Perfect hotel in a very nice ski village. Sparkling clean and the staff very professional.

I experienced a lovely stay at the hotel, thanks to the spontanious and helpful service staff, thanks to the cleaning staff, to the people behind the reception who were always ready for a smile! The hotel gives a warm and cozy feel, perfect after a long day up on the mountain, and the staff does their absolute best to give you the best time. Thank you!!

Very, very friendly and competent, from the junior, senior manager to the cleaning staff (who are very, very helpful - an EXTRALOB). We stayed in the suburbs for 4 nights from 07/11/22. All around great hotel: very friendly staff, spacious rooms, good beds, fantastic location, rich and delicious food, good facilities. The only drawback: the sauna cabins are relatively small if many guests want to use the sauna at the same time. All in all a successful stay.

Important for (individual) backpackers: there is no staff in the villa. The check-in and if you want to leave your luggage before check-in time is in another hostel in the same street. This is such a cool hotel… right on the mall with gorgeous shops surrounding. Restaurant and bar located downstairs. We stayed on a Friday night and it was so loud… people screaming until 3 am from the bar… then street cleaners on the street. Too bad because the hotel itself is really exceptional and the family apartment was perfect.

Nice room but a bit small. Room was too hot. Had to leave window open all night (it was December). Had an ice machine but no buckets for the rooms. Had to borrow one from the restaurant but they didn't seem happy to loan it.

The overall hotel is full of character. The breakfast in the palace is quite an unique experience. That room is clean. I believe it doesn’t have any AC. But there are 2 fans which work very well for me. Also walkable to Hohen palace. Great location. Highly recommend for vacation or hiking.

This was without a doubt the best ski hotel that we have ever stayed in. I had a lovely 3 night stay at the Hotel Seerose. The rooms were very good - well-equipped and spotless. The location is good, right on the lake and in the centre of Fuschl, - although naturally lacking the more private and secluded beach access of some of the other nearby hotels. I only ate breakfast, which was an extensive and good continental buffet - so can’t comment on the dinner service.

The restaurant is directly on the way between the parking lot and the lake, with a pleasant setting and nice interior. We had a lunch here after a walk by the lake. The food and drinks were well-prepared and of solid quality — not outstanding, but enjoyable. A good option if you’re in the area.

I didnt want to stay too far from HBF. Just 5 mins by walk from station. It s located in Shell gas station. So it made me easy to find some snack and drink at Shell’s minimart 24hrs. For us, this hotel was a peaceful island in the busy ski resort. The service is excellent, everyone really went out of their way to make our time memorable. We were upgarded to the suites, beds were comfortable, sleep quality great. The restaurants and saunas were fantastic. Very relaxing!

We had coffee and cakes in the late afternoon after a walk around Lake Fuschl. The view of the lake was magnificent and replenishing after the long walk. The service was excellent, as it almost always is in Austria. We plan to stay at this hotel on our next vacation.

We spent a week here recently and thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the hotel, from its friendly and helpful staff to its hilariously fascinating robot lawn mower! Tucked away in Dachstein region a Family Run property with a great ambiance of all the one could want for a ski-trip. Super clean, easy excess to every thing you may want. Room #301 is large enough to support suitcases with full ski-gears. Fantastic kitchen run by an outstanding chef of modern cuisine mixed with local flairs. Highly recommend it!

The hotel is very centrally located, right next to the highway exit—perfect for leaving the car behind and exploring Salzburg by public transport. The rooms are a bit dated and rather dark, but offer plenty of space. The hotel is family-run, and the staff is very hospitable and helpful. We received free public transport tickets for the duration of our stay, which we greatly appreciated.

What a lovely independent hotel! It is located at Salzburg airport, but has an excellent Italian restaurant on site, where one can eat inside or al fresco in the patio/garden area. (Food is good). Decor a little dated, but it was clean, spacious, and considering I wasn't expecting to be staying in Salzburg that night, it had everything I needed. There is also a great Italian restaurant serving very good food.

There is lots to like here. Modern decor. Lovely rooms, very good food and service. Staff are all well trained and efficient. And I do believe they care about the service they give you. We had a fabulous week /time at Hotel Heitzman (31st Jan - 7th Feb 26). The staff were extremely helpful (thank you Thomas, AnnaMaria, all the bar / breakfast staff & all the cleaning staff). Nothing was too much trouble including organising chocolate cake for my partners 60th birthday, allowing me to decorate our dining table and answering tons of questions before / on arrival and during our stay...

We absolutely loved our stay here. It is in the best location, especially if you're skiing! The staff were incredible, and the food was amazing. Really accommodating for our little boy, and the room we booked was great! Highly recommend

This is a nice hotel but I’m not sure I’d class it as a 4 star hotel. Rooms are clean but ours was nothing really like the pictures. It was noisy at night until the traffic thinned out on the main road. In hindsight I wish we’d asked to be moved. Breakfast is ok, the usual assortment of European meats, breads, cereal, cakes etc. There was also the offer of fresh waffles and eggs if you request them...

We loved our stay here. The hotel was perfect for our week in Austria. The location is central to the shops and eateries and only a very short walk to the transport connections.
