Been there with my 2 years old toddler and my husband. Nice modern hotel with great facilities for children and babycare service. Good food and great restaurant opening hours, you can have buffet lunch till 16.30 when you come back from the slopes.

Everything was perfect, from rooms to swimming pools, and from ski storage to kids play area. Except the evening meal serving speed can be a bit quicker, because we have young kids. The speed would be absolutely fine if only adults were involved.

This mountaintop hotel has relatively small rooms, but the views and atmosphere are fantastic. It's perfect for self-drive travelers and is popular with foreigners. The location near Salzburg HBF was the best plus and the service was good! The team got us free transport tickets for one day without us asking and was able to bring us an electric kettle on our request! We have everything we needed for the room, bed, shower and toilet facilities are in very good condition! No problem during our one night stay at all!

The location is VERY convenient being right next to the train station so u can hv access to all the city transport. Staff are nice. However, the kitchen is crowded. It’s weird that the bed doesn’t come with socket and a lamp which is pretty inconvenient for those who are checking in late and trying not to wake the whole room with the light.

The hostel is closed to the train station and shopping mall. Our two beds room was upgraded to four bed room. The spacious was more comfortable and left our suitcase. It was taken a long time for check in and registration by QR code. The guest kitchen was too small to share the crowded customers at the peal time. It is important not to keep your luggage when you had checked out except by payment lockers

Good place for the price. Close to the train station, but an easy walk to the main tourist area. I liked that you can choose when they come clean … but it wasn’t the best clean 🙈 WiFi was also great until the last day when there was no WiFi at all.

This hotel is super convenient for the train station. They even give you a free public transport QR code after check-in. It's clean, hygienic, and I'd definitely recommend it, especially if you're traveling solo!

The hotel is well situated, within walking distance of the starjet chair lift (albeit uphill!). Our room was spacious and comfortable with plenty of storage space. The hotel is very modern. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the breakfast was very varied and it was always replenished. A friendly staff. A dog bed was even put in the room for our dog and treats were available. Unfortunately we were only in transit for one night and couldn't use the wellness area. But we will certainly come back.

All rooms have a lake view, so you can enjoy nature even if you are only in the room, making you happy. The breakfast is also great. However, it felt a bit far to walk from the train station with a trunk of luggage.

A very nice hotel under a great manager who took care to hire only well-trained, super friendly personnel with impeccable manners, from incredibly attentive waiting staff to room maids who will greet any guest they meet in the hallways. Our 12th holiday at the Edelweiss which is in a superb location, has a modern yet traditional Alpine feel, comfortable and well appointed rooms, a lovely pool and spa, great food and excellent service from the staff. Our only bugbear, being fans of good music, is the background music, which often consists of excruciating cover versions, however this is a minor point, we will be back!

Edelweiss rooms are spacious and comfortable with plenty of space for your clothes, which is very helpful when you have all that skiing kit. The pool area is excellent with a nice sauna and a massage room next door but this is enhanced by the basement nature area which has a jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, relaxing room and is always clean. Situated in the old town of Strazburg, the Hotel Kasererbrau was walking distance to many interesting historical sites. The rooms were very clean, quiet, and the bed was comfortable. The front desk staff was polite and friendly. This is the perfect place to stay while exploring Strazburg.

The breakfast menu was good. The room was spacious & quite. There are no baggage service at this hotel, guests have to take their own luggage to the room, it is not easy as there are stairs on the way, specially for my because my husband blind & I carried two suitcases alone.

Overall this is a GREAT hotel for kids. If you don't have kids stay away it's loud. We didn't like connecting rooms, we had a neighbor on both sides of the room with locked doors. Not great. Food is 4/5. Staff 5/5. Sauna area 4/5. Pet friendly. EV charger. For families with very young kids I strongly recommend, for older children or no children - not so much, it gets very loud.

My family and I (3 children aged 9, 7 and 5) went on a ski trip and spent 4 nights at Kesselgrub (31/12 => 5/1). We booked the Suite 'Garden-Love'. Upon arrival (morning), we were offered a room to change to go skiing. The welcome was warm and we were offered a back-pack to take for skiing. Charming hotel We were welcomed by a lovely lady at reception, who was kind and eager to help. We found this a good location for a short stay close to the train station. The hotel interior is beautiful & quirky. Feels very cosy. Rooms are huge in size! Only additions that could be good are, extra pillows & a mini fridge. Would stay again!

Booked this property last minute for three nights to do a bit of late-season skiing. The location is ideal - central Flachau for the bars and restaurants and a few minutes walk to the ski lift. A particular benefit was the wellness area - pool, three different saunas, and a lovely warm and quiet relaxation area to chill after a day on the slopes.

From the moment we enter we enjoyed hospitality, luxury and warmest of the staff and Almlust it self. Service was great. Kind staff and great SPA. Room was clean an specious with a great view. Location is great to rich the ski lift by skis. No ski bus needed.

We had a nice stay at Almlust Flachau. We stayed from Thursday till Monday with late checkout, which is at 12:00. It was well cleaned and it has friendly personnel. Breakfast was good, swimming pool was fun and relaxing. Rooms (suite & almlust Plus) were pleasant.

Good place for it’s price. The rooms are nice and spacious. Wellness was very nice, just a pity you are not allowed to use it on your day of departure. Wd have expected service to be better for this level. Despite this, nicely located in center of Flachau. Good place to stay for your ski break

it is an amazing place in perfect location. you can get all atractions you like around this area in just 10 - 90 minuts from the village (flachau). we took the big wooden cabin (family of 6 person) and it was wonderfull. great brekfast every morning, great spa and swimming pool, we are looking forword to come back again

Highly recommend!! Staff was very friendly and helpful. The gentleman at the desk gave us a tour of the hotel. He had a nice smile and was very welcoming! Loved that breakfast was included, and the lady in the kitchen was very efficient and nice. Enjoyed the coffee/tea bar, free to guests and the honesty bar. Clean room, simple yet cozy. Definitely plan on going back!

The rooms may be smaller than expected, but they offer the best breakfast. I highly recommend this place for solo travelers. The location is also great.

A small hotel in an old house along the street. Go straight to the left of the train station. Turn left when you see the bridge hole. Turn left and go straight for less than 100 minutes. You will see the small door of the hotel. Go up the steps. The front desk lady is very enthusiastic. After checking in, she will introduce you to the functional area layout of the hotel.
