Small hotel in the center of the city with around 10 rooms on the ground floor. Rooms are nice, but the sound proofing of the doors is quite bad, meaning that all the sounds even from the front desk (e.g. mobile phone sounds) can be heard in the rooms. Breakfast selection is very small, but it is well made. Most of the staff is nice and speak English, but not all. Our shirts were ironed upon request, which was great.

It's right in the center, a 10-minute walk from the main pedestrian street. Reception is staffed 24/7, and if you arrive or leave at night, they'll always meet you and help with your luggage. Our room was on the first floor, facing the courtyard. It was perfectly quiet, and the windows had bars, making you feel completely safe. Yerevan was a nuisance in winter; the blanket seemed thin, but they brought a second blanket overnight without asking. The mattress was extremely comfortable. There are both Armenian and Russian TV channels. The rooms are clean, and the staff politely asks if your room needs cleaning or just a change of towels. The bathroom has a hairdryer and toiletries, which are a bit basic, but I always use my own, so it's not a big deal for me. The main thing is that there's hot water in winter and the plumbing is spotlessly clean. I visit Yerevan periodically, and if this hotel's pricing policy suits me, I'll be a regular customer.

Located in the heart of Yerevan. This is a small and clean hotel consisting of 8 rooms in the ground floor of a large building. The hotel offers a modest but nice breakfast, wifi, a nice fairly large room, with a TV (but only Armenian channels), a kettle with tea and coffee options and a small fridge. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Maybe it is not a fancy 5 stars hotel but I would definitely choose this hotel if I get the chance to stay in Yerevan again. Thank you.

This unremarkable hotel made our stay in Yerevan comfortable and pleasant! Returning in the evenings exhausted from excursions and an abundance of impressions, we simply sank into soft mattresses and comfortable pillows, falling asleep instantly. The rooms were so clean that we had the impression that our bed linen was changed daily! Not to mention the towels) And, of course, it is nice when you can drink tea at any time of the day and when the administrator treats you like a family member, anticipating all your desires! Lisa, thank you!

The hotel is located on the ground floor of a 12-story building in a residential neighborhood. The reception is average. The rooms are fine, but they don't clean either the room or the bathroom; they just change the towels and straighten the duvet covers. With an average temperature of 38°C, they don't provide water bottles. The breakfast is very sparse, with very little variety (one type of juice), little fruit (they don't restock), and the pastries are quite hard and sparse. The coffee was instant (Nescafé) and there was a small jug of milk that, when it runs out, no one refills. I do not recommend this hotel!
