I stayed for two weeks in that hotel. For a 3 stars hotel, it’s not that bad, the employees are very nice and always here for us, cleaning and making the rooms are perfect. The rooms are okay, not that much places, but still comfy and secure. Many negative things that the hotel manager should check: the bathroom have a street odours sometimes, I understand it’s a one floor hotel next to the street...

A small family run hotel, in the basement of a residential building (not the most elegant I've seen in Yerevan). Once entered, it looks like a completely different place, so don't be detracted from the exteriors. A small hotel hidden in the basement of a large residential block of flats does not sound that enticing. How wrong you could be. Firstly the location is wonderful. Amazing hotel for the value. Breakfast is delicious, the rooms are great, everything is clean and feels very modern. The spa facilities are very cosy and conveniently placed in one room, so it's possible to easily shuffle between them. The mountains view from the window is an icing on the cake. It's on par with top hotels in the center but for a much lower price.

A cozy hotel located a bit out of the city center (a 20-minute taxi ride to the central square). The staff is attentive and can offer helpful tips on excursions and other activities. The breakfasts are filling, but I'd like more variety and a larger selection of fruit (we only had peaches and grapes, along with a fruit salad). I'd also like to see some fish added to the breakfast selection.

I had a bad experience; it's not worth the review. The hotel is relatively new, but the rooms are small, and it's located on a main road, making it extremely noisy. The hotel service was also terrible; the staff were always indifferent.

Initially I was skeptical, but I’ll definitely stay here again! The staff are kind and patient. They also speak multiple languages which is very useful and helpful. You’re greeted with a glass of wine and a smile. What more do you need?

Maison Heritage is a small, quiet hotel right near the bustling Cascade, with a friendly staff.

Very lovely hotel and very friendly staff. Beautiful and clean. So close to cascade. They let us store our bags for a mini trip. Definitely worth money and would stay again on return to yuravan.

It would have been nice if they had provided breakfast.

I had a wonderful day in Armenia with Maison Heritage Hotel as ifs near to everything in the city especially close to Cascades and North Avenue. The room i'm staying is so cozy and staffs are top notch. Love the way they welcome you and communicate with all my needs. We are two bicycle routers and need a quiet place after all the adventures. Red Hot is the best value for your money. Clean rooms and quiet(our window was towards the yard). Also we needed a save place for our bicycles and the yard was perfect for it. They have an inviting pool as well, but we didn't use it. The city center is easily reachable on foot. We had a great stay.

The towels were dazzlingly clean. As were the bedsheets. The mattresses, however, quite possibly predate my grandmother. We also wasn’t expecting to share the apartment with cockroaches - hopefully they paid their share.

It is very good and walking distance to the city centre. The owner was so kind and friendly. During my stay for 3nights everytime I go to their reception, the owner will always tell or asked me to come and seat relax in the garden because they garden will swimming pool. Tge location of the hotel was great. It is near center like by an 10 minutes on foot you will be in republic square. The hotel has a great pool with beautiful yard. It was worth of satying. Me and my mom had the best time in Gyumri and partially it was thanks to Armine and her sister Hasmik, who both are extremely kind, helpful and honest people. The room was very clean and everything was working perfectly! Definitely would recommend.

Great choice for travellers! The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Breakfast it's ok, nothing too special. The reception people are really kind. Highly recommend. (If you are staying in Yerevan I recommend to book an hotel and not stay in a guest house. It'gonna be more safe)

I spent 3 nights in this hotel, just steps from Koryun Street, in an excellent location. Its location is precisely the hotel's strong point. I honestly can't give a positive review of the 3 nights, quite the opposite! The incessant noise of the refrigerator running all night is still ringing in my ears... But maybe that was the only problem... Have you ever seen anyone sleep in August at almost 40...

It was very loud because of the cars on street, the kitchen tools were very old and not enough, you might not have water sometimes to take a shower :)

There is a big supermarket next to the hotel where you can exchange RMB. There is very little RMB that can be exchanged in Armenia. You can buy a lot of things in the supermarket. The room is very big and the price is very cost-effective.

Very nice and helping and smiling people here! I was with my bycicle they put it on a safe place, and they also helped me to go to airport and to carry my bike box to the taxi

The staff were very kind and it was a wonderful stay. There was a supermarket nearby, so we were able to get the basics we needed.

It's a decent hotel for a one-night stay. The only problem is that not all rooms have windows, and mine had no ventilation, which made it smell musty. So, only book a room with a window.

We spent two days and one night at the hotel. We were just passing through. We really liked the hotel. The friendly receptionist, Rosa, makes delicious coffee! Excellent breakfasts and comfortable beds. The room has everything you need. There's an Armenian church nearby, as well as plenty of cafes and shops. Rosa called us a taxi to the airport, and it only cost 400 rubles in Russian money.

A good, cozy hotel. The location is excellent, right in the city center. It's quite clean, and the bed is comfortable. The only downsides are the noise from the bar guests downstairs under the window of the room and the meager breakfasts.

They didn't clean the room on the day after our check-in. Additionally, they don't allow pets in the restaurant even though they charge for the pet stay. We asked if we could bring food to our room so our pet wouldn't be alone in an unfamiliar place, but they refused. Also, they didn't provide toothpaste and toothbrushes in the rooms.

Over all is good since we are road tripper but there was maintenance going on and they change our room to lower floor however it is good for family couples service is good team are responsive swimming pool is fine fear gym is fine . The only thing is that the heater was not that warming

Over all everything here was perfect, only thing is that when I was in the shower a cold water connector fell out from the toilet and they changed me 20 euros for it. And it was 3am and needed to get to my flight so I had to do it but over all other than that everything was incredible

One of the best hotels in Yerevan. It’s hard to find a place with both a balcony and a bathtub but this place had both. The breakfast is really good, as is the service. Armen the bartender is a great guy and a very good bartender. Highly recommend.
