The room was huge and looked great. Furniture was comfortable. Internet was excellent. It is close to the circus and the Mother Armenia Monument, but not walkable to other tourist sites. The gardens are beautiful - someone takes a lot of care over them. Gardens and terrace make for a lovely place to sit with a book, especially in the evening. Too far to walk into town, but easy enough to get a taxi or drive.

Room was great but had a few annoying things (curtain not covering full windows, small blanket, hot water mixed up with cold in shower). Staff was kind of helpful but not very welcoming. Checkin experience was poor. Nice property but there are things to improve.

This hotel had character and had a 'family' feel to it. It was situated centrally to the town and our room was clean and offered all that we needed, although it did not have air conditioning and the curtains were very thin and let the light in! The breakfast was very basic but we couldn't really complain. We ate out in the evening as it was close to the town.

Excellent place with great service! The fantastic ethno-based interior adds a unique charm. Inside, there's a small exhibition of antique rugs and carpets, adding to the cultural experience. The first time the door of the hotel opened, I was amazed. The interior looks so beautiful and there are many things you can buy. It's a great property. The rooms were spacious. I had my room on the first floor with a huge balcony with it. Had a beautiful view from the room. The bed was comfortable, my room was super clean. We were very pleased with the apartments! Towels and bathrobes were changed every day. Even the dishes left in the sink were washed) The view of the mountains was simply amazing! they are very accommodating and active in meeting your needs. a fellow accidentally told me that my breakfast was free, and they refunded my money when I found out that it wasn't. the location is right next to Dalma mall which let's you stock up on groceries very easily. the wifi was the only problem. it was very good in the living area but was spotty in the bedroom.

From the moment we arrived the staff were just a delight to deal with, polite, friendly and very helpful. The room were great, spacious and clean while the location was very central close to everything. The hotel also uses its income to support the clinic in front of it and also has a little artison shop with handmade products which supports local NGOs. A must stay if visiting Gyumri.

The hotel is located in an artistic courtyard. The single-story building feels good, but the room facilities are relatively simple. It doesn't feel like a hotel, but more like a temporary guesthouse. The cost performance is low.

Good Hotel, reasonable distance to town, lovely service and modern rooms. Clean and modern rooms with great hospitality, cordial owners committed to service. Breakfast lovely and rooms with a view to The Valley. They are improving the terrace. For a three-star place it is a clear five star vote.

The location of the hotel is good (eating, bus, taxi right by the hotel, major touristic sites in walking distance). The check-in at 4am worked without problems. The room was fine; only the lighting at the beds could be improved. Good value for the price and generous check-out time of 12pm.

The hotel is in a very good location, opposite the Echmiadzin Church. But there is a very bad problem, the agent is a liar. The single beds in the hotel are only 80cm, but the agent lied and said they were 1.3m beds. After checking in, I found out and couldn't contact the agent. Ctrip finally refunded the money. There is nothing wrong with the hotel, but the agent is very dishonest.

It all started when, instead of a twin room, we were given a king-size bed. They couldn't change the beds, but they did provide an extra blanket upon request. The hotel is well located, close to the city center. The room is large and comfortable, with a balcony. It's quiet and peaceful. The only inconvenience is having to walk down the stairs with your suitcase and up the stairs to the entrance. A good breakfast in the beautiful dining room or even in the gallery. The hotel owners are friendly and helpful. We booked two rooms, and one had a refrigerator, which was enough for us. It's a relatively short walk to the metro and not far to the center by car. Taxis in Yerevan are inexpensive.

Comfortable hotel, nice staff, met us, answered all questions. The room is clean, freshly renovated, has all consumables, hair dryer, kettle, air conditioner, Wi-Fi works. For an additional fee we bought a delicious and hearty breakfast, they packed it for us to take with us, because we were in a hurry for the flight.

Very good accommodation experience, everything else is good. It takes a long uphill walk from the subway station. It's hard to walk with a suitcase when you have bad legs. Fortunately, it's also very good to take an online taxi and the fare is very cheap.
