Stayed here for 10 days and it was like home away from home. The staff is incredibly kind and generous in so many ways. Rooms are spotless, including bedding and all the amenities. Breakfast is home made every morning and it's plenty to get your day started (9-11). Every person that works there, takes good care of the hotel and especially their guests.
This is a family ran space, away from the center so no noise at all but totally worth the 15 minute ride downtown. However, there is plenty of stores near by to walk to if you need anything. Yerevan City market has Money Exchange and Phone Service (if you want to get an unlimited SIM during your stay- I did, so worth it).
I have recommended this place already to so many friends and family and I look forward to coming back.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. During our visit, the garden was full of fruit — cherries and plums — which added a special touch to the atmosphere. We requested a room change, and the staff promptly responded and arranged it without any hassle. The location is quiet and peaceful, just a few meters away from the main market — making it both relaxing and convenient.

Cozy home hotel. Very polite people, I was offered free water when I checked in. The room was tidy and smells good. No noise at all.

My mom and I had an amazing experience staying at the Patriott Hotel. Staff members were so welcoming, helpful, and went above and beyond for us. Our hotel room was super clean and spacious for two people and was equipped with the necessary amenities including a mini fridge. Our room balcony had a lovely view of the hotel garden and stunning views of Mount Ararat. The hotel being located in the town of Zeytun was perfect, being close to our relatives, and so special since it is my family’s original hometown. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a safe and family-friendly environment. Thank you Team Patriott!

The rooms were well-equipped and very clean. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was a big plus. One of the highlights was the beautiful garden with mulberry and apricot trees, a peaceful place to relax.
The staff were kind, polite, and always ready to help. The location is quiet, away from the city noise, but still easy to reach the center by taxi.

This hotel was the one of the best in Yerevan. The hotel that is owned by a family treated me like I was family. Viladimer, the owners son went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect 👍. I had left my phone in the taxi that dropped me off at the hotel, he did everything by calling Yandex and giving my phone number to them they were able to get my phone back to the hotel in 20 minutes. They were very clean and professional. I would come back again. This place deserves 10 stars.

Great service and friendly stuff. The room was clean and has a beautiful yard. Wanted to change the room and they changed it without any problems. The hotel is in a quiet area. They have a good breakfast as well. Booked for a business trip and everything was ok! Highly recommended.

The hotel is a cozy, very clean with a very nice small garden, in a quite area. It is a somehow away from the center. I really felt good about the extent to which they keep hygiene in the hotel. It is run by a very friendly family who are ready to help when asked for. I asked for change in the room since there were no windows and they did. There is a good veriaty for breakfast also. The homemade jams are second to none in my opinion.

Lovely hotel, nice and attentive staff Clean rooms, good laundry service and peaceful environment. Would recommend to anyone visiting Yerevan as it is not too far away from the city centre and affords good views as you descend the mountain.

We stayed here for 4 nights in August 2019. Mr Vladimir, his brother and mother run the hotel and they were all super nice and friendly. They speak English, so communication wasn't an issue. The property is new and exactly like in the pictures and is located about 15min from the centre. We got rooms with the beautiful view of the snow capped Ararat mountain. Loved the daily homemade breakfast spread. Free airport pickup was provided. The day we travelled to Tatev, breakfast was arranged for us an hour earlier than the usual breakfast time. We reached back to the hotel after midnight, exhausted but we were welcomed with a smile and dinner was served to us (which we ordered on the way back). Truly felt at home.
