The overall experiences is very satisfactory. the bed was comfortable. they even have guest kitchen and washing machine. but the locker in the dorms doesnt have any lock. so you need to bring your own locks

Rooms were modern and spacious. Check-in was fast and convenient. There are lockers available to store your luggage in exchange for a deposit. However, the mattrass felt like someone very heavy had laid on it. It was not comfortable at all. Location could be better; not the nicest neighbourhood.

We stayed in delux private room. It was very spacious for a budget hotel. Room even had a big balcony with a great view. They seem bit understaffed during Christmas holiday season. But otherwise room was great & service was good.

I had a pleasant stay in this Hotel / Hostel. I was in a room with 8 other people but everything went fine. The room was clean, the shower and bathroom aswell. The lady at reception (czech girl) was really nice and she explained everything. You can even lock your backpack at the reception if you come little bit earlier than expected. The walk to the city center is about 15 minutes long.

The rooms were clean, the front desk staff very nice and knowledgable about the area, there is food and drinks for sale as well which is a good quick breakfast.

The hotel is in a beautiful valley, has a gourmet restaurant, and a packed selection of amenities and activities in which one can partake, like the pool and wellness areas, hiking, Minigolf, and even VR games.

We stayed 2 nights and we had a very good time. The food was delicious and the staff attentive. The room was large and everything was available what you need. We deduct one star because our room was not cleaned after the first night and the water from the outdoor and indoor pool as well as from the whirlpool was unfortunately too cold to relax.

Perfect spot in Hinterglemm. The service is perfect, the spa is included in the room price. It offers 3 variants of sauna, and the infra cabin. The only point why the service doesn't have 5 stars, the kitchen is closing at 8 pm.

The hotel is really nice, great amenities and excellent services from the staffs. You can get the mobile transportation pass from the front desk so you can travel around the city for free. It takes a bit walk to the station, but reasonable walk to explore the city too.

There was only one person at the hotel reception at the time, so we had to wait. The hotel parking was in the same building, which was convenient, but it wasn't within walking distance of the city center. However, the hotel breakfast was booked in advance, and the food was both delicious and excellent.

Fantastic Hotel. Perfect service, hotel Auhof is a true Family hotel, and it's the place for a perfect Familiy Holiday. The people are so kind, breakfast and diner is delicious and there is enough space for drinks at the bar or restaursant. The Hotel is near the ski lift and everything is within reach!

Very nice service, good or very good food. Drinks delivered immediately after the order. They respect Covid-19 restrictions. The prices are not low, but adequate to quality. I personally recommend the place.

Food was quite decent. It took a while for a waiter to come take our orders. We ordered our diner, but the waiter forgot to ask us about drinks at all. Waiters also weren't happy with small jokes.
