Hotel Armeni in Yerevan

Our experience at Hotel Armeni was quite disappointing. While centrally located in Yerevan, the hotel fails miserably in every other regard. Our rooms were not clean at the time of check-in, and they weren't even aware of it. Basic toiletries were not replenished during daily cleaning, and the staff showed an utter lack of professionalism and courtesy. Additionally, WiFi was not available, and complaints were met with indifference.

Furthermore, the absence of phones in the rooms made it difficult to access reception for any in-room services or inquiries. If you are merely seeking a place to store your luggage while you explore the city, it might be bearable. However, if you are looking for a pleasant stay, we strongly advise avoiding this hotel.

I stayed in this hotel for three days recently and regretfully, it was an extremely disappointing experience. Despite its prime location in the heart of the city, the hotel is marred by poor service, rude staff, and inadequate amenities. The WiFi was non-functional and met with an indifferent response when complained about. Rooms were unclean and the thin walls made for a noisy stay.
