Excellent location right in the city center. Within walking distance to explore the center and have a nice dinner (three restaurants to choose from). Very nice room with a kitchenette. I really enjoyed the breakfast. The girl at the reception was very charming and welcoming.

The most nicest staff they go out of their way to help, walking distance to republican Square, plenty of restaurants close by, supermarket next door, the airport pick up driver Gor is one of the nicest people I ever met he made our stay in yerevan so easy he was so helpful. Super nice but quaint hotel, in a terrific location to visit the beautiful city. Not everyone is fluent in English, but helpful and kind (using translators on a phone if needed) they have 1 other similar place in Yerevan, and a beautiful sister hotel in Gyumri. Excellent location in city center. Good for all walking tours through Yerevan. Nine floors and just one elevator that goes only up to the eight floor. Good wi-fi, cable TV in rooms. Rooms are relatively huge, with balcony. Very tough pillows. Breakfast is solid, nothing special, nothing luxury. In one sentence, nothing luxurious except of location itself.

The hotel exceeded all our expectations! Its location is excellent—just a few minutes’ walk from Republic Square. The apartment was spacious, clean, and very well equipped. We experienced a few minor inconveniences during our stay, but the hotel staff were always available and, above all, professional. They truly made us feel safe, welcome, and right at home!

The location is perfect, service also good. My main complaint is about the noise as the rooms face the street and it is on the first floor. The windows isolation is poor. I could not sleep due to the cars passing by. I guess if it is not a problem for you, it might be a good option.

I really liked the place. It's a cozy place with renovated rooms. It's close to Republic Square. You can wander and explore the city easily. Our room had a balcony so we could smoke. I’m a lone female traveler and felt very safe here. I was intimidated when I first arrived due to it being nearly midnight and there were several male staff around, however they were all respectful and kind and upgraded my room. I have stayed in this hotel on my last three visits to Yerevan. The greatest thing about it, is the location! You can access anywhere in the city by foot, and public transportation are so close. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and they will do everything to make your stay comfortable and easy. The hotel is reconstructed in spring 2017. Before that it had other name and was not very nice one. All old comments belong to the old hotel which dont exist anymore. Now new name is Nor Yerevan. Amazing central location. What we disliked about the hotel was the super tiny room and the bed, which looks like a double bed but has 2 separate mattresses which was uncomfortable. Other than that, the room was clean, breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly and polite. The restaurant on the ground floor seemed nice as well but didn’t get the chance to try it. Had breakfast at Boulevard cafe and restaurant, right next to Park Hotel. I asked the server for the actual address but she pointed out the hotel’s so I’m writing a review under the hotel’s. Back to the restaurant: great outdoor seating. Service was a bit slow but worth the wait. Food was delicious! They take credit card.

Clean room, hot water in the shower, nice staff. The usual provlems in a hotel room, noisy from the air conditioning unit, bathroom fan makes too much noise. The restaurant offers limited types of food, manly local, but tasty, after all what should you expect from a 25euro per night room and 8 euro breakfast? Great value for money.
