A small intimate family run hotel that is just incredible. Great rooms, incredible views, stunning food and simple beautiful hike to rival South America where I was before Austria. Lovely stay Beautiful and cozy little hotel in an old building. My room was comfortable, spacious, and I had a huge balcony facing the mountains. I found the location very good, and service very friendly and helpful.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights last week. The overall experience was good. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable enough. The location is great - right on the main road. This place is a great stop over location if you are travelling from Innsbruck to Salzburg as I was. The hotel is in a great location right in town and near the lake. The room was clean, had the essentials but not as well equipped as some hotels - you can ask for a kettle but not cups/mugs for tea or coffee or iron/ironing board. Neither are a big deal but we were changing hotels on a daily basis so...

Not the best option Hotel has friendly staff, easy parking, and nice breakfast. But the condition is worn, the location is noisy on a busy road, and noise from hallway and floor above are a concern. Shower water temp varies dangerously at times.

We had a good stay here in Salzburg. The rooms are modern we had was at the back of the hotel, so nice and quiet. The Edlinger hotel is situated a bit outside of Salzburg’s historic old town but this is probably one of its asset as one can relax and recover in quiet here, away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist-crowded old town. It's a renovation of an ordinary residential building. The toilet is old and the hair dryer gets hot easily. There is no elevator. The hotel is fully booked and there is little choice, so we reluctantly checked in.

Our room was small, but nice. However, there was a bad smell of raw sewage in the washroom. We left the bathroom fan on the entire time, but it still didn’t take the odour away.

Checking in was good. Room was clean and a good size. With my back issue I always ask for extra towels. After three requests and told they would be delivered none came. The last time I was told I would have to pay for pillows. €550 for a room for two nights I think they could toss in the pillows. Parking is terrible. Stalls were small and short. We stayed there last week. The hotel staff were exceptional, especially the lovely lady at reception and the two Croatians working in the restaurant/bar. They were so attentive and friendly. The rooms are quite large, all very clean and well maintained; Sauna and indoor pool are all great; The cuisine is excellent, and for breakfast and dinner you cannot eat everything that is offered in delicious dishes. Simple but clean. Rooms are not soundproof, and it's right next to the highway – traffic noise is noticeable. The staff is nice and friendly, and the breakfast is adequate. We stopped here for lunch after hiking half way around Lake Fushl. We both had vegan burgers and were not disappointed. The food was great and service accommodating to us as non-German speakers.

We had dinner at the terrace restaurant. The meal was served quickly, it was nice, tasty, fresh. We ate glutenfree meals, the waitress knew what it means, we could choose from more meals. The grilled salmon trout fillet, the grilled meats with potato and grilled vegetables were all perfect. It was nice to be there and eat safely glutenfree meals.

Had a family meal at this exceptional hotel restaurant. The chief Simon and the team give you a great range of excellent food. The outdoor eating area is a bonus. Not too expensive, especially compared with other restaurants in Fuschl.

I love Leonardo boutique as it has a good central location if you want to leisurely explore the Salzburg city. We did not bring cars so convenient for us to walk from the hotel and short distance to the old towns. The hotel room is nicely decorated and clean. We were initially uncertain about the hotel after reading some of the reviews complaining about both noise and the food, but pleased to say that we did not have an issue with either. What really sets Hotel Kristall apart is the heartfelt hospitality. The owners are hands-on, kind, and incredibly thoughtful. It’s rare to find a place where you feel so well looked after, and it made all the difference to our holiday.

The hotel's facilities are actually quite good, but unfortunately, the front desk staff were very discriminatory towards Asians. My daughter coughed softly a few times, and the staff member immediately recoiled a significant distance. Even during check-in, she kept her distance while processing our registration. Lovely hotel within easy walking distance of the Hauptbahnhof. Also reasonable distance to many of the city's attractions but the new (in 2025) Public Transport Guest Mobility Ticket is great as it less than 100m from hotel to a bus stop to travel into the city for free. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well so we both slept very well.

The hotel staff is friendly and provides free city transportation passes for the dates of stay. The breakfast is rich. The rooms and shower rooms are slightly small, but they are newly decorated and fully equipped.
