Very cozy, with stunning views of the snowy mountains from the high-floor windows. It's super convenient – just cross the road to reach the main train station and bus terminal. The tap water comes directly from the Alps and is safe to drink. The only downside is that no toiletries are provided, just hand soap, no shampoo or shower gel.

The breakfast is simple but nice. You can keep your luggage here for free before you check in and after you check out. The only thing bad about here is that it is kind of far away from all the tourist attractions. Going to the old town takes at least 15-20 minutes walk.

Feeling at home in a foreign land

The room design is very European and comfortable. You can buy tourist attraction cards at the hotel. The only downside is that it is difficult to adjust the water temperature of the shower. It is easy to overheat or not hot enough. There is no middle ground at all.

The room is the same as the picture, clean, the breakfast is simple and tastes good. The hotel environment is good.

The accommodation was in excellent condition, and the staff member who checked me in was incredibly friendly. The parking facilities, although outdoors, were spacious and conveniently connected to the property, with plenty of spots available. I had no inconveniences during my stay.

We stay at this hotel every year with our family, there is always a warm welcome at the reception, excellent and delicious breakfasts and dinners, the rooms are always very clean and there is a large and warm pool and saunas! We definitely recommend it! Very close to the bus, shop and mountain lifts!

Perfect location with great view on mountains. Friendly reception. Spacious rooms with ski storage downstairs. The most friendliest restaurant personnel we have ever encountered. Five star thumbs up.

The place is great and The only misleading

Hotel was nice but can use updated facilities.

Location was good. Am desk staff was not courteous. Lite in room was not sufficient.
