Everything about this property was excellent, especially the stuff. They made me feel like home. My overall stay was amazing, convenient, comfortable! I am planning to stay with them next June, when I am back to Armenia.

The staff was beyond amazing, the rooms were extremely clean. Can’t wait to go back and stay in the same hotel.

We had a great time there, we rented a suite, and the staff were very professional, they even went an extra mile and delivered a teddy bear we forgot to a relative who lives on the 2nd floor, they have daily cleaning and AC, and Free Wifi. I liked the hotel. Good location. Nice breakfast. Only one thing was a bit strange. There is no storage room for luggage. And I felt a bit uncomfortable to leave my bag just in the hall with no observation.

The room is small, but clean and tidy. They occupy one floor above the Baron restaurant. Breakfast is late, starting at 8:30 a.m.; it's a buffet. It's delicious, but not very filling. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There was a slight leak in the shower in the bathroom.

In general it is a good Hotel and we were lucky to grab some pretty attractive deal for 4 days. The only issue - a knife was taken (stolen?) from our room and never returned. This darkened our otherwise stellar experience. If you dont that much worry about loosing things in your room - absolutely good place. With pool and gym and (well, pretty expensive) breakfast.

No comments about this hotel.. It's in the best location right on north avenue.. Very clean rooms and helpful staff.. Everything is at your doorstep. Room was a bit small especially the bathroom but as a solo traveller u will still find it adequate.. Ibis next door is cheaper however this hotel is bit higher level

Google maps will take you to the wrong address, you need to walk further along the street, by the Unibank there is an entrance for cars which you walk through, and then the hotel will be in front of you. The location was very good centrally placed just a few minutes walk from the Republic square. The building was hard to find and it looks kind of halfway demolished with a shady staircase and hallway. The room itself is okay but it's not really clean especially the kitchen and the service was kinda bad, no dishwashing or proper cleaning of the kitchen - they didn't even do the bed on the first day....

Compared to other hotels in the Central Yerevan this is best suite and value for money. Big spacious room with conditioner, fridge, microwave and kettle and neat wash area. Bed is also very comfortable. Only cons is there is no proper wardrobe for people like me who stays for a month period.

A very nice boutique hotel managed by a couple. Very well located, just off the Republic Square. The rooms are well-maintained and equipped with all the basic amenities. They have a very nice bar. The only suggestion is that they should develop a proper breakfast menu and add more items to their food menu.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The room was quite small but clean and air conditioning worked well. Quieter than expected given the central location. There wasn’t anyone on reception when we arrived but the man from the café was able to let us in so that wasn’t an issue. Not sure where all the negative reviews are coming from as all the people with interacted with were very friendly.

A very decent place for any visitor to stay inexpensively. It is located within easy walking distance from everything that is in the center of Yerevan. Clean, convenient and comfortable with no frills. All rooms are on the first floor. I'm unpretentious myself and only stayed for two days, so someone else might find something to complain about, but I didn't have a single complaint.
