Great hotel. Especially for families. 5 min walk across the street to the gondola. 10 min walk to grocery /village. Breakfast and dinner buffets are plentiful and varied. Family pool and sauna are large and adults only spa is beautiful (pool, sauna, steam room and gorgeous views of the mountain). Snack at 3pm every day is also great! Would recommend this place to everyone!

We have just come back from this wonderful hotel. We had the luxury twin room with a double sofa bed, it’s a really big room and extremely comfortable, if a little hot. We rented our skis from the hotel in the basement, very simple process and charged to our room. Each room has its own heated ski locker. The location is far from the city center, but there are several bus stops outside, and the Flixbus South station is nearby. The room is large, apartment-like, with a kitchen and refrigerator, but no washing machine.

The room was new, clean, and spacious. The only downside was that it smelled quite strong, probably because it was recently renovated. However, across from the hotel, there's a large expanse of grass, forest, and distant mountains. It was a lovely environment, and I loved it. I saw many locals cycling and jogging there.

The hotel is in a good location, close to the cross-border bus station, about a 10-minute walk away. The room was clean, well-lit, the bathroom was spacious, and the shower was powerful enough. The only drawback was that there was no phone in the room.

Breakfast is delicious, the staff is friendly, Mirabell Garden is just a minute away, and there are trams and buses that stop in front of the accommodation, so it's great.

We had a superb stay here in February half term. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable with a mountain view at the rear of the building. We thoroughly enjoyed the good food on offer at both dinner and breakfast. The ski room featured plenty of boot heaters and was easy to access. The hotel ran a minibus to either of the main lift areas which was quick and efficient.

Exceptional hotel. Warm, cosy and authentic. Attentive and professional staff especially Ennis on reception and the restaurant manager. Quiet, spacious suites, sumptuous pillows and comfortable beds. We had a wonderful week at the VAYA Post. Beautiful well appointed room with a Mountain View, such friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for us. We stayed half board and breakfast and dinner were yummy. Only room for improvement were our pillows that weren’t that comfortable but this is a minor point in what was otherwise a flawless stay.

We stayed for a week. First in a large room then moved to the 5 bed apartment when friends arrived. Fabulous bar in the centre of town. Nice variety of drinks including cocktails beers wines etc. definitely recommend the ~€9 Hugo and/or limoncello spritzers. Free crisps provided with drinks was a nice touch. Live music on Friday added to a nice atmosphere.

We stayed for one night at the end of the half Term week. As a result the cost for a 3 bedded room was high, but it did include half board. Walkable location from the train station (exit the side with the bicycle hub on the South). Front desk staff a highlight - most professional and kind person we have encountered in a long time! Easy access to sights, but slightly removed from potential tourist chaos. Check out the nearby M Passione patisserie for a nice alternative to the usual fare. Breakfast was great and place was very clean.

Very comfortable hotel with modern rooms and air conditioning. Very nice breakfast available, parking garage very close by. 10 to 15 min walk to the old city center. Quiet neighborhood, we have stayed here a few times and enjoyed it.

The hotel is conveniently located. Although it's not in the heart of the old city, it's still very convenient, just a ten-minute walk to the city center. The room was nice, and overall I was quite satisfied.
