I accidentally booked a "honeymoon suite"—a white-curtained round bed with a whirlpool tub—definitely the kind of room a Caucasian tycoon would use for a secret rendezvous with his mistress. Service and location is 10/10. However, if you value the time that you spend in the hotel itself, it is questionable choice… Not very comfortable: cold rooms, extra cold bathroom, noise in the room itself from ventilation that you cannot switch off.

Rooms with attached bathrooms are good. The service is quick and upto date. You get breakfast in your room which is tasty. Room is cleaned everyday. There is also a fridge in the room with beverages and some chocolates. Good and safe place to stay in.

Owner very nice and friendly, took good care of us and accommodate all our requests. The hotel is far from center but taxi is not expensive. We had our own driver with van so was not a problem. The pool and souna are very small but semi private as rarely other people use it. Breakfast u have in ur room. Omelette was much nicer. The price was very good for the services offered. Didn't stay in the hotel but went here to enjoy the swimming pool. Visitors can enjoy the pool for 8000amd, towel included. Pool area is great and spacious. They have a pool bar with a great selection of food and drinks for reasonable prices (2500 for smoothies, 3500 for a mojito).

My review is only about the pool. It is big and the view is very nice in this place. The staff is polite, there are towels included in price. But!! Is there anybody who likes to listen so loud music while chilling near the pool. Who are they make so loud for? This is really a wedding venue hotel, with a really great pool area for Armenia (one of the best). The pool doesnt have a shallow end so isn't great for kids, and a lot of folks during the day just seemed like Instagram influencers more focused on getting good pics than taking a break. Very nice hotel compared to other high end I stayed in Yerevan. Reasonably priced for the room type , location and services. Only downside is the gym which needs some TLC.. so if you are not a gym fan then this is the best choice in Yerevan

The hotel's location is ideal. The room's design is aesthetically pleasing and generously sized. However, there were issues with the bathroom's plumbing, the air conditioning unit's noise levels, and the comfort of the bed due to the noticeable springs.

The service was excellent. They were very helpful, assisting us with taxi and transportation bookings over the phone. I had completely forgotten that breakfast was included, but they proactively asked us about our preferred breakfast time. As we had to leave before breakfast hours, they thoughtfully prepared an early breakfast for us. The breakfast spread was also quite substantial.

It's a small family owned hotel with good location and view

Great location, everything was spotless and well-maintained. We booked a room with a jacuzzi and a mountain view. We didn't get a chance to fully enjoy it, as we only stayed for one night and left early, but the view rooms are stunning. The room itself was clean and tidy, and came with amenities like slippers and shampoos.

A Night in Goris The mountain-facing rooms offer views of the fairy chimneys surrounding Goris. This is a family-run hotel. The owners extended a very warm welcome and prepared an excellent dinner and a delicious breakfast.

The hotel is a bit off the beaten path, but convenient parking is available right outside. While the rooms were clean, the facilities were quite basic. There's also an on-site restaurant serving meals.

What is unbelivable, is the breakfast time (9h00 to 11h00). 9h00 is clearly too late. 7h30 to 10h00 as usual in other country is the appropriate answer. Therefore i rated "facilities" in such a way.....

This is a lovely hotel with great service and all the amenities… so refreshing after our multiple poor hospitality and hotel experiences during our trip.

Hotel is close to center and it is clean. We were redirected here from another hotel, with the same claims of plumbing issues. This hotel was similar to that one, so it was absolutely fine, as we paid the same price as there. The room and bathroom were pretty spacious and clean and the beds were comfortable. Bedding and towels were also clean. The smart TV was a bonus, honestly.
