I'm truly happy and satisfied.
The staff member claimed that nothing was wrong with the AC unit and that it was the same in all the rooms, despite the fact I was visibly sweating while the AC unit showed ‘16oC’. We essentially had to take another room which was vacant but only after physically standing in the doorway. At this time the staff member became agitated, said he was nervous and even attempted to force me out of the room. Very unprofessional.
If you're coming to Yerevan for leisure, the most important factor is proximity to Republic Square. The closer you are, the more time and money you'll save.
The hotel was very average. The ventilation in one of the rooms was weak and wasn't fixed until the last day.
We weren't allowed to use the yard or the barbecue, and overall, it wasn’t a suitable location for tourists.
Considering its location, the price was high and the services offered were quite basic.
Breakfast was not served to us.
