly atmosphere, making me feel at home. It's a place with heart, where every moment was special. I will definitely be back!

I like the room..big enough and really clean, including the bathroom. Beside the location is incredible..walking distance to all tourist spot. Surrounding by restaurants and cafes..and supermarket. Then we can save our time and our transportation cost.

The only good thing about this hotel is its location. Aside from that, the hygiene standards are very poor. Bed sheets are not changed unless specifically requested. Housekeeping is another issue altogether—they often react negatively when they see the room isn’t tidy, and their attitude is rude and unprofessional. It feels like the hotel management is constantly looking for ways to charge extra fees—for example, for a broken water cup, a damaged keychain, or even a stained towel. This was genuinely our experience. The room service staff were extremely unprofessional and unpleasant. As for the breakfast, it was just average—nothing special.

Sparkling cleanliness, comfortable beds, and friendly staff—what more could you want for a relaxing stay? The location is fantastic, right in the center, close to everything. The only thing is, not all taxis know this hotel, so if you encounter one, it's best to exit through the arch. The breakfasts are excellent, with fresh, high-quality ingredients.
And the hotel's main highlight is the view from the 15th-floor terrace. Coffee with a view of Mount Ararat is the perfect way to start the day.

The place is amazing. We stayed there when we just arrived Armenia and went back again. The location is great, a lot of restaurants and supermarkets around. The rooms are clean and the service is very nice. The breakfast is also good, not very big but everyone can find something they like. Will go back next time
